Abstract
또한 본 발명은 내부에 중공을 가지는 상부케이스와 상부케이스의 하부에 결합되고, 복수 개의 방출홀을 갖는 하부케이스와 하부케이스의 내부에 구비되고, 구리이온이 용출되는 발생소자와 발생소자에서 구리이온이 용출되도록 반응하는 반응소자를 구비하는 용출소자를 포함하여 구현되고, 발생소자와 반응소자는 전기화학적 포텐셜 차이가 100mV 이상인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 내부에 중공을 가지는 상부케이스(10);와
상부케이스(10)의 하부에 결합되고, 복수 개의 방출홀(22)을 갖는 하부케이스(20);와
하부케이스(20)의 내부에 구비되고, 구리이온이 용출되는 발생소자(32)와 발생소자(32)에서 구리이온이 용출되도록 반응하는 반응소자(34)를 구비하는 용출소자(30);를 포함하여 구성되고,
발생소자(32)와 반응소자(34)는 전기화학적 포텐셜 차이가 100mV 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구리이온 발생모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
반응소자(34)는
폼(Foam)형상 또는 핀(Fin)형상으로 형성되고, 발생소자(32) 표면적의 3배 이상의 표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리이온 발생모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
발생소자(32)는
순수 구리 또는 구리합금, 니켈소재 중 어느 하나로 이루어지고,
반응소자(34)는
흑연(Graphite), 스테인리스강(Stainless Steel), 티타늄(Ti) 및 티타늄 합금, 은(Ag) 및 은 합금 또는 은 도금재, 지르코늄(Zr) 및 지르코늄 합금 또는 지르코늄 도금재, 니켈(Ni) 및 니켈 합금 또는 니켈 도금재, 백금(Pt) 및 백금 도금재, 금(Au) 및 금 도금재 중 어느 하나로 이루어지되, 스테인리스강과 티타늄 및 티타늄 합금은 부동태 피막 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 구리이온 발생모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,
발생소자(32)와 반응소자(34)는
분말 야금법을 이용하여 일체로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리이온 발생모듈.
