Abstract
In the present invention, after a metal mold is fixed by using a magnet switch, a flexible connecting member is connected to a non-stretchable wire so that the metal mold is first lifted and positioned, and then the metal mold is moved up and down, A plurality of mold engaging grooves for engaging a plurality of molds are provided and the mold can be inserted into the mold engaging grooves while vertically moving the mold in the mold engaging grooves. Thus, by connecting and forming a connecting structure of a stretchable material to a non-stretchable wire, the mold is lifted first, and the mold is moved up and down so that the gap can be easily inserted into the fitting hole of the fine dice, It is possible to improve the efficiency.
Description
The present invention relates to a jig for inserting a mold, and more particularly, to a jig for inserting a mold, in particular, a mold is fixed using a magnet switch, a connecting member made of a stretchable material is connected to a wire having no elasticity, So that the gap can be easily inserted into the engagement hole of the fine dice.
Generally, the bolt manufacturing process is performed in the order of forging, wire rolling, heat treatment, plating, and shipment of the wire-shaped raw materials. In the first process, the forging machine is replaced.
The forging machine is provided with dies and punches as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b). In the forging process, the dies coupled to the dies are composed of up to four stages (four) Cutting is performed in the first stage, preforming is performed in the second stage (nose side chamfering), and bolt molding is performed in the third and fourth stages.
Depending on the case, it is sometimes necessary to change the mold twice or three times a day, and the mold replacement time is about 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes, and thus the production amount is decreasing.
The mold demolding process and the mold clamping process will be briefly described below.
First, the mold disassembling process is performed by performing a step of loosening the bolt, extracting the cutting knife and the clamp of the die and the punch of the die, manually removing the mold of the die and the punch and then removing the oil, Is performed.
In the mold clamping step, a step of inserting the prepared mold into the die is performed, a step of tightening the primary bolt of the die is performed, a step of tightening the bolt after the cutting knife and the clamp are fastened to the punch, A step of adjusting the length of the die and the center of the punch die and then a step of tightening the second bolt is performed and a step of visually confirming through the production of a test sample is performed, And then performing the producing step.
The standard of the mold is slightly different, but the basic weight corresponds to about 6 ~ 10kg each. In order to replace the mold, the mold is manually removed and inserted. Although the weight of the mold is not so heavy, it is difficult to carry out the work by the operator, and since the mold is grease, it is slippery and there is always a risk of safety accident due to the fall of the mold have.
In addition, since the gap between the die hole and the mold is very small (about 0.04 mm), it is difficult to insert the straight line in the die insertion operation, so that the operator moves little by little do. That is, if the mold can not be moved up and down without being stretched, it is not suitable for such a work.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention is characterized in that after a mold is fixed by using a magnet switch, a connecting member made of a stretchable material is connected to a non-stretchable wire to primarily lift the mold, So that the gap can be easily inserted into the engagement hole of the fine dice.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a jig for inserting a mold for preventing falling of a mold due to shortage of magnetic force when inserting the die into a coupling hole of the die.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a jig for inserting a mold in which the inner shape of the insertion magnet switch for holding the mold has a "V" shape capable of holding the mold irrespective of the diameter of the mold.
The jig for inserting a mold according to an embodiment of the present invention can couple a plurality of dies to a plurality of die coupling grooves, respectively, while inserting the die into the die coupling groove while moving the die up and down.
As an embodiment related to the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for inserting a mold, comprising: a main support body having a lower end portion bent inward at both sides thereof and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance so as to open the center of the lower end surface; A plurality of engaging portions attached and fixed to both lower ends of the sub support, and a mold inserting portion which is slidably coupled to the main support and inserts the molds into the mold engaging grooves, respectively .
As an embodiment related to the present invention, there is provided, as an embodiment according to the present invention, a mold insertion portion, comprising: a fixing portion having a projection at the center; a first connecting member having one end connected to and fixed to the center of the projection; And a magnet switch connected to the central portion of the second linking member and having a part of the lower end opened and a magnet switch partly inserted and fixed to the lower end opening of the support.
As an embodiment related to the present invention, it may further include a safety band to which both ends are connected to the lower bent surface of the support, and which fixes the mold to the magnet switch.
As an embodiment related to the present invention, the magnet switches can be tapered inward so that the mutually facing inner surfaces have a certain inclination angle.
As an embodiment related to the present invention, the first connecting member may be made of a non-stretchable material, and the second connecting member may be made of a stretchable material.
In the present invention, after a metal mold is fixed by using a magnet switch, a flexible connecting member is connected to a non-stretchable wire so that the metal mold is first lifted and positioned, and then the metal mold is moved up and down, So that it is possible to easily insert it into the hole, so that the working efficiency can be improved.
In addition, since the present invention prevents the mold from falling due to insufficient magnetic force when inserting the mold into the coupling hole of the dice, it is possible to secure the safety of the operator at the time of operation and to improve the operation efficiency .
Further, according to the present invention, since the inner shape of the insertion magnet switch for holding the mold has a "V" shape capable of holding the mold irrespective of the diameter of the mold, even if the diameter of the mold is changed, So that it can be performed.
As a whole, the present invention can shorten the mold replacement time from about 2 hours to 30 minutes to about 1 hour and 30 minutes. In this case, it is possible to improve the production amount of about 100 per minute and therefore 6000 bolts, Safety incidents can be prevented, and the efficiency of the mold replacement work can be improved.
