도 2 및 도 3은 도 1에 도시된 용량가변형 사판식 압축기에서 사판의 움직임을 나타낸 사용상태도이다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시된 용량가변형 사판식 압축기의 러그플레이트를 위에서 바라본 평면도 및 옆에서 바라본 모습을 나타낸 측면도이다.
도 5는 도 1에 도시된 용량가변형 사판식 압축기의 사판을 위에서 바라본 평면도 및 옆에서 바라본 모습을 나타낸 측면도이다.
도 6은 도 1에 도시된 용량가변형 사판식 압축기의 러그플레이트와 사판을 나타낸 분해 사시도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 용량가변형 사판식 압축기를 위에서 바라본 평면도이다.

Claims (8)
- 구동축에 고정되도록 결합되는 러그플레이트와, 상기 러그플레이트에 결합되어 회전 운동하면서 경사각이 가변되는 사판을 포함하는 용량 가변형 사판식 압축기에 있어서,
상기 사판은, 몸체와, 상기 몸체로부터 상기 러그플레이트를 향해 서로 이격 돌출된 한 쌍을 이루는 제1,제2암을 포함하고,
상기 러그플레이트는, 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트로부터 상기 제1,제2암 사이로 끼움되도록 돌출하여 상기 사판의 몸체와 결합하는 센터 러그암과, 상기 플레이트로부터 서로 이격되게 돌출하여 상기 제1,제2암의 각 양 측면을 각각 지지하는 좌측 및 우측 러그암을 포함하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사판의 제1,제2암과 상기 센터 러그암의 측면 사이(c2,c3) 및, 상기 제1,제2암과 좌측 및 우측 러그암 사이(c1,c4) 중, 적어도 한 부분이 이격되어 클리어런스를 형성하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 구동축의 회전시, 상기 좌측 러그암, 우측 러그암, 센터 러그암 및 제1,제2암 중 적어도 하나가 비틀림되어, 상기 클리어런스를 사이에 두고 대향되는 두 면의 적어도 일부가 접촉되는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1,제2암과 상기 좌측 및 우측 러그암은 서로 이격되어 좌측 및 우측 클리어런스를 형성하고, 상기 제1,제2암과 상기 센터 러그암의 양 측면 각각은 서로 이격되어 센터 클리어런스를 형성하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1,제2암, 상기 좌측 및 우측 러그암의 사이와, 상기 좌측 및 우측 러그암과 상기 센터 러그암의 사이 중 어느 하나의 사이에 위치하는 면들은 서로 접촉되어, 상기 사판을 회전시키는 동력을 전달하는 토크전달면을 이루는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제2암과 상기 센터 러그암의 일측면 사이(c3)의 위치에 토크전달면을 형성할 경우,
상기 센터 클리어런스(c2)가 좌측 클리어런스(c1)보다 간격을 크게 형성하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.(c1<c2)
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제1암과 상기 좌측 러그암 사이(c1)의 위치에 토크전달면을 형성할 경우,
상기 일측의 센터 클리어런스(c3)가 타측의 센터 클리어런스(c2)보다 간격을 크게 형성하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.(c2<c3)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사판에는 상기 러그플레이트의 센터 러그암이 관통하는 관통공이 형성되고,
상기 관통공의 양측면에는, 상기 센터 러그암의 양측면과 대향하는 면접촉부로 형성하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기.
