Claims (11)
- 키토산 비드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오염수는,
질산성질소(NO3 -)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 키토산 비드는,
가교제로 삼인산나트륨(sodium tripolyphosphate)을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 키토산 비드는,
양이온 작용기가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 양이온 작용기가 결합된 키토산을 실리카 겔에 고정화시켜 제조한 이온화키토산실리카 비드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 이온화키토산실리카 비드는,
키토산, 양이온 작용기 보유 화합물 및 증류수를 혼합하고 교반하여 양이온 작용기가 결합된 키토산을 제조하는 단계 (A); 및
상기 양이온 작용기가 결합된 키토산, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(polyethylene oxide) 및 실리카겔을 혼합하고 교반하는 단계 (B);를 포함하는 과정으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 양이온 작용기는,
4차 암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 4차 암모늄은,
글리시딜트리메틸암모늄(glycidyltrimethylammonium)인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 양이온 작용기 보유 화합물은,
염화 글리시딜트리메틸암모늄(glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride)인 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (A)의 교반은,
80~90℃에서 100~150rpm으로 5~15시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (B)는,
양이온 작용기가 결합된 키토산과 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드를 8 : 1~5의 부피비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염수 정화 필터.
