The luggage box is manufactured by injection-molding a synthetic resin to have a concave storage portion. The outer surface of the luggage box can be decorated with a decorative member, and a mold member made of a metal plate is mounted to provide durability.
The mold member is formed in a plate shape having a pattern on its outer surface, and a plurality of coupling pins are formed on one side of the mold member.
However, the bending operation of the coupling pin is manually performed. That is, the pointed tool is hooked to the coupling pin and bent to one side so as to be brought into close contact with the luggage box. However, since it depends on the force of the worker, there is a problem that the coupling force is weak.
Alternatively, the coupling pin may be hammered by a bolt or a hammer to tightly close the coupling pin in order to further strengthen the coupling force, but there is a problem in that it can damage the luggage box.
