Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폐소화기 분말약제를 이용한 복합비료와 이의 제조방법에 의하면, 고가 비료의 원료로서 사용되는 인산암모늄이 포함된 폐소화기 분말 약제를 계면 활성, 점성 및 수화성을 가지는 농산업부산물와 혼합하여 다기능성 및 친환경성을 가지는 복합비료와 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 폐소화기 분말 약제와 제 1농산업 부산물의 비율을 달리하였을 때의 실시예를 보여주는 사진.

Claims (8)
- 폐소화기 분말약제를 이용한 복합비료에 있어서,
소수성을 가지는 폐소화기 분말 약제와;
계면활성성분이 함유된 제 1 농산업 부산물과;
점성과 수화성을 가지는 제 2 농산업 부산물을 포함하며,
상기 복합비료는 비산 및 유실의 방지하기 위하여 입상의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폐소화기 분말 약제는
인산암모늄을 주성분으로 하는 제 3종 분말 폐소화약제인 것을 특징으로 하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1농산업 부산물은
대두박, 유채박, 면실박, 낙화생박, 아마인박, 참깨박, 야자유박, 팜핵박, 해바라기씨박 및 잇꽃박 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 2농산업 부산물은
CMS, 당밀, 전분, 쌀겨 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료.
- 폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료의 제조 방법에 있어서,
폐소화기 분말 약제와 계면활성 성분을 포함하는 제 1농산업 부산물을 1: 0.1내지 0.3 비율로 혼합하는 혼합단계 S1과;
상기 혼합단계 S1에서 생성된 혼합물질과 점성과 수화성을 가지는 제 2 농산업 부산물을 1: 0.05 내지 0.2 비율로 혼합하는 혼합단계 S2와;
상기 혼합단계 S2에서 생성된 혼합물질을 입상화하는 입상화단계 S3를 포함하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 폐소화기 분말 약제는
인산암모늄을 주성분으로 하는 제 3종 분말 폐소화약제인 것을 특징으로 하는
폐소화기 분말 약제를 이용한 복합비료의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 제 1농산업 부산물은
