Abstract
The present invention provides a dry permanent waving agent which can reduce the time required for the permanent application and allows the permanent solvent to be evenly applied to the hair and to easily cope with the condition of the user's hair. The solvent is sprayed in the form of fine granules to perform permanent waving and includes a reducing agent, an alkaline agent, a moisturizer, a hair softener, a hair nutrient, a soothing and anti-inflammatory component and a perfume, The viscosity is 1 to 500 cps.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a permanent solvent, and more particularly, to a permanent wave solvent used for operating a wave permanent by a dry method through a spray system.
The hair has a three-dimensional structure consisting of a polypeptide bond, which is a main chain bond, and a side chain bond, a cysteine bond, an ionic bond, a hydrogen bond and a peptide bond. There is elasticity that hair tries to return to its original state after applying force. Permanent agents are chemical or physical treatments to the hair to temporarily soften and soften the strength. In this case, the hair loses its elasticity, and when it is applied, it becomes plasticized and its shape is fixed. Conventional permanent procedures use a wet permanent solvent in the form of a cream or an emulsion. As a conventional wet permanent solvent, as described in Korean Patent No. 10-0668246, a functional material which imparts additional properties to a reducing agent and an oxidizing agent is added. The reducing agent opens the cuticle layer of the hair to excited state, and forms a wave-like curl by the procedure. The oxidizer re-hardens the open cuticle layer.
However, the wet permanent waving procedure takes a long time to complete the procedure. Specifically, the wet permanent treatment must be subjected to hair cleansing, wet solvent application, winding, heat treatment, natural leaving, neutralizing treatment, unwinding, and hair cleansing. As a result, the user must be treated for a long time. Further, the wet wave solvent is difficult to be uniformly applied to the hair. As a result, the practitioner takes a lot of time and effort to apply the wet solvent to the hair. Furthermore, it is difficult to appropriately select a wet solvent depending on the condition of the user's hair. This is because, depending on the condition of the hair, it is difficult to precisely control the amount of the wetting solvent to be applied.
A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a dry permanent waving agent which can reduce the time for which a permanent agent is applied, apply a permanent solvent evenly on the hair, and easily cope with the condition of the user's hair.
To solve the problems of the present invention, a dry permanent waving agent is sprayed in the form of fine granules to perform permanent waving, and includes a reducing agent, an alkaline agent, a moisturizer, a hair softener, a hair nutrient, a soothing and anti- Is at least 50 wt% based on the total weight, and the viscosity of the solvent is 1 to 500 cps at room temperature. Preferably 10 to 100 cps is good.
In the wave solvent of the present invention, the solvent may be any one selected from distilled water, ionized water, and mixtures thereof, and the solvent may be any one selected from magnetized ionized water, plasma-treated ionized water, and mixtures thereof. The solvent may include a volatile solvent, and the volatile solvent is preferably ethanol.
In the preferred solvent of the present invention, the reducing agent may be any one selected from cysteine or a salt thereof, a cysteine variant, or a mixture thereof. At this time, the cysteine modification may be one of acetylcysteine and cystine amine. The reducing agent may further include at least one selected from thioglycolic acid or a salt thereof, ammonium thiocyanate or a salt thereof.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solvent comprises 0.1 to 15% of the reducing agent, 0.1 to 10% of the alkaline agent, 0.1 to 30% of the moisturizer, 0.1 to 10% of the hair softener, 0.01 to 10%, the sedative and anti-inflammatory component 0.1 to 10%, and the fragrance 0 to 2%. More preferably, the solvent comprises 1 to 10% of the reducing agent, 1 to 5% of the alkaline agent, 1 to 10% of the moisturizing agent, 1 to 5% of the hair softening agent, 1 to 5% of the hair nutrient, 1 to 5% of the sedative and anti-inflammatory component and 0.1 to 0.5% of the fragrance.
According to the dry permanent waving agent of the present invention, by applying the dry waving permanent agent which can be used by spraying, the time for performing the permanent agent can be shortened and the permanent agent can be evenly applied to the hair. The embodiment of the present invention is to apply a dry wave permanent solvent which can be used by spraying, thereby reducing the time for which the permanent agent is applied, allowing the permanent agent to spread evenly on the hair, Wave solvent. After the use of the reducing agent, the neutralizing agent reforms the hair into the desired shape and oxidizes the rearranged disulfide bonds to maintain the shape of the reformed hair. The neutralizing agent is prepared by mixing approximately 35% by weight of hydrogen peroxide and approximately 75% by weight of phosphoric acid and diluting with water to adjust the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to approximately 9 to 10% by weight. The neutralizing agent thus prepared is strongly acidic at a pH of 2.5 to 3.5. The neutralizing agent is strong in activity, which causes hair loss, hair damage, scalp damage, and allergy induction.
The dry wave solvent of the present invention is used exclusively or in a limited manner to exhibit high viscosity or components requiring emulsification. In addition, after the treatment of the dry wave solvent, it may include a composition which is considered to have a function of calming, anti-inflammation, etc., in order to eliminate the remaining of the raw materials used and skin troubles. Specifically, the dry wave composition of the present invention may contain a reducing agent and an alkaline agent, a moisturizing agent and a hair softener, a hair nutritional agent including a hydrolyzed protein, and a natural extract having anti-inflammatory and sedative effects, various fragrances and a solvent.
The reducing agent of the dry wave solvent of the present invention is a cysteine, which is either cysteine or a salt thereof, a modified product such as acetylcysteine or cysteamine, and a mixture thereof. The alkali agent may be any one selected from the group consisting of ethanolamine, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, and mixtures thereof. The moisturizing agent may be selected from glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, urea, organic silicon, sugar and sugar polymers, and mixtures thereof. At this time, the organic silicon includes dimethicone, dimethicone, dimethicone polyol, cyclomethicone, and phyidimethicone.
The hair softening agent may be any one selected from the group consisting of settimonium chloride, dicetyldimonium chloride, minerals and vegetable oils, essential oils and mixtures thereof. In addition, the dry wave solvent of the present invention may further comprise a hair nutrient, a component having sedative and anti-inflammatory functions, a perfume, and a mixture thereof. Herein, the hair nutrient may be composed of amino acids, hydrolyzed proteins, and vitamins such as panthenol and tocopheryl acetate. The sedative and anti-inflammatory components may be non-lipoprotein extract, sorbitol extract, licorice extract, aloe vera extract, and the like. The fragrance may include natural essential oils applied to various aromatherapy, and fragrances combined with floral, fruit, green tea, etc. may be applied.
The solvent to be applied to the composition of the present invention is preferably purified water, and may further include a volatile solvent which is not harmful to human body, such as ethanol. The purified water may be distilled water, ionic water, or water. The ionized water may be magnetized ionized water or plasma treated ionized water. The magnetized ionized water is weakly alkaline produced by magnetization and is an ionized water constituting a hexagonal cyclic molecular structure having a large heat capacity. Plasma treated ionized water has a high reactivity with hydroxyl radicals (OH - ) and oxygen radical species (O - , O 2 - , O 3 - , HO 2 , H 2 O 2 , HOCl). The ionized water uniformly mixes the wave solvent according to the embodiment of the present invention and increases the reactivity with the hair. The above-mentioned nigiri is also called "no-root water" and refers to a nigiri soil. The volatile solvent allows the composition of the present invention to easily penetrate the hair and reduce the drying time.
The dry wave solvent of the present invention is characterized by containing a larger amount of solvent than a conventional wet permanent solvent. By further containing a solvent, it is possible to contain relatively few substances that damage hair. Accordingly, the dry solvent of the present invention can reduce the damage of the hair as well as not using the neutralizing agent. On the other hand, when the dry wave solvent is sprayed onto the atomizer, the solvent is converted into fine particles such as fog. When the solvent is converted into a fine granular form, the surface area of the solvent becomes large. Grains with large surface area are easily adsorbed on the hair due to increased surface energy, and also penetrate deep into the hair because of its fine shape. Since the dry permanent solvent according to the embodiment of the present invention is fine and has a large surface energy, the reaction with the hair is more activated.
On the other hand, since the conventional wet permanent waving solvent is in the creamy state, the surface energy is smaller and not finer than the solvent of the present invention. Accordingly, the conventional permanent solvent is not easily adsorbed on the hair as compared with the solvent of the present invention, and it is not easy to penetrate deep into the hair. On the other hand, the wave agent of the present invention can be applied to various hair conditions such as damaged hair, healthy hair, water-repellent hair, and the like in a smaller amount than the conventional wet permanent solvent, thereby making it possible to perform styling more quickly and easily. In addition, since the dry solvent is in the form of granules, it can be dried with hot air without washing it with water after the treatment, so that desired styling can be performed.
The composition of the dry wave solvent according to the embodiment of the present invention may contain 0.1 to 15% of the reducing agent, 0.1 to 10% of the alkali agent, 0.1 to 30% of the moisturizer, 0.1 to 30% of the hair softening agent, 0.01 to 10% of the hair nutrient, 0.1 to 10% of the sedative and antiinflammatory ingredient, and 0 to 2% of the perfume, and the rest being 50% or more by weight of the solvent. Preferably, the reducing agent is 1 to 10%, the alkali agent is 1 to 5%, the moisturizer is 1 to 10%, the hair softener is 1 to 5%, the hair nutritional agent is 1 to 5% Is 1 to 5% and the flavor is 0.1 to 0.5%. The reducing agent of the dry wave solvent according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include thioglycolic acid or its salt, ammonium thiocyanate or a salt thereof in addition to the above-mentioned composition. If the total content of the reducing agents is less than 0.1% by weight, the wave may not be formed or may be loosened immediately. If the content is more than 15% by weight, hair may be damaged. If the content of the alkaline agent is less than 0.1% by weight, hair can not be styled smoothly, and if it is more than 10% by weight, hair may melt. In the dry wave solvent of the present invention, it is insufficient to prevent the strong odor due to the reducing agent and the alkali agent unless the above-mentioned fragrance is contained. If the content is more than 2% by weight, the fragrance is too strong and long-lasting side effects may occur. In addition, the moisturizing agent, the hair softener, the hair nutrient and the sedative and anti-inflammatory ingredients do not affect the styling formation. Optionally, a volatile solvent such as ethanol may be further added to the solvent. By adding a volatile solvent, the spraying of the wave solvent of the present invention can more effectively take place. In addition, the grains of the wave solvent can penetrate deeper into the cuticle layer of the hair, and the drying is relatively easy. In the solvent, the volatile solvent may contain 3 wt% to 30 wt%. If the content of the volatile solvent is less than 3%, the effect of addition of the volatile solvent is insignificant. If the content of the volatile solvent is more than 30%, the hair may be denatured and damage the hair. More specifically, when alcohols such as ethanol and isopropyl alcohol are contained in a solvent, they can be azeotropically distilled with water, and the drying effect can be doubled, especially when hot air is applied. However, even in the concentration range of 30% or less, it is difficult to estimate the specific range, but it may cause gradual hair damage when used periodically. In addition, there is a possibility of inducing denaturation of the hair. Accordingly, in the present invention, the content is more preferably limited to 10 wt% or less.
The pH range of the dry wave solvent of the present invention is preferably 4.0 to 9.5, and a pH range of 6.0 to 9.0 is advantageous depending on the state of the hair. More preferably, the pH range of 7.5 to 9.0 can be more suitably applied to various hair conditions. The viscosity of the solvent of the present invention is 1 to 500 cps is preferable, and more preferably 10 to 100 cps is good. If the viscosity of the solvent is less than 1 cps, the characteristics of the solvent of the present invention are not exhibited properly. If the viscosity is more than 500 cps, spraying is not performed well.
Table 1 shows the characteristics of the dry permanent waving solvent according to the embodiments of the present invention. Each of the components was modified according to the content, and the solution was warmed to 40 to 50 ° C, uniformly dispersed, and stirred so as not to generate bubbles, thereby preparing a liquid formulation.

The reason for the low viscosity of the examples of the present invention is attributed to the fact that firstly a component exhibiting a high viscosity or requiring emulsification is excluded or limitedly used. That is, the content of the solubilizing agent such as a phygidogenerated castor oil or polysorbate having a viscosity of any of the above components is also within about 1 to 2% by weight of the entire composition. In addition, the content of purified water in Examples 1 to 5 was 76.5% by weight, 77.5% by weight, 76.5% by weight, 75.5% by weight and 77.5% by weight, respectively. Thus, the purified water accounts for about three-quarters of the total composition. Since the dry wave solvent of the present invention has a large content of solvent in the whole composition, the viscosity of the composition is low. When the proportion of the solvent is increased, compositions such as a reducing agent and an alkaline agent can be evenly dispersed.
The dry wave solvent of the present invention exhibits excellent wave characteristics despite the fact that the solvent content is greatly increased. As a result, it was found that the wave solvent of the present invention was easily adsorbed on the hair by increasing the surface energy of the granules, and penetrated deeply into the hair in a fine form. As a result, the dispersion of the composition, the adsorption and the penetration thereof were effectively performed, and even though the solvent occupied a relatively large specific gravity, excellent wave characteristics were exhibited. That is, it was confirmed that the dry wave solvent according to the example of the present invention was more active in the reaction with the hair.
