Abstract
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a hole machining method capable of machining a hole having a long length without a diameter deviation in the hole and a jig device used at this time. A jig apparatus according to the present invention is for fixing an object to be processed during drilling of an object to be processed. The jig apparatus includes a fixing unit, one end of which is fastened and fixed, And a driving unit for transmitting a rotational force to the fixed unit such that the fixed unit, the auxiliary fixed unit, and the object to be processed are rotated together.
Description
The present invention relates to a jig device and a hole machining method, and more particularly to a jig device for fixing an object to be machined when a hole is formed in the object and a method for machining the hole.
When machining an object to be machined, the object to be machined is fixed to a jig and then machined using a machine tool such as a drill or a lathe. As to the jig for fixing the object to be processed in this way, various patents have been filed including the registered patent No. 10-1234272.
Particularly, in the conventional case, when a hole is formed in an object to be processed, a workpiece is fixed to the jig and only a machine tool (drill) is rotated to form a hole in the object.
However, in the case of forming the hole in this manner, there is a problem that the diameter deviation in the hole is severely generated if the depth of the hole to be processed is deepened.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a hole machining method capable of machining a hole having a long length without a variation in diameter inside the hole and a jig device used at this time.
The jig device according to the present invention is for fixing the object to be processed during drilling of the object, comprising: a fixing part, one end of which is fastened and fixed, And a driving unit for transmitting a rotational force to the fixing unit so that the fixing unit, the auxiliary fixing unit and the object to be processed are rotated together .
According to the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing portion is slidably provided to the auxiliary fixing portion so that the distance between the fixing portion and the auxiliary fixing portion can be changed.
A hole machining method according to the present invention is a hole machining method for forming holes in an object to be machined by using a rotating cutting tool, characterized in that a hole is formed in the object to be machined while rotating the object and the cutting tool in opposite directions .
According to the present invention, a hole having a long length can be machined without a deviation in the diameter of the inside of the hole.
