Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a roaster machine, and more particularly, to a roaster machine for easily separating chaff from a bean curd when roasting a bean curd.
Coffee is broadly divided into coffee beans that are harvested from the green beans and processed through the processing process, and instant coffee, which is instant coffee that is melted and dissolved in hot water or water.
In recent years, as the living standard of people has increased, interest in coffee has increased, and the preference of coffee beans has increased.
Here, coffee beans are roasted (roasted by applying heat to green beans) and can enjoy the taste and aroma of coffee according to the individual's taste. The roasting is carried out using the type of bean, roasting method, roasting time .
On the other hand, the coffee beans of coffee specialty shops are roasted according to the preference of the public, and their taste and flavor are standardized, so that there is a problem that the personal taste of the coffee drinkers can not be met.
Further, since the roasting machine is expensive, it is difficult to purchase the roasting machine separately at home, and there is a problem in that it is difficult to roast it even if it is available.
Accordingly, as the demand of people who want to roast the coffee directly at home has increased, small-sized roaster machines developed for home use or for personal use have become popular.
An example of the aforementioned small roaster machine is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2012-0118662 entitled " Roasting machine for coffee bean of coffee machine ".
The roaster unit comprises a kettle for containing coffee raw beans for roasting, a stirring means for being mounted on a rotary shaft inserted into a shaft hole in the center of the kettle, a heating means for heating the beans to a predetermined temperature, and a cover member.
In the operation, heat is applied to the inside of the kettle by the heating means, and the stirring means is operated, so that each of the stirring blades rotates to uniformly mix the beans whose volume is expanded by roasting.
At this time, since each stirring blade is mounted at different heights, stirring of the beans is uniformly performed from the initial process to the ending process, thereby preventing roasting.
However, the roaster is roasted by simply putting the beans into the kettle, and the roasted roasted roasted roasted roasted beans can not be roasted.
Further, the blades of the agitating means rotating around the rotation axis are not smoothly formed, and the beans are scratched.
Further, since there is no device capable of controlling the temperature inside the kettle, it is difficult to control the temperature according to the kind of the beans and the roasting method, thereby deteriorating the quality of the flavor and taste of the coffee.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a roaster unit capable of properly separating chaff from beans.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a roaster which can smoothly discharge chaff separated from beans.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a roaster unit capable of confirming the state of the beans during roasting and adding a separate bean to the inside of the roaster if necessary.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a roaster machine in which the coffee beans are not scratched and the aroma and flavor of the coffee is not lost.
In order to accomplish the above and other objects of the present invention, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a chaff, comprising: a first body sloped on a ground via a pedestal and having a pair of chaff spouts spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction, A drum rotatably installed in the first body and having a plurality of blades coupled to the inner surface of the housing for moving the bean supplied to the inside of the first body through the spiral movement to the upper portion of the housing, A lid detachably coupled to the opposite end of the first body on which the second body is located and having a lid which collides with the inner side of the bean taken out of the drum by the plurality of blades, A driving motor coupled to one end of the drum and coupled to the other end of the drum to provide a rotational force to the drum; And a plurality of fixing shafts provided at both ends of the first body and coupled to the end of the first body to which the second body and the lid are coupled, And a chaff discharging hole is formed at both ends of the drum so that the chaff separated from the beans by the lid is discharged from the drum and is collected by the pair of chaff discharges.
And a lid is provided at a predetermined position on one side of the outer circumferential surface of the first body.
The plurality of blades are characterized in that their side surfaces are gently formed.
And a sampling stopper is provided on one side of the lid.
And the stationary shaft is further provided with a roller bearing which is rotated against the outer circumferential surface of the drum.
The roaster machine according to the embodiment of the present invention has an effect that the chaff can be properly separated from the bean sprouts.
In addition, there is an effect that the chaff separated from the bean is smoothly discharged.
In addition, it is possible to confirm the state of the beans during roasting, and it is possible to add a separate bean into the inside of the roaster if necessary.
In addition, the beans are well mixed so as to prevent burning of the beans during roasting.
In addition, there is an effect that the coffee beans are not scratched and the flavor and taste of the coffee are not lost.
