Claims (1)

고무장갑 제조용 침지장치(1)를 구성함에 있어서;
4개의 기둥(2a) 상부와 하부에 바닥부(2b)와 천장부(2c)를 형성한 철구조물로 구성되는 육면체 구성의 지지체(2)와;
상기 지지체(2)를 구성하는 바닥부(2b) 상측에 안치되며 기둥(2a)에 형성된 가이드레일(6)을 따라서 승강하는 승강롤러(7)가 설치되며 상부에 고무액통(100)이 안치되는 승강대판(5)과;
천장부(2c)의 양측으로 설치되는 제1,2지지축(12)(13) 및 제1지지축(12)과 제2지지축(13)에 설치되는 제1 내지 제6스프로킷(14)(15)(16)(17)(18)(19)과;
제1지지축(12) 하단의 승강대판(5) 양측 모서리에 일단이 각각 고정되고 제1지지축(12)과 제2지지축(13)에 설치되는 제1,3스프로킷(14)(16)을 순차적으로 경유하는 제1체인(8) 및 제2,3스프로킷(15)(17)을 순차적으로 경유하는 제2체인(9)과;
제2지지축(13) 하단의 승강대판(5) 양측 모서리에 일단이 각각 고정되며 제2지지축(13)에 설치된 제5스프로킷(18) 및 제6스프로킷(19)을 경유하는 제3,4체인(10)(11)과;
상기 제1 내지 제4체인(8)(9)(10)(11)의 타단이 고정되며 기둥(2a)을 다라서 승강되는 밸런스 웨이트(24)와;
상기 제2지지축(13)에 결합된 피동스프로킷(20)과 체인(23)으로 연결되는 구동스프로킷(22)을 정회전 및 역회전시키는 구동모터(21)와;
상기 기둥(2a)의 상단 내측에 제1,2지지축(12)(13)과 같은 방향으로 설치되어 장갑금형(3)이 결합된 금형고정판(4)을 가이드하는 가이드롤러어셈블리(25)를 포함하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고무장갑 제조용 침지장치.
