Abstract
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention relates to a light blocking device for a belt conveyor. A belt conveyor according to the present invention comprises: a support portion fixed to a discharge hopper of a continuous unloading machine; a movable frame which is vertically movable along a support portion and is rotatably installed on a lower side facing a belt member; A mounting frame rotatably mounted on a lower side of the moving frame, and an elastic member detachably attached to the mounting frame and extending in a direction toward the belt member.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In general, a raw material such as coal or iron ore, which is loaded on a ship, is transferred to the outside of the ship by using a bucket continuously attached to the elevator post of the continuous unloading machine. The continuous bucket of the unloading machine enters the vessel's storage and excavates the raw material such as iron or coal or coal and moves it to the outside. The conveyed material is moved along the boom and is introduced into a hopper on the upper side of the body portion, and then is dropped onto a belt conveyor provided under the continuous unloading machine and is transported to the yard.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2000-0020731 (published on Apr. 15, 2000, entitled " Burst Elevator Type Offloader ").
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a light-blocking device for a belt conveyor capable of preventing falling of a part of conveyed articles falling onto an upper side of a belt conveyor to the outside of the belt conveyor.
A belt conveyor according to the present invention comprises: a supporting portion fixed to a discharge hopper of a continuous unloading machine; a movable frame which is vertically movable along a supporting portion, A mounting frame rotatably installed below the movable frame, and an elastic member detachably attached to the mounting frame and extending in the direction toward the belt member.
It is also preferable that the support portion is formed in an opened shape on the upper side and has an inner space in which the movable frame can be moved up and down, and supports both sides of the movable frame.
The moving frame includes a moving body having both sides supported by the supporting portion, a supporting member extending downward from both sides of the moving body and rotatably mounted on the roller body, and a supporting member extending from the moving body toward the mounting frame and hinged to the mounting frame And a central member.
Further, it is preferable that the extension member is formed in a plate-like shape and is fixed by a fastening member in contact with the mounting frame.
It is also preferable that the extension members are provided on both sides in the width direction of the belt member.
The apparatus for preventing light falling of the belt conveyor according to the present invention can improve the efficiency of the unloading operation by also moving the extending member facing the belt member up and down as the belt member moves up and down and preventing the falling of the conveyed object.
