Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a partial discharge detection system, and more particularly, to a partial discharge detection system capable of improving detection performance, reliability, and operation efficiency of a discharge signal by separately detecting a discharge signal and a noise signal, .
Although the design life span has exceeded 30 years due to the recent development of cable manufacturing technology, there is a high possibility that the failure occurs before the design life due to the environment where the cables are installed and the driving conditions. In fact, in the case of a power cable which has been installed for more than 15 years, a failure due to a partial discharge (PD) is frequently occurring. In addition, failure occurs in the power cable within 5 years after installation, and the main cause of failure is mostly due to local defects (protrusion, pore, etc.).
For example, deterioration in a high-voltage cable occurs at an unspecified time period due to various external variables such as ambient temperature and change in interfacial pressure at the contact portion. In many cases, the internal defect of the insulator is rapidly radiated to breakdown, 5 years / once), it was difficult to predict and diagnose the fault early, and it was not easy to replace and repair the equipment. In addition, due to the lack of accumulation of cable PD diagnosis technology, it is highly likely to develop into system accidents when a PD in a power system connected state occurs. However, current diagnostic equipment or technology takes a long time to diagnose and is affected by external noise, have.
As described above, deterioration in the high-voltage cable progresses deterioration in a short period of time and often results in dielectric breakdown. It is the purpose of the cable diagnosis technology to detect such a trouble element early and to take action, and the current diagnostic equipment, technology and diagnosis system (cycle) takes a long time to diagnose, and efficiency and operability are inferior.
Currently, the PD diagnostic criteria for power cables are measured immediately after the pressurization (construction site) and three months later (operation site). However, the underground cable at the beginning of construction is excellent in the dielectric strength, and the PD signal is likely to be undetected during the initial operation.
Noise gating technique and noise off-set technique are applied to eliminate external noise when PD diagnosis of current power cable is in use. However, as shown in FIG. 1, when the partial discharge signal is smaller than the noise, the noise gating technique and the noise off-set technique can not detect the external inflow noise (corona and low-frequency commercial noise) Also, when a partial discharge is generated at the same point, the partial discharge signal may be simultaneously removed by the noise gate signal, thereby reducing the reliability of the partial discharge analysis and diagnosis.

The multi-dimensional
Hereinafter, the operation of the partial discharge detection system according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail.
4 and 5 are flowcharts for explaining a noise determination method in the partial discharge detection system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the partial discharge detection system according to the present embodiment includes basic settings (eg, frequency setting, speed gate setting, and variable amplification degree setting) for each channel of RF (ie, electromagnetic wave signal generated during partial discharge) (S101). That is, the setting for detecting the partial discharge can be made different depending on the field situation.
As shown in FIG. 4, N = 1 to 4 indicate the values of the high-speed input values (RFHN) for each channel, the medium-speed input values for each channel Measurement value (RFMN), and channel-by-channel low-speed input measurement value (RFLN), and N = 5 means external noise measurement value (RFEND).
(S103).Therefore, if the last value (N = 5) of the numbers is set (YES in S102), RF for each channel is measured corresponding to the set number (S103).
(S103, S104).The step S103 is repeated until the RF measurement for each channel is completed corresponding to the set number (N = 1 to 5) (S104). That is, if the number is not N = 6 (NO in step S104), the process returns to step S103 to repeat the RF measurement for each channel (S103, S104).
(S105). When the RF measurement for each channel is completed corresponding to the set number (N = 1 to 5) (step S104), the partial discharge calculation value RFPDN and the noise inflow position (internal, external) RFWDN are calculated S105).
The partial discharge calculation value RFPDN can be calculated by subtracting the sum of the medium speed input measurement value RFMN and the channel low speed input measurement value RFLN from the high speed input measurement value RFHN for each channel, The position (RFWDN) can be calculated by subtracting the sum of the medium-speed input measurement value (RFMN) and the channel-specific low-speed input measurement value (RFLN) from the external noise measurement value (RFEND). The
(S106).Then, it is determined whether the value of the noise inflow position (RFWDN) calculated as a result of the operation is greater than 0 (S106).
(S109).If the value of the noise input position RFWDN is greater than 0 according to the comparison result (S106), the partial discharge calculation value RFPDN becomes an EXIT value (S108) The partial discharge computation value RFPDN is an INT integer in step S107 and the partial discharge computation value RFPDN is set to 0 if the noise injection location RFWDN is equal to zero. Becomes an actual value VALUE (S109).
The partial discharge calculation value RFPDN is calculated for each channel as described above.
(S110).That is, partial discharge calculation values (RFPDN) calculated for each channel (assuming four channels in the present embodiment) are set as the values of RFPD1, RFPD2, RFPD3, and RFPD4, respectively (S110).

If the PD operation value RFPD1 of the
상기와 같이 채널별 설정이 완료되면 채널별 데이터를 수집하여 VTFM 처리를 하여 측정값(예 : HRMS(high resolution mass spectrometer), MRMS(middle resolution mass spectrometer), LRMS(low resolution mass spectrometer) 등)을 저장한다. As shown in FIG. 6, the sensor type, the reference level, the analysis period, and the operation environment are set in the channel-by-channel setting step. When the channel-specific setting is completed, the channel-specific data are collected and subjected to VTFM processing to obtain measured values (e.g., HRMS (high resolution mass spectrometer), MRMS (middle resolution mass spectrometer), LRMS . Next, the data collected for each channel are analyzed and calculated to calculate a partial discharge (PD) signal and a noise (NPD) signal. For example, the noise signal can be calculated by subtracting the LRMS value from the MRMS value, and the partial discharge signal can be calculated by subtracting the noise signal from the HRMS. When the partial discharge signal and the noise signal for each channel are calculated as described above, the signals of the respective channels are classified by elements and stored. For example, a partial discharge (PD) signal, a noise (NPD) signal, TREND information, and EVENT information.

For example, PD trends are managed and stored by period (month, week, day), hourly (24 hours), event, etc. in order to analyze the trend of generation of partial discharge signals (trends) It is possible to analyze the trend change trend by calculating the growth rate (0 ~ 500%). If the generation of the partial discharge signal is increased, it means that the risk of the accident is increasing.

As shown in FIG. 10, the partial discharge detection system according to the present embodiment can detect the partial discharge signal through noise removal even if the partial discharge signal occurs at the same point as the noise signal.
For example, in the case of the discrimination example "1", a partial discharge PD of 0.7 V (PD = PRMS-NRMS) is obtained through comparison operation (PD = PRMS- NRMS), assuming that the PD VTFM effective value (PRMS) is 1.7 V and the NOISE VTFM effective value ) Signal is included.
(PD = PRMS) when the PD VTFM effective value (PRMS) is 2.5 V and the NOISE VTFM effective value (NRMS) is 0 V in the discrimination example "2 " - NRMS), it can be seen that only the partial discharge (PD) signal of 2.5V is included.
As described above, the present embodiment variably controls the VTFM (Variable Timing Filtering Method) according to the field conditions, thereby enabling the detection of the partial discharge signal by manual and program setting at the time of signal acquisition and noise removal. This is excellent in flexibility depending on the type of the PD and noise signal, which are variable by field, and enables accurate signal acquisition when detecting a discharge signal, thereby enhancing the reliability of diagnosis.
In addition, by applying the analysis method for the change of the TREND, it is possible to judge whether the discharge signal is intrinsic when a constant rate of increase or more occurs, and the variable filtering control for the detailed diagnosis linked with the variability of the VTFM technique is performed Accurate signal acquisition is possible, and diagnostic reliability can be enhanced.
