Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 유기성 폐기물의 분해 촉진 및 감량화 효율 증대를 위한 특수 배합물질의 사용에 따라 처리 효율을 획기적으로 높일 수 있고, 고효율적인 발효촉진이 가능하며, 산기 효과가 우수하여 호기성 미생물의 활성을 더욱 높이는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 유기성 폐기물을 수거한 후 원료저장조로 반입하는 입고단계, 선별 및 파쇄하는 단계, 파쇄된 폐기물에 첨가물을 첨가 배합하는 단계, 배합된 폐기물을 발효시키는 단계, 발효된 부산물을 후숙하는 단계, 후숙된 부산물을 숙성하는 단계, 숙성된 퇴비를 포장 및 출하하는 단계를 포함하는 유기성 폐기물의 퇴비화방법에 있어서;
상기 입고단계는, 원료저장조에 저장된 유기성 폐기물에서 발생하는 침출수를 1차 배출하는 과정을 포함하며;
상기 선별 및 파쇄단계는, 상기 원료저장조에 저장된 유기성 폐기물을 반출하여 컨베이어벨트를 통해 파쇄조로 이송하면서 폐기물에 포함된 금속성 물질과 비닐, 줄, 끈을 선별 분리하는 단계로, 금속성 물질은 수평컨베어 상에 설치된 자력선별기를 통해 선별 분리되고, 비닐, 줄, 끈은 상하로 간격을 두고 2단 경사배치된 상태에서 상방향으로 회전구동되는 제1,2경사컨베어를 통해 유기성 폐기물과 분리되는 과정을 포함하며;
상기 배합단계는, 배합조로 투입되는 유기성 폐기물 100중량부에 대하여, 수분조절제로 고흡수성 폴리머 10-15중량부, 호기성 미생물 0.1-0.3중량부, 톱밥 10-20중량부, 볏짚 5-10중량부로 이루진 첨가물을 첨가하여 배합조에서 배합하는 단계로서, 호기성 미생물의 먹이감이 함께 투입되도록 구성되며;
상기 발효단계는, 배합된 폐기물을 1차 발효조로 반송한 후 2-3일간 단순 적치한 상태에서 산기장치로 산기시키면서 호기성 미생물의 균체 활성화를 유도하는 1차 발효과정과; 1차 발효된 부산물을 2차 발효조로 반송한 후 호기성 미생물과 돼지오줌이 혼합된 액비를 살포하면서 페로이다를 이용하여 주기적으로 교반하면서 70-80℃의 고열상태로 호기적 조건하에서 균체증식과 활성화, 발효 완성이 이루어지도록 하는 2차 발효과정을 포함하여 이루어지고;
상기 후숙단계는, 2차 발효된 부산물을 후숙조로 반송한 후 돼지오줌과 호기성 미생물이 혼합된 액비를 부산물에 살포하여야 8-10일 동안 정체시키면서 부식물질의 생성 혹은 부숙토의 활성화 촉진을 유도하는 단계이고;
상기 숙성단계는, 후숙된 부산물을 숙성조로 이송한 후 10일 이상 정체 보관하면서 마무리 분해, 부숙토 활성화를 유도하여 숙성된 유기질 토양개량제인 퇴비로 만드는 단계이며;
상기 선별 및 파쇄단계, 배합단계, 발효단계에서 발생되는 악취는 활성탄층-스팀포집층-활성탄층이 반복 교대로 설치된 악취제거조를 통해 흡입, 포집되는 악취제거단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물의 퇴비화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 발효조에서 사용되는 산기장치는, 발효조의 바닥면에 길이방향으로 다수 형성된 배관홈 상에 삽입되는 산기용 메인배관; 상기 산기용 메인배관의 외주면 일부에서 상방향으로 돌출된 다수의 산기노즐; 상기 산기노즐의 상단에 형성된 깔대기 형태의 확경부; 상기 확경부에 안착된 구슬; 상기 확경부의 상부를 커버하며 다수의 구멍이 형성된 돔형 커버; 상기 돔형 커버와 간격을 두고 설치되며, 다수의 구멍을 갖는 격자형 팔레트; 및 발효조에 장입된 폐기물의 최상층에 안착되며 톱밥을 비롯한 흡수성재료가 내장되어 악취를 흡수제거하도록 된 철망 형태의 하우징;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물의 퇴비화방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
상기 입고단계와 선별 및 파쇄단계에서 발생된 침출수는 침출수 처리단계를 거쳐 처리되는데, 상기 침출수 처리단계는 침출수를 저류조로 저장하고; 저류조에 저장되어 있던 침출수가 침전되면서 오버플로우되어 미생물반응조로 이송되며; 미생물반응조 내부에 산소를 다량 공급시키면서 폭기하여 잔류된 호기성 미생물의 소화작용을 촉진시켜 탄산가스, 황화수소, 메탄가스를 포함한 각종 가스를 제거하고; 고액분리조를 거쳐 고체와 액체 간을 분리하며; 분리된 액체를 처리수조에서 다시 정화하는 과정으로 이루어지되,
배양조와 오니저류조를 더 구비하여, 사멸된 호기성 미생물이 발생하지 않도록 배양조에서 배양된 호기성 미생물을 미생물반응조로 공급하며; 고액분리조에서 분리된 고액 중 일부를 오니저류조로 보낸 후 배양조, 미생물반응조, 저류조까지 분기 공급하여 잔류 미사멸 호기성 미생물들의 활용을 증대시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 유기성 폐기물의 퇴비화방법.
