Conventionally, as a method for removing fine dust (ultrafine dust), there has been proposed a method of periodically cleaning a road or a subway or raising a rain during rain to naturally dissolve the fine dust while sinking to the ground by moisture . However, in the conventional method of removing fine dust, the manpower is not enough to clean the entire city, and the economical burden due to enormous budget expenditure such as expansion of cleaning facilities is large.
