Abstract

본 발명품은 컴퓨터, 스마트폰 혹은 스마트 태블릿에 사용할 수 있는 스타일러스 펜이다. 펜과 스마트기기를 블루투스로 연결하여 펜에 장착되어 있는 스캐너를 통해 생활 속의 색들을 피킹한다. 후 그 고유한 색상과 질감을 스마트기기에 전송하여 스마트기기 내에 자체적으로 DB를 생성 파레트App(연동App)에 저장할 수 있다. 스마트기기 자체에서 스타일러스 펜으로 그림을 그리거나 혹은 글씨를 쓸 때 파레트App를 사용하여 보다 현실적, 실제적인 느낌을 표현 할 수 있도록 하는 스타일러스 펜이다.

Description

라이프 컬러 스타일러스 펜{Life Color Stylus Pen}
본 고안은 스타일러스펜에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 실생활의 색상을 스캔하여 DB로 저장 후 색상으로 바로 사용할 수 있는 스타일러스펜에 관한것이다.
일반적으로 모바일장치 예컨대, 노트북 컴퓨터, PDA, 및 휴대폰 등이 널리 사용됨에 따라, 모바일장치에 데이터를 입력하기 위한 다양한 수단 예컨대, 트랙볼, 터치스크린(touch screen)등)들이 개발되어 왔다. 이 과정에서 모바일장치의 크기가 점차로 작아짐에 따라, 키보드나 마우스와 같은 입력장치로는 그 모바일장치에 대응시킬 수가 없게 되었으며, 현재 스마트폰과 같은 모바일장치에는 전자펜의 일종인 스타일러스펜(stylers pen)이 보편적으로 사용되고 있다. 상기와 같은 전자펜의 일종인 스타일러스펜은 펜의 형상을 갖는 입력장치로서 펜촉이 우레탄과 같은 합성수지로 이루어지며, 사람이 파지하고 힘을 가하여 터치스크린에 압력을 가하도록 구성된 입력장치이다. 그리고 상기 스타일러스펜으로 터치스크린에 압력을 가할 시, 터치스크린은 이에 반응하여 소정의 문자나 메뉴가 선택된 것으로 인식한다. 또한 스타일러스펜은 통상 단말기에 장착되기도 하지만 단말기의 소형화 추세에 따라, 손에 잡고 사용하기에 충분한 크기를 갖도록 구성되어 단말기와는 별도로 휴대할 수도 있도록 제조되고 있다.
근래 스타일러스펜의 발전을 통해 터치스크린에 직접 스케치가 가능하다. 그러나, 태블릿 PC에서 디자인 작업을 할 경우 색상 선택 어려움의 문제점이 발생한다.
태블릿 PC의 장점 중 하나는 바로 디자인 작업에 용이하다는 점이다. 하지만 현재 일부 디자이너를 제외하고서는 이러한 장점을 활용하지 못하고 있다. 일반 사용자의 경우 태블릿 PC에서 디자인 작업을 할 경우 색상 선택 어려움의 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 본 발명품을 고안하였다.
스타일러스 펜에 스캐너를 장착하여 실생활의 색상을 스캐닝하고 이러한 DB를 연동하는 APP을 이용하여 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
기존의 Color Picker를 이용한 어려운 색상 선택 과정을 생략이 가능하며 생활 속에서 바로 스캔을 한 색이므로 프린팅 할 경우 디스플레이된 색과의 색상 차이를 확실하게 줄일 수 있다. 사용자만의 개성 있는 파레트 생성이 가능하며 기존에 제공하지 않는 질감 역시 DB화 하여 사용할 수 있어 본 아이디어가 대중화 되면 태블릿 PC사용자 누구든 자신만의 디지털 Art를 그려 낼 수 있다. 이를 통해 디지털 Art 창출에 기여할 것이다.

본 아이디어는 생활속에서 보이는 색상 혹은 질감을 스타일러스펜을 이용하여 스캔하여 색상DB로 저장 활용이 가능한 스타일러스 펜이다. 더욱 자세한 구성은 아래와 같다.
1. 정전 용량의 변화를 이용한 터치스크린 패널에 적용 가능한 스타일러스 펜.
2. 블루투스모듈이 탑재된 스타일러스 펜.
3. 스캐너가 탑재된 스타일러스 펜.
4. 스캔된 이미지(색상)를 보여줄 수 있는 LCD가 탑재된 스타일러스 펜.
5. 스캔된 이미지(색상)를 블루투스를 통해 스마트 디바이스로 전송되고 전송된 이미지(색상)를 정렬하여 디자인작업에 이용할 수 있도록 하는 연동App.
6. 벡터를 이용한 차별화된 색 DB저장 방식.

  2. 청구항1에 있어서, 블루투스모듈이 탑재된 스타일러스 펜.
  3. 청구항1,2에 있어서, 스캐너가 탑재된 스타일러스 펜.
  4. 스캔된 이미지(색상)를 블루투스를 통해 스마트 디바이스로 전송되고 전송된 이미지(색상)를 정렬하여 디자인작업에 이용할 수 있도록 하는 연동App을 갖는 스타일러스 펜.
  5. 벡터를 이용한 색 DB저장 방식을 갖는 스타일러스 펜.
