Abstract

The present invention relates to a danger indicating apparatus and, more specially, relates to a danger indicating apparatus capable of indicating danger to drivers in other vehicles as a gas pocket jets out of a vehicle like a balloon. According to the present invention, a danger indicating apparatus comprises: a gas pocket; a compressed gas jetting means; an operating means; and a connecting means. The gas pocket on which a warning notice is marked outside is mounted on a vehicle. The compressed gas jetting means injects a gas lighter than air injected into the gas pocket. The operating means allows the gas pocket to be out of the vehicle by operating the compressed gas jetting means. The connecting means connects the gas pocket to the vehicle in order not to separate the gas pocket from the vehicle as the gas pocket is at a distance away from the vehicle. Moreover, in the danger indicating apparatus, the gas pocket is desirable to further include a light emitting means to indicate a warning. When an accident occurs in a vehicle, a gas lighter than air is injected into a gas pocket such that the gas pocket is out of the vehicle and the gas pocket rises into the air; thereby indicating whether a vehicle accident has occurred. The present invention has the effects of not only preventing an accident occurring in warning indicating work, but also immediately indicating a warning in an accident as a gas pocket is out of a vehicle, and indicates a warning which can be identified from a distance even if a driver does not leave the vehicle.
