Description

A window profile with a prepreg reinforcement {Window frame with reinforcement}

The present invention relates to a profile for a window provided with a reinforcing material, and more particularly to a profile for a window provided with a prepreg reinforcing material in which a reinforcing material of a prepreg material is inserted into a profile instead of a conventional steel reinforcing material.

Generally, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) resins have been used for window profiles because of their advantages such as heat insulation, airtightness, watertightness, soundproofness, resistance to weathering, resistance to dew condensation and flame retardancy.

In this case, although the profile using the PVC resin has the advantages of improving the productivity and the degree of freedom in the shape at the time of extrusion, it shows a weak point in terms of strength properties. Accordingly, in order to increase the strength of such a PVC profile, a pipe structure is conventionally used as a reinforcing material.

However, since the profile using such an iron structure has a very low heat insulating property, there is a serious problem of heat loss in the internal environment, the weight of the profile is large, and construction and processing are troublesome due to the characteristics of the material.

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 423599 discloses a curtain wall having a glass plate fixing means using a locking clip, but it is made of a metal profile such as steel and uses an extrusion molding method. As a result, there is a drawback that the heat insulating property is weak.

Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a window profile provided with a prepreg reinforcing material capable of increasing the weight and thermal insulation of a window product by inserting a reinforcing material of a prepreg into the profile It has its purpose.

A profile for a window provided with the prepreg reinforcing material of the present invention for realizing the above-mentioned object includes: a body portion to be extruded; And a reinforcing material of a prepreg material inserted in the longitudinal direction in the inner space of the body part.

In this case, the body portion is made of a thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride material.

Further, the reinforcing member is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the inner space through an adhesive.

Further, the reinforcing member is formed in a shape of 'a', 'c', and 'k'.

Further, the reinforcing member is characterized in that its cross section is formed in a honeycomb shape.

Further, the reinforcing member is formed in an 'I' shape, and is installed in any one of vertical, horizontal, and oblique directions in the inner space.

Further, the reinforcing member is formed to be spaced apart from the inner space by a predetermined distance.

And the reinforcing member is inserted into the fitting groove formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner circumferential surface of the inner space.

Further, And the reinforcing fiber is in the form of a plate impregnated with a thermosetting resin and cured.

Further, the reinforcing material is formed by laminating a prepreg and then heating and pressing to harden the thermosetting resin.

Further, the reinforcing fiber is a carbon fiber.

The thermosetting resin is an epoxy resin.

The present invention according to the above-described construction can increase the weight and heat insulation of the product by inserting the reinforcing material of the prepreg into the window making profile, and furthermore, the double- It is possible to improve the heat insulation and wind pressure performance by selectively applying a reinforcing material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings, the same reference numerals as in the drawings denote the same elements in the drawings, unless they are indicated on other drawings.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line IV-IV in FIG. 1 is a sectional view taken along line II-II of Fig.

1 and 2, a profile for a window provided with a reinforcing material according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a body 110 to be extruded and an inner space S of the body 110, And a stiffener 120 of a prepreg material inserted in the longitudinal direction.

That is, the profile according to the present invention is applied to the internal space S as a reinforcing material 120 of a prepreg material instead of a conventional steel reinforcing material, so that the profile can be lightened and the heat insulating property can be improved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.

First, the body 110 is used to form the main frame of the window frame 10 or the window 20 constituting the window, and is formed of a thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride material. In this case, the body portion 110 to be extruded is provided with an internal space S formed in a predetermined cross-sectional shape so that the reinforcing member 120 can be inserted. The inner space S is formed as an inner space S 1 and an outer space S 2 in the case of the window frame 10 and an inner space S is provided in the profile in the case of the windowpane 20 .

3 and 4, the stiffener 120 is inserted into the internal space S of the body 110 to improve durability and heat insulation of the window. The reinforcing material 120 of the prepreg material is made of reinforcing fiber including carbon fiber or glass fiber having high strength and high elastic property, preferably carbon fiber as raw material, and is made of melamine or phenol resin, preferably epoxy resin It is the next hardened plate shaped product.

Alternatively, the reinforcing material 120 can be formed by laminating the prepregs, and then heating and pressing to harden the thermosetting resin.

Such a reinforcing material 120 can prevent a poor construction such as occurrence of uncured epoxy resin, and the quality of the product is uniform because the amount of impregnated resin is constant. In addition, there is an advantage that it can be used semi-permanently because it is easy to store and there is no deformation of the product.

Preferably, the stiffener 120 is formed in various shapes so as to reinforce the rigidity of the profile constituting the window. For example, the reinforcement member 120 may be formed in a shape such as 'a', 'c', or 'k'. In the present invention, an example of a case where the stiffener 120 is formed of a " C " character will be shown and described.

The reinforcing member 120 formed in various sectional shapes may be attached to the inner circumferential surface of the inner space S according to its shape or may be formed by fitting the reinforcing member 120 into the inner space S, ), As shown in Fig.

5 and 6, the reinforcing member 120 may have a honeycomb structure in cross section so as to reinforce the heat insulation and strength at the same time. Honeycomb is a honeycomb-shaped molded body, and is widely used as a heat insulating material and a lightweight structural material. By forming the reinforcing member 120 of the prepreg material in the honeycomb structure, it is possible to realize the light weight of the window while maintaining the existing strength as well as the heat insulation.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the stiffener 120 may be formed in an 'I' shape. Specifically, the stiffener 120 may be installed in the interior space S in any one of vertical, horizontal, and oblique directions. In this case, the reinforcing member 120 having the 'I' shape may be spaced apart from the inner space S by a predetermined distance. The stiffener 120 may be installed on the inner circumferential surface of the inner space S by being inserted into the fitting groove 111 formed in the longitudinal direction.

Referring to FIG. 3 again, the reinforcing members 120 of the prepreg material formed in various shapes as described above may be inserted into a plurality of spaces provided in the window frame 10, respectively. The inner space S of the window frame 10 may be divided into the indoor space S1 and the outdoor space S2 in the case of the double window in which the indoor side window 21 and the outdoor side window 23 are slidably coupled It is divided. By inserting the reinforcing members 120 of the prepreg material into the profiles constituting the window frame 10, the weight and durability of the window frame 10 can be improved.

Or the material of the reinforcing material inserted into the space S1 of the window frame 10 and the space S2 of the space S2 may be different from each other. That is, the reinforcing material 120 of the prepreg material formed in any one of the various shapes described above may be inserted into the inner space S1 of the window frame 10 to improve the heat insulating performance. In addition, the metal reinforcement 130 made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or the like is inserted into the outdoor side inner space S2 to reinforce the rigidity (see FIG. 6).

However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be applied to a case where a profile that constitutes the indoor side window 21 and the outdoor side window 23 A reinforcement material can be applied to the window frame 10 as in the case of the window frame 10. The prepreg stiffener 120 is inserted into the internal space S of the profile constituting the indoor side window 21 and the internal space S of the profile constituting the outdoor side window 23 is provided with a metal reinforcing material It is needless to say that the performance of heat insulation and wind pressure can be improved by mixing and applying the heat insulating material 130.

According to the window profile of the present invention, since the profile in which the reinforcing material 120 of the prepreg material is integrally formed is manufactured, it is possible to complement the heat insulating property and the light weight, which are disadvantages of the window made of the existing steel reinforcement material.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the invention.
