Description

[0001] Window frame with reinforcement [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a profile for a window, and more particularly, to a profile for a window provided with a reinforcing material capable of increasing the weight and heat insulation by producing a profile in which a plastic composite stiffener is inserted instead of a conventional steel reinforcement.

Generally, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) resins have been used for window profiles because of their advantages such as heat insulation, airtightness, watertightness, soundproofness, resistance to weathering, resistance to dew condensation and flame retardancy.

In this case, although the profile using the PVC resin has the advantages of improving the productivity and the degree of freedom in the shape at the time of extrusion, it shows a weak point in terms of strength properties. Accordingly, a pipe-shaped steel structure is used as a reinforcing material for increasing the strength of the PVC profile.

However, since the profile using such an iron structure has a very low heat insulating property, there is a serious problem of heat loss in the internal environment, the weight of the profile is large, and construction and processing are troublesome due to the characteristics of the material.

KOKAI Publication No. 2002-8816 discloses a fire door having a peripheral door frame, but does not disclose a specific composition and molding method of the glass fiber reinforced plastic.

Korean Utility Model Registration No. 423599 discloses a curtain wall having a glass plate fixing means using a locking clip, but it is made of a metal profile such as steel and uses an extrusion molding method. As a result, there is a drawback that the heat insulating property is weak.

The present invention has been conceived to solve the above-mentioned problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a profile for a window with reinforcing material, which is made of a reinforced plastic composite material instead of a conventional steel reinforcing material, The purpose is to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a window profile comprising a reinforcing member of the present invention, comprising: a body portion of a thermoplastic resin; And a reinforcing material of a plastic composite material inserted in the inner space of the body part along the longitudinal direction.

In this case, the body is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Further, the reinforcing member is integrally formed in the body portion through co-extrusion.

The plastic composite may include 45 to 75 parts by weight of a polymer resin and 25 to 75 parts by weight of fibers.

The polymer resin may include one or more of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), and nylon.

The fibers may optionally include one or a plurality of natural fibers including glass fiber or kenaf, flax, and bamboo.

Further, the reinforcing member is inserted into the inner space in a rib shape, and is installed in any one of a vertical, horizontal, and oblique directions or in a plurality of directions to divide the inner space.

And the reinforcing member is seated and fixed to a coupling portion formed in the longitudinal direction of the inner circumferential surface of the body portion.

According to the present invention as described above, since a profile in which a reinforcing material made of a plastic composite material is integrally inserted instead of a conventional steel reinforcing material is produced, it is possible to supplement the disadvantages of the conventional steel reinforcing material, which is a heat insulating property and light weight.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings, the same reference numerals as in the drawings denote the same elements in the drawings, unless they are indicated on other drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a window frame using a window profile with a reinforcement according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along a line II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing an apparatus for manufacturing a window profile according to the present invention to be.

1 and 2, a window profile 100 provided with a reinforcing material according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a body 110 having a main outer surface made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is a thermoplastic resin, And a reinforcing material 120 of a plastic composite material inserted into the internal space S of the body 110 along the length direction.

That is, the profile 100 according to the present invention can improve the heat insulation as well as the weight of the product by applying the reinforcing material 120 of the plastic composite material to the inside of the profile instead of the conventional steel reinforcement.

Preferably, the plastic composite constituting the reinforcing member 120 may include 45 to 75 parts by weight of the polymer resin and 25 to 75 parts by weight of the fibers.

In this case, the polymer resin may include one or more of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), and nylon.

The fibers may optionally include any one or a plurality of natural fibers including glass fiber or kenaf, flax, and bamboo.

The profile 100 having the reinforcing material according to the present invention is formed by coextruding a reinforcing material 120 of a plastic composite material in a body part 110 of a PVC material ≪ / RTI >

3, the co-extrusion apparatus 200 for manufacturing the profile 100 may include a main extruder 210, a secondary extruder 220, and an extrusion die 230. The profile manufacturing process using the co-extrusion apparatus 200 will now be described.

First, the body part forming compound material forming the main outer shape of the profile 100 is injected through a hopper (not shown) of the main extruder 210. The body part forming compound may include a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. The injected compound material is dissolved by a heater provided in the main extruder 210, and is forwardly conveyed by the rotation of a screw (not shown). The transferred molten material is extruded into a predetermined shape through an extrusion die 230.

At the same time, in the auxiliary extruder 220, the compound material for the stiffener 120 is inserted into the body 110 so that the stiffener 120 can be integrally formed. The injected compound material for reinforcing material is heated and melted by an internal heater, and is forwardly transported by the rotation of a screw (not shown). The transferred molten material is extruded into a predetermined shape inside the body 110 through the extrusion die 230 to obtain a profile 100 in which the stiffener 120 is integrally formed in the body 110 .

As described above, the profile 100 in which the reinforcing member 120 extruded through the extrusion die 230 is inserted integrally includes the calibrator 240, the cooling device 250, the inserter 260 and the cutter 270 And finished with finished products. In this case, the reinforcement member 120 may be formed in various shapes such as 'a', 'b', 'c', 'k', and 'e' through various molds. In the present invention, an example of a case where the stiffener 120 is formed in a '?' Shape is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

4A to 4C are views showing another embodiment of a window profile having a reinforcing member according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a detailed view of a portion 'A' of FIG. 4A.

4A to 4C, the window profile 100 according to the present invention can be formed by inserting and fixing the stiffener 120 in the body 110 in addition to the co-extrusion method. In this case, the material of the body 110 and the stiffener 120 may be made of the same material as that of coextrusion.

More specifically, the stiffener 120 may have a variety of shapes and structures, but may preferably be a plate. That is, the reinforcing member 120 is inserted into the internal space S of the body 110 in a rib shape and installed in any one of a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal direction, It will block.

Referring to FIG. 5, an engaging portion 111 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the body 110 to fix the reinforcing member 120. Preferably, the engaging portion 111 is formed so that at least one pair of engaging protrusions 111a are spaced apart from each other, and a coupling groove 111b is formed therebetween. The engaging portions 111 are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the body portion 110 so as to face each other. That is, both ends of the stiffener 120 are seated in the engaging groove 111b, thereby fixing the position thereof. Further, the stiffeners 120 may be formed at a predetermined spacing or at any position in the width direction of the profile.

However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the stiffener 120 may be fixed to the inside of the body 110 through the co-extrusion, The present invention is not limited thereto.

The profile 100 for a window provided with the reinforcing material according to the present invention having the above-described structure produces a profile in which a reinforcing material 120 of a plastic composite material is inserted in place of a conventional steel reinforcing material, It is possible to compensate for the heat insulation and lightweight.
