Description

[0001] MULTIFUNCTION FITNESS EQUIPMENT USING ELASTIC BAND [0002]

The present invention relates to a fitness device equipped with elastic bands on the handle coupled to both ends of the bar.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a multifunctional exercise device using an elastic band capable of performing various movements in accordance with a direction and a width of a non-slip part by providing a plurality of non-slip parts on a bar and each of a bar and a handle, .

The present invention also relates to a multifunctional exercising apparatus using an elastic band capable of performing crossing motion one by one by using a joint structure of a bar and a handle separately.

The present invention also relates to a multifunctional exercising apparatus using an elastic band capable of changing a direction of a force and improving various muscular strength by using an angle adjusted in a state where a bar and a handle are combined.

In general, exercise equipment is used for health promotion and fitness training. Various types of exercise equipment are used depending on the exercise method and body parts to be exercised.

These types of exercise apparatuses can be classified into aerobic exercise apparatuses such as a running machine or a cycle for improving endurance and muscle strength apparatuses for improving muscle strength.

Among them, most of the structures of the muscle force appliances are those in which heavy objects are connected to wires or frames.

In other words, in order to exercise the muscle, the muscles are trained by indirectly lifting the heavy object by repeating the operation of pulling or pushing the wire or frame connected to the heavy object by using a specific part of the body.

However, since such a muscle force exercise apparatus is expensive and occupies a large area, there is a problem that it can not be easily accessed at home because it is installed in a facility such as a gym or a separate exercise facility.

Accordingly, various exercise apparatuses have been developed to exercise the muscles in the home. However, such exercise apparatuses have a problem in that they can not perform various exercises due to the specialized structure capable of exercising specific body parts.

Therefore, it is required to develop a fitness device that is free from space limitation and can exercise various body parts at home.

On the other hand, an exercise method using an elastic band for muscle power exercise has been developed.

The elastic band is made of a flexible material and can be stretched. The elastic band is bright and bright on one side and pulls on the other side. Or, the center portion is fixed and the other side is pulled by two hands.

Such elastic bands are simple, inexpensive, and can be used in a narrow space. Since a variety of exercises are possible without using a lot of force, a wide range of objects can be exercised by using elastic bands such as the handicapped and the elderly.

However, in the case of using the elastic band alone, when the elastic band is stretched, in order to increase the strength due to the stretchable material, the number of times of winding the elastic band is increased to shorten the elastic band, There is a problem that irritation occurs and a wound is generated in the hand.

In addition, since there is no stable grip, the motion concentration is lowered, and efficient muscle strength can not be achieved with only elastic bands.

Therefore, a variety of exercise apparatuses having grip portions capable of gripping by hand using elastic force have been developed.

As one of such exercise apparatuses, a fitness apparatus having an elastic cable is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0353032.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a fitness device having the above-described elastic cable, and its configuration is an elastic cable 1 that can be extended to a predetermined length; A pair of handles (2) connected to the respective ends of the elastic cable (1); And an elongated bar (4) having a U-shaped yoke (3) for receiving and guiding each handle (2) at each end.

The movement mechanism having such an elastic cable is provided with the handle 2 or the bar 4 using the elastic force of the elastic cable 1 by firmly coupling the bar 2 and the bar 2 to which the elastic cable 1 is connected. The flexible cable 1 connected to the handle 2 is not detached from the bar 4 so as to perform safe movement.

In addition, the hook 5 is movable along the elastic cable 1 so that the hook 5 is fitted into the groove of the door or the like to pull the handle 2 in a state where a part of the elastic cable 1 is fixed to the door Allows movement through motion.

However, the above technique is performed by pulling the handle 2 installed at both ends of the bar 4 or the bar 4 in a state where the elastic cable 1 is fixed, By exercising only by pulling motion, only specific muscles of the body part can be exercised, and there is a limitation in exercising various muscles of the body part.

Further, the elastic cable 1 is fixed to the handle 2, and the connection between the handle 2 and the elastic cable 1 is excellent, but it is difficult to adjust the strength by the elastic force.

As another exercise device, a multifunctional rope band exercise device is disclosed in Registration Utility Model No. 20-0451841.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the multifunctional rope band exercise machine described above, the structure of which is composed of a pair of main knobs 7a and 7b to which the rope band 6 is fitted and separated from each other; And a pair of auxiliary knobs (8a, 8b) for mutually assembling and separating and fixing both ends of the rope band (6) and allowing the remainder of the rope band (6) to pass therethrough.

The rope band exercise machine is configured to perform muscle strength or jump rope by using the main knobs 7a and 7b and auxiliary knobs 8a and 8b fastened to the rope band 6.

In addition, a plurality of knobs can be easily assembled and separated from each other, and can be deformed according to various exercise methods.

In the above technique, the hook formed at one side of the upper portion of the main knob 7a is engaged with the hook groove formed at the upper side of the main knob 7b to be assembled by half rotation, and the hook formed at the upper side of the auxiliary knob 8a is inserted into the auxiliary knob 8b so as to hold the main knobs 7a, 7b and the auxiliary knobs 8a, 8b, respectively, and pull the knobs outward.

However, as shown in the attached FIG. 2, the force against the low band 6 is most generated at the connecting portions of the main knobs 7a and 7b and the auxiliary knobs 8a and 8b, There is a risk of occurrence of an accident by releasing the connecting portions of the grips 7a and 7b or the auxiliary grips 8a and 8b.

It is also positively possible to provide a stable grip feeling by using the main grips 7a and 7b or the auxiliary grips 8a and 8b.

5B, when the bar 10 and the knob 20 are coupled with each other by adjusting the angle, pressing the vertical axis projection 23 and the horizontal axis projection 24 causes the handle 20 to be pulled out from the bar 10 .

That is, when the vertical axis projection portion 23 and the horizontal axis projection portion 24 are depressed and the handle 20 is pulled to the outside of the bar 10, the horizontal axis projection portion 24 pushes the bars 20 And the grip 20 is rotatable about the axis of the transverse shaft hole 14 by being engaged and bound by the tension.

At this time, the bar cutting portion 15 provides a space in which the knob 20 can be rotated, and the knob cutting portion 25 contacts the inner side of the upper side of the bar 10, 20) is naturally rotated to adjust the angle.

Thus, by gripping and moving the non-slip part 21 of the angle-controlled knob 20, it is possible to improve various muscular strength by changing the direction of the force.

The hook ring 26 is coupled to one side of the handle 20 and has an annular shape capable of being opened and closed, and functions to bind the wire or the elastic band 30 or the like.

As shown in the accompanying drawings, the hook ring 26 is coupled with an intermittent hook (not shown) that is pivotally connected to a partially opened ring, and the hook ring 26 is opened State or closed state.

At this time, the rotation of the intermittent hook can be configured only inside the hook loop 26, so that the elastic band 30 is naturally engaged with the hook loop 26, but the fastening is not released.

The intermittent hook may be further provided with a spring or the like so that the hook hook 26 is always closed by the elasticity of the spring.

That is, in the case of fastening the elastic band 30 to the hook ring 26, after the elastic hook 30 is pivoted to the hook ring 26 which is partially opened by the rotation of the intermittent hook, 26 are closed so that the hook ring 26 and the elastic band 30 are firmly bound to each other.

At this time, the hook hook 26 may be configured to be rotatable about a central axis along the longitudinal direction of the handle 20.

The hook ring 26 is naturally rotated according to the flow of the elastic band 30 fastened to the hook ring 26 so that the elastic band 30 is prevented from being wound on the bar 10 or the knob 20 can do.

Depending on the design conditions, the hook ring 26 may also be a circular ring, as shown in Figure 6, and may be further provided with a hinge 27 in the hook ring 26 which is coupled to the handle 20 .

The hook ring 26 is pivoted by the hinge 27 so that the hook ring 26 is moved by the flow of the elastic band 30 when the elastic band 30 is moved to the hook ring 26 by tightening. It is possible to prevent the elastic band 30 from being hindered by the bar 10 or the grip 20 from interfering with the movement.

The elastic band 30 is a band having elasticity, which can be stretched or shrunk, and is capable of repeatedly pulling and releasing it to perform muscle movement. The material having elasticity may be composed of various materials such as latex.

The elastic band 30 of latex has the advantage of being able to exercise in a small space and to adjust the strength. In addition, the price is low, and the range of the object which can exercise using the elastic band 30 such as the handicapped and the elderly is wide.

The elastic band 30 is fastened to the handle 20 so that the elastic band 30 can perform various movements while gripping the bar 10 and the nonslip parts 11 and 21 provided on the handle 20.

At this time, the elastic band 30 may be provided with a ring 31 corresponding to the hook ring 26 so that the elastic band 30 can be fastened to the handle 20.

The hook 20 and the elastic band 30 are firmly fastened to each other by the hook 31 and the hook 31. The hook 20 and the elastic band 30 are firmly fastened to each other by the hook 31, The risk of an accident can be minimized because the door 30 is not detached.

The elastic band 30 can be fastened by deforming freely the length of the elastic band 30 fastened to the handle 20 by fastening the elastic band 30 using the ring 31. Accordingly, It is easy to control the intensity by adjusting.

In addition, replacement of the elastic band 30 is facilitated due to a decrease in elasticity occurring during long-term use.

The hook 20 may be provided with a hook 31 and the elastic band 30 may be provided with a hook ring 26 and the hook 20 and the elastic band 30 may be provided with hook rings 26 may be provided.

Hereinafter, an operation method and a use procedure of the multifunction exercise machine using the elastic band according to the present invention will be described in detail.

FIGS. 7 to 12 are views showing an example of performing exercise using a multifunctional exercising apparatus using an elastic band according to an embodiment of the present invention.

7, by holding the non-slip part 11 provided on the center side of the bar 10, fixing a part of the elastic band 30, and then pulling the bar 10, can do.

8, by holding the non-slip parts 11 provided at both side ends of the bar 10, fixing a part of the elastic band 30, and then pulling the knob 20, You can exercise.

On the other hand, the effect of exercise is different according to the direction and width of holding the grip during muscle exercise using the bar.

7 and 8, by narrowing or widening the widths of both arms holding the non-slip portions 11 and 21 along the longitudinal direction of the bar 10, And it is also possible to control the strength of muscle strength and to perform various exercises.

As shown in FIG. 9, various actions such as a winder movement can be performed by using the wire (W) to hang the barb (B) on the circular hole (12) formed at the center of the bar (10).

Herein, the winder movement is a method in which the bar 10 is held in the center of the bar 10 by hanging the barb B using the wire W and the bar 10 is rotated while holding the bar 10 with both hands, It is known as exercise, which is effective for wrist or forearm movement.

10, after the angle of the knob 20 is adjusted by modifying the binding position of the bar 10 and the knob 20, the movement of pulling the knob 20 in the state of gripping the non-slip portion 21 can do.

At this time, the angle between the bar 10 and the knob 20 is adjusted so that the impact transmitted to the wrist during the operation of pulling the bar 10 toward the body can be alleviated. Further, it is possible to improve grip feeling of the non-slip part 21 by the adjusted angle, and to induce large stimulation to the lower part of the biceps muscle strength.

In other words, when the angle between the bar 10 and the handle 20 is adjusted, it is possible to perform the movement in the direction of the force different from the direction of the force generated when the bar 10 and the handle 20 are used , And various muscular strengths can be improved.

As shown in Fig. 11, releasing the engagement between the bar 10 and the handle 20 enables one-handed movement.

That is, after the nonskid part 21 is gripped with both hands in the state where the elastic band 30 is fastened to the knob 20, the movement can be performed by pulling the knob 20.

In addition, one-handed exercise can be carried out alternately, and more intensive muscle power can be exercised.

12, when the bar 10 and the handle 20 are unbonded, the handle 20 in the form of a ring can be used separately.

That is, the elastic band 30 or the wire W is fastened to the knob 20, the knobs 20 are gripped with both hands, and then the knob 20 is moved alternately one by one. .

7 to 12, an example of exercise using a multifunctional exercising apparatus using an elastic band according to the present invention has been described. However, it is needless to say that various exercises are possible.

Therefore, the multifunctional exercising apparatus using the elastic band according to the present invention can have various motions according to the direction and the width of the nonslip parts 11, 21 by providing a plurality of nonslip parts 11, 21.

Further, by separately using the joint structure of the bar 10 and the handle 20, it is possible to perform a crossing motion by one hand, and rope skipping can be performed by applying it.

Further, by adjusting the angle between the bar 10 and the knob 20, various muscular strengths can be improved by changing the direction of the force.

3 to 12 are merely the main points of the present invention. As various designs can be made within the technical scope of the present invention, the present invention is limited to the configurations of Figs. 3 to 12 It is self-evident.
