As shown in Table 1 above, the heat-resistant SAN resin compositions to which Examples 1 and 2 of the present invention were applied had glass transition temperatures as compared with the heat-resistant SAN resin compositions of Comparative Example 1 using sulfur-containing aromatic compounds not suitable for use in the present invention, The residual oligomer content was remarkably improved while maintaining the flowability, the weight average molecular weight, the heat resistance and the like, and the odor was remarkably improved also during the processing.
Specifically, in Comparative Example 1 using a sulfur-containing aromatic compound, a toxic gas emission amount was 5,300 ppm, and a bad odor was found in the odor (sensory test). On the other hand, in Examples 1 and 2 in which 0.4 parts by weight and 1.0 part by weight of the sulfur-free aromatic compound were used, the amount of toxic gas emission was reduced to about 1/50 of that of Comparative Example 1 and almost no odor was found in the odor (sensory test) there was.
Therefore, when the technique of the present invention is used, not only high heat resistance and fluidity can be ensured, but also an advantage of reducing odor during processing can be obtained.
Hereinafter, an additional experimental example related to the split injection is shown.
추가 Add 실험예Experimental Example
After completion of the first polymerization reaction in Example 1, the same steps as in Example 1 were repeated except that the initiator was not separately administered. Thus, a SAN resin in a pellet state was prepared, and the same physical property test as in Example 1 was measured Respectively.
As a result, the glass transition temperature was 135.5 占 폚, 3.0 g / 10 min at MI (230 占 폚, 10 kg), a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 167,738 g / mol, a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 101.6 占 폚, a residual oligomer content of 190 ppm Odor was also confirmed as ○ (odorless).
Therefore, the same or similar physical property measurement values as in Examples 1 and 2 can be confirmed for the case where the emulsifier and the sulfur-free aromatic compound are separately added.
