Abstract
The bobbin and terminal coupling structure of the BLAC three-phase motor according to the present invention is characterized in that the upper bobbin and the lower bobbin are combined to constitute a bobbin unit and a terminal coupled to the bobbin unit, And the upper bobbin and the lower bobbin are assembled to the stator core and the wire is wound along the groove shape so that the upper bobbin and the lower bobbin are wound together. The terminals are formed in the form of a hook so that the terminals can be easily fused to the wires, and the wires and the power module can be connected to each other.
According to the bobbin and terminal connection structure of the BLAC three-phase motor according to the present invention, since the terminal and the terminal are directly connected to each other, the manufacturing process and manufacturing cost of the motor are reduced, thereby improving the production efficiency of the motor.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a bobbin and a terminal in a BLAC three-phase motor, which is used in a winding pattern method which enables current transmission to a terminal without a bus bar or racing.
Conventional BLAC 3-phase motors have adopted a method of transferring current to a wire by using a bus bar or lacing.
In such a conventional technique, when a bus bar is used, the design of the bus bar is complicated and additional material costs are incurred. In the case of racing, additional equipment required for racing is required and the operation time is prolonged.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a bobbin and terminal coupling structure suitable for a waving pattern of a BLAC three-phase motor in which a power line and a terminal are contacted with each other to shorten a work process and reduce a material cost. .
In order to achieve the above object, a bobbin and a terminal coupling structure of a BLAC three-phase motor according to the present invention, provided with a bobbin unit combined with an upper bobbin and a lower bobbin, The upper bobbin is formed in a groove shape so that the terminal can be assembled, and the lower bobbin has six grooves to facilitate winding wiring at the time of winding, and the upper bobbin and the lower bobbin are assembled to the stator core The wire is wound along the groove shape, and the terminal is formed in a hook type so as to easily fuse with the wire, and can connect the wire and the power module.

According to the present invention, the winding pattern method for transferring electric current using the terminal is applied, so that the number of processes and manufacturing cost due to the manufacture of the motor is reduced as compared with the conventional bus bar or racing method.
