Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a tube coating apparatus for coating an inner surface of a tube, and more particularly, to a tube coating apparatus for providing a stable coating by supporting a sprayed portion from the outside of a tube.
Generally, the energy source currently used is mainly a chemical energy source. A chemical energy source is energy that uses the earth's resources such as petroleum or coal, and produces electricity using such a chemical energy source.
And the biggest advantage of chemical energy source is that it is direct energy source and it is high utilization efficiency. However, they are limited in their reserves and have the disadvantage that environmental pollutants such as carbon dioxide are emitted during the conversion of chemical energy sources into electricity.
As the use of electric appliances that use electricity in the modern society is increasing, the development of new and renewable energy rather than a chemical energy source has become an urgent problem. Research on the generation of electricity using solar energy, bio energy, wind energy, hydrogen energy, and marine energy as renewable energy has been actively carried out.
Particularly, a wind turbine is a wind turbine that converts a wind flow into electricity. The wind turbine includes a rotor having a blade for generating a rotational force by the flow of wind, a nacelle having a generator for converting the rotational force of the rotor into electricity, And a tower supporting the rotor and the nacelle. The tower has a plurality of tubular bodies connected together, and one tubular body is generally formed to have a length of about 20 m and a diameter of about 3 to 4 m.
Such a wind power generator is installed in an area where strong winds such as sea, beach, and mountain are blowing. In order to prevent corrosion by seawater salinity, it is indispensable to coat the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the tubular body.
In addition, since the tubular body is larger in size than a tube such as a general pipe, the painting operation generally depends on a manual operation. However, this has the problem that the coating quality is not uniform.
To solve this problem, a tube coating apparatus has been developed to automate the coating operation on the inner surface of the tube. The tube coating apparatus has a structure that travels along the inner surface of the tube and injects the paint onto the inner surface of the tube.
However, since the conventional tube coating apparatus travels along the inner surface of the tube in a state of being completely inserted into the inner surface of the tube, the coating quality tends to decrease. The inside of the tube is formed as a curved surface, and the surface of the tube is often uneven, so that the tube coating apparatus often goes out of the center line during running.
Accordingly, various electronic devices such as a high-level sensor may be incorporated, which causes a considerable increase in manufacturing cost of the tube coating apparatus.
Therefore, a method for solving such problems is required.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems of the conventional art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a tube coating apparatus capable of stably supporting a running part to improve paint quality.

Second, since the rail part can be moved around in various ways, there is an advantage that the driving method can be adapted to the situation.
