step S2: the left end of the pipeline to be sprayed is abutted against the right end face of the second supporting plate 23, the right end of the pipeline to be sprayed is sleeved on each clamping rod 15 of the first supporting plate 13, and the control panel 11 starts the air cylinder 14 to drive each clamping rod 15 to move outwards along the radial direction of the first supporting plate 13, so that each clamping rod 15 tensions and fixes the right end of the pipeline to be sprayed;
step S3: the working button is started through the control panel 11, the first motor 62 and the second motor 56 start to be started, the first motor 62 drives the first threaded rod 61 to rotate and drives the first connecting ring 4 and the second connecting ring 5 to horizontally move rightwards, meanwhile, the second motor 56 rotates and drives the cleaning brush 531 on the cleaning mechanism to rotate to clean the front outer surface of the pipeline to be sprayed with the anticorrosive paint, when the position sensor 24 on the second connecting ring 5 is in contact with the position sensor receiver 16 on the first L-shaped support 12, the control panel 11 receives a position signal of the second connecting ring 5 and sends a stop command to the first motor 62 and the second motor 56, meanwhile, the control panel 11 starts the infrared lamp 31 to enter a drying process, at the moment, a drain valve at the bottom of the telescopic corrugated cover 3 can be opened, and the dripped anticorrosive paint is discharged;
step S4: after the set drying time is reached, the control panel 11 turns off the infrared lamp 31, and simultaneously starts the first motor 62 to rotate in the reverse direction, so as to reset the first connecting ring 4 and the second connecting ring 5, and then the air cylinder 14 is reset through the control panel 11, so as to dismount the sprayed pipeline.
Before the pipeline is sprayed with the anticorrosive paint, the pipeline is cleaned by the cleaning mechanism in the second connecting ring 5, so that the outer surface of the pipeline is kept clean, and the influence of impurities attached on the coverage of the anticorrosive paint is avoided; when the first connecting ring 4 continuously moves and is matched with a spraying mechanism to spray and process a pipeline, the telescopic corrugated cover 3 is arranged between the first connecting ring 4 and the fixed disc 22, so that the telescopic corrugated cover 3 can gradually expand along with the movement of the first connecting ring 4, the pipeline is gradually covered until the spraying of the pipeline anticorrosive paint is finished, and meanwhile, the first connecting ring 4 is matched with the telescopic corrugated cover 3, so that the sprayed part of the pipeline anticorrosive paint can be always shielded and covered in the spraying process, thus not only preventing external impurities from influencing the sprayed pipeline, but also preventing the anticorrosive paint from being sprayed and dripping everywhere, not only keeping the spraying effectiveness of the anticorrosive paint, but also keeping the processing environment clean; after the spraying of pipeline anticorrosive coating is accomplished, first motor 62 is closed, a plurality of infrared ray roast lamps 31 are opened this moment, carry out quick heating and drying to the anticorrosive coating of pipeline surface spraying, and then make anticorrosive coating can the fast curing stereotype, thereby the efficiency of processing has been improved, because flexible ripple cover 3's the effect of sheltering from, can keep the heat gathering effectively like this, accelerate anticorrosive coating solidification, multi-stage telescopic rod 32 can make the expansion and the shrink of flexible ripple cover 3 more stable, avoid leading to flexible ripple cover 3 automatic flagging influence to use because of receiving the influence of gravity.

The spraying device for the chemical pipeline outer layer anticorrosive paint, according to claim 6, further comprising a multi-stage telescopic rod (32), wherein the left end of the multi-stage telescopic rod (32) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the fixed disk (22), the right end of the multi-stage telescopic rod (32) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first connecting ring (4), the outer wall of the upper side of the telescopic corrugated cover (3) is provided with a plurality of hanging rings (33) at intervals along the length direction, and the multi-stage telescopic rod (32) is sleeved with the hanging rings (33).
