Abstract
The material handling apparatus can be assembled and disassembled in a space within the ship, and includes a front frame, a rear frame, and a plurality of side frames, the lower ends of each of the plurality of side frames being bent toward each other; A plurality of supports spaced apart from each other and disposed at a lower end of each of the plurality of side frames; And a conveyance vehicle that travels through the lower ends of each of the plurality of side frames to convey the material. Therefore, the material conveying apparatus can install the rail frame in a narrow space by avoiding various obstacles, and can easily carry the weight of the material prohibited from the handling through the rail frame provided. In addition, it is possible to easily transport heavy materials, thereby reducing the number of charging operations and improving working conditions.
Description
The present invention relates to material handling technology, and more particularly, to a material handling device for easily transporting heavy materials for which handling is prohibited in a ship.
Conventionally, a trolley was required to carry out various operations such as transporting heavy objects from a ship or an offshore structure. The trolley first shook the trolley connected to the sling to fit on the mono rail for installation on the mono rail. However, the trolley of a large capacity has its own weight and size in proportion thereto, and the sling can not withstand the load of the trolley, resulting in a fatal accident.
Conventionally, a lifting lug was installed on the lower part of the deck using a support for maintenance of the equipment mounted on the ship. However, since the height of the deck is large in the case of a large-sized wire, the support is excessively installed, and access to the lifting lug located at a high place is difficult.
Korean Utility Model Publication No. 2013-0000354 discloses a portable lifting lug, which is a portable lifting lug that does not require the installation of excessive support and is much easier to maintain the equipment.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2014-0017802 also relates to a module for installing a trolley hoist for a ship or an offshore structure and an installation module for a trolley hoist for a vessel structure or an operating structure thereof, A module for installing a trolley hoist for a ship or an offshore structure and a method of operating the same, which enables a trolley hoist to be installed safely and easily on a mono rail of a ship.
One embodiment of the present invention seeks to install a rail frame avoiding various obstacles in a narrow space.
One embodiment of the present invention seeks to facilitate transport of materials of a weight that is prohibited to be handled through the installed rail frame.
One embodiment of the present invention seeks to facilitate the transport of heavy materials to reduce the number of feeds and to improve working conditions.
In embodiments, the material handling apparatus may be assembled and disassembled in a space within the ship, and includes a front frame, a rear frame, and a plurality of side frames, wherein the lower ends of each of the plurality of side frames include a rail frame ; A plurality of supports spaced apart from each other and disposed at a lower end of each of the plurality of side frames; And a conveyance vehicle that travels through the lower ends of each of the plurality of side frames to convey the material.
In one embodiment, the plurality of side frames may be spaced from each other, formed in a straight line, or formed in a curved line.
In one embodiment, the rail frame may include a connection portion connecting the front frame, the rear frame, and the plurality of side frames.
In one embodiment, the plurality of side frames may include an escape prevention portion that is bent toward each other at an upper end of each of the plurality of side frames.
In one embodiment, the carrier comprises a transport assisting member protruding from a part of its outer upper end; And a material fixing member installed on the inner upper sheet to fix the material.
In one embodiment, the plurality of supports are disposed on the deck to adjust the height up and down.
The disclosed technique may have the following effects. It is to be understood, however, that the scope of the disclosed technology is not to be construed as limited thereby, as it is not meant to imply that a particular embodiment should include all of the following effects or only the following effects.
The material conveying apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention can install a rail frame by avoiding various obstacles in a narrow space.
The material conveying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention can easily carry the weight of the material prohibited from being handled through the installed rail frame.
The material conveying apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention can easily transport heavy materials, thereby reducing the number of input operations and improving working conditions.
