Abstract
이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 전류 감지기를 두어 고정자 권선 및 시스템에 과다한 전류가 유입되는 것을 예방할 수 있어 모터의 소손을 예방할 수 있으며 시스템을 안정적으로 보호할 수 있으며, 부압 및 부하가 증가하여도 일정한 값 이상의 전류가 발생하지 않게 하는 센서리스형 BLDC 모터 고전류 제어방법을 제공할 수 있다.

도 2는 도 1의 제어방법이 적용되는 조향펌프의 시험 그래프이다.
Claims (3)
- 자동차용 유압식 조향펌프를 작동시키는 센서리스형 BLDC 모터의 고전류를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 모터에 흐르는 전류를 감지하는 시점, 전류 제한값 및 PID제어 초기값을 설정하는 (1)단계와;
엔진의 신호를 감지하여 상기 모터를 가동하고 전류감지기와 PID제어기를 작동하는 (2)단계와;
작동하는 상기 모터의 전류를 상기 전류 제한값과 비교하는 (3)단계와;
상기 (3)단계에서 상기 모터의 전류가 상기 전류 제한값을 초과하는 경우 상기 모터 출력 속도를 감소시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 고전류 제어방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (3)단계에서 상기 모터의 전류가 상기 전류 제한값 이하인 경우 PID제어를 하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 모터 고전류 제어방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모터의 전류 제한값은 85암페어 ± 3%범위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 고전류 제어방법.
