Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송하고 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하기 위한 시스템의 도식적인 표현이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송하고 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하기 위한 시스템의 사용자 인터페이스를 도시한다.
도 3은 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송하고 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하기 위한 방법의 흐름도이다.
도 4는 세계 보건 기구(World Health Organization; WHO)에 의해 제공되는 본 발명의 실시예들과 함께 사용될 수 있는 예시적인 분만 경과 그래프를 도시한다.
본 발명의 다른 배치들이 가능하고, 결과적으로, 부수하는 도면들은 본 발명의 전술하는 기재의 일반성(generality)을 대체하는 것으로서 이해되지 않아야 한다.
Claims (16)
- 분만 경과 그래프(partograph) 정보를 입력들로서 수신하도록 개작된(adapted to) 클라이언트 디바이스;
상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보는 통신 네트워크를 통해 분만 경과 그래프 처리 서버로 전송 가능하고;
상기 분만 경과 그래프 처리 서버는 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 수신하도록 배치되고; 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 표준화된 포맷에 일치시키고(conform) 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 적어도 하나의 컴퓨터 디바이스로 배포하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분만 경과 그래프 처리 서버는 적어도 하나의 이상 상태(abnormality condition)의 결정을 위해 상기 수신된 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하는 애널라이저
를 포함하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 클라이언트 디바이스는 적어도 하나의 이상 상태의 결정을 위해 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하는 애널라이저

상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보는 단위 시간 당 경부 개대(cervical dilatation) 및 단위 시간 당 태아 하강도(fetal station)를 포함하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 애널라이저는 활동기 지연(protracted active phase); 속발성 경부 개대 정지(secondary arrest of cervical dilatation); 감속기 지연(prolonged deceleration phase); 강하 실패(failure of descent); 하강 지연(protracted descent); 및 하강 정지(arrest of descent) 중 적어도 하나의 이상 상태의 검출을 위한 검출 알고리즘을 포함하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 통신 네트워크는 전기 통신(telecommunication) 네트워크인, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보는 단문 메시징 서비스(Short Messaging Service; SMS) 메시지(들)로서, 비구조형 부가 서비스 데이터(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data; USSD) 메시지들로서, 및/또는 일반 패킷 무선 서비스(General Packet Radio Service; GPRS), 3G 등과 같은 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크를 통해 전송될 수 있는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
이상 상태가 결정된 때 알림 메시지 형태의 경고가 생성되는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 경고는 SMS 또는 USSD 메시지인, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 시스템. - a. 클라이언트 디바이스로부터, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 수신하는 단계;
b. 상기 수신된 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분만 경과 그래프 정보 처리 서버로 전송하는 단계;
c. 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 표준화된 포맷에 일치시키도록 처리하는 단계; 및
d. 상기 처리된 정보를 적어도 하나의 컴퓨터 디바이스로 배포하는 단계
를 포함하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 처리된 정보를 배포하는 단계 이전에 적어도 하나의 이상 상태가 존재하는지를 결정하기 위해 상기 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 분석하는 단계
를 더 포함하는, 분만 경과 그래프 정보를 전송, 수신 및 분석하기 위한 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
이상 상태가 결정된 때 상기 클라이언트 디바이스 및/또는 상기 컴퓨터 디바이스의 사용자에게 알리기(prompt) 위한 경고를 생성하는 단계
