Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a bidet bed heating method and a bidet using the same, and more particularly, to a bidet bed heating method capable of quickly raising an initial temperature of a bedpan seat and a bidet using the bedpan heating method.
The bidet may be installed in a toilet seat as a cleaning device that cleans the local area by spraying wash water on a user's local area. The user seats on the bedpan seat of the bidet and sees the bedpanel. At this time, the user can adjust the temperature of the bedpan seat to a desired temperature by heating the bedpan seat for the convenience of the user.
However, when the outside air temperature is low as in winter, it may take time to heat the bedpan seat sheet to a desired temperature even if the bedpan seat sheet is heated. That is, when the user first seated, the bedpan seat may not be sufficiently heated, so that the user can be seated on the coffered bedpan seat. In this case, the user may feel uncomfortable and the reliability of the product may decrease.
Conventionally, the bedpan seat is continuously heated to maintain the temperature of the bedpan seat, or the bedpan seat is heated by a heater having a large heating capacity, thereby rapidly raising the temperature of the bedpan seat. However, in such a case, unnecessary power consumption can be increased, and when a heater having a large heating capacity is used, there is a problem that the risk of burning the product or causing fire due to overheating is increased.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a toilet seat heating method for quickly increasing the initial temperature of a toilet seat and a bidet using the same.
The bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a toilet seat that includes an opening at the center and is provided so that a user can sit on the toilet when the toilet is used; A toilet seat cover which rotates along a fixed hinge portion to open or close an upper portion of the bedpan seat; A toilet seat heater for heating the toilet seat according to an input toilet seat heating signal; A warm-up portion that generates hot wind according to an input hot wind signal and provides the hot wind to the opening portion; A human body detecting unit for generating a human body detecting signal upon sensing a user's approach; And a controller for outputting the toilet seat heating signal and the hot air signal to perform an initial heating operation on the toilet seat when the human body detection signal is input and the toilet seat is closed.
Here, the human body sensing unit may sense a human body using at least one of an infrared sensor, a pressure sensor, and a constant voltage sensor.
The bidet may further include a sensing sensor for sensing a degree of rotation of the toilet seat cover and transmitting a closing confirmation signal corresponding to the degree of rotation of the toilet seat cover to the control unit.
Here, the detection sensor may be a micro switch that applies pressure to the input unit when the rotation angle of the toilet seat cover corresponds to a preset closing position, and outputs a closing confirmation signal in response to the pressure.
The bidet may further include an electric damper that adjusts the rotation of the toilet seat cover according to an input toilet seat cover signal to open or close the toilet seat.
Here, the controller may output the toilet seat cover signal to close the toilet seat and perform the initial heating operation if it is confirmed that the toilet seat is opened.
Here, the control unit may stop the initial heating operation if the temperature of the bedpan seat is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
The control unit may output the toilet seat cover signal to open the toilet seat when the initial heating operation is completed.
A bidet bedding method of a bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention is a bidet bed method including a bedpan seat, a toilet seat cover, a toilet seat heater, and a warm-up unit, wherein the human body sensing unit senses a human body close to the bidet, A human body detection step; A closing confirmation step of, when the human body detection signal is inputted, confirming whether the toilet seat of the bidet corresponds to a state of being closed by the toilet seat cover; An initial heating step of operating the on-board and the toilet seat heater to heat the toilet seat seater for a predetermined time when the toilet seat is in a closed state; And an opening step of opening the toilet seat cover when the initial heating step is completed.
The bidet seat heating method of the bidet may further include a closing step of driving the toilet seat cover using an electric damper to close the toilet seat if the toilet seat is not closed.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of heating a bidet toilet seat according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 2, the toilet seat heating method of the bidet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes steps S10, S10, S30, S40, (S50).
Hereinafter, a method for heating a bidet seat toilet seat according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In the human body detection step (S10), the human body sensing unit may detect a human body close to the bidet and generate a human body detection signal. Here, the human body sensing unit senses a human body using at least one of a temperature sensing sensor, a displacement sensor, an infrared sensor, and a pressure sensing sensor. For example, after the distance between the user and the bidet is measured using the displacement sensor, the human detection signal may be output if the distance between the user and the bidet is less than a predetermined distance. The proximity of the user to the bidet can determine that the user intends to use the bidet, so that the user can output the human detection signal.
In the closing confirmation step (S20), when the human body detection signal is inputted, it is possible to confirm whether or not the toilet seat of the bidet is closed by the toilet seat cover. When the human body detection signal is input, the user can see that the bidet is intended to be used. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the temperature of the bedpan seat in accordance with the use of the user. To this end, it is possible to perform an initial heating operation in which the toilet seat is closed with the toilet seat cover to provide warm air to the toilet seat, and the toilet seat is heated with a heat ray. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm whether or not the toilet seat is in the closed state before performing the initial heating operation.
Specifically, in the closing confirmation step (S20), whether the toilet seat is closed or not can be confirmed through the detection sensor. For example, after the protrusion is provided on the hinge portion, which is the rotation axis of the toilet seat cover, when the toilet seat cover is rotated by a rotation angle at which the toilet seat cover is closed, the protrusion is provided with a sensor for applying pressure to the input portion of the micro switch, It is possible to confirm whether or not the seat is in the closed state. Alternatively, information on the position of the toilet seat cover may be received from an electric damper for controlling rotation of the toilet seat cover to determine whether the toilet seat is in a closed state.
If it is determined that the toilet seat is in the closed state in the closing confirmation step S20, the initial heating operation S30 may be performed by operating the on-board and the toilet seat heater. Specifically, the initial heating operation may heat the bedpan seat until the bedpan seat reaches the target temperature, or heat the bedpan seat for a predetermined time. Here, in the case of heating for the predetermined time, if the temperature of the toilet seat becomes higher than a predetermined value, the initial heating operation can be stopped even if the preset time does not pass. That is, it is possible to prevent the risk of an image or fire due to overheating of the toilet seat.
Thereafter, when the initial heating operation is completed, the toilet seat cover can be opened through an opening step (S40). The initial heating operation is for providing a bedpan seat having a target temperature desired by the user from the initial seating of the user, and the user's bidet is expected to be used after the initial heating operation. Therefore, in order to use the bidet of the user, the toilet seat cover can be driven to open the toilet seat.
On the other hand, if it is determined that the toilet seat is in the open state in the closing confirmation step (S20), the toilet seat can be closed through the closing step (S50). Specifically, a toilet seat cover signal for closing the toilet seat can be input to an electric damper for controlling the rotation of the toilet seat cover, so that the electric damper can close the toilet seat. Thereafter, when the bedpan seat is closed, the flow proceeds to the initial heating step (S30), heating the bedpan seat, and opening the bedpan seat when heating is completed.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
