Description

{FOLDED SHEET FOR COSMETIC TREATMENTS}

The present invention relates to a folded sheet which is preferably used for cosmetic treatments of the skin, in particular the face.

A sheet formed by a substrate sheet, such as a non-woven fabric sheet impregnated with lotion or the like, has been used for cosmetic treatment of the skin, especially the face. Such a sheet is usually available in the form of a package comprising a bag made of aluminum foil or the like or a sheet folded in a sack.

When using the sheet, take out the folded sheet from the package, stretch out, and apply it to the skin.

Since the folded sheet is so wet, it is often difficult to spread the sheet with your fingers. In particular, it may be difficult to find the edge of the folded sheet, so the user may need time to find the edge of the job. And it can be difficult for the user to catch a wet edge which may easily be curled or bent. Moreover, wet sheets can easily tear and need to be handled with care. Moreover, during the spreading process, a portion of the spreadsheet may be curled or bent by itself in the air, or it may stick to other portions of the sheet. If so, it is more difficult to apply the sheet to the skin because it is necessary to stretch the curled or bent portion while holding the rest of the sheet.

On the other hand, tabs or tabs may be provided at the edge of the sheet. For example, US Pat. No. 6,707,292 discloses a mask sheet having two tabs along the edge of the mask sheet, so that the user can hold the tab to spread the mask sheet.

However, such tabs require special design. Therefore, the presence of such a tab makes it difficult to manufacture a mask sheet. And, since the tab has only a small area, it is not enough to provide only the tab, in order to facilitate spreading the mask sheet.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel folded sheet for cosmetic treatment that is easy to open and can be applied to the skin, especially the face, even if the folded sheet for cosmetic treatment is wet and does not have a tab for holding.

The object of the invention is a folded sheet for cosmetic treatment comprising a main body and at least three open edges, said open edges being formed by folding the sheet at least three times, at least one of the open edges Projecting from the main body, two of the open edges having a maximum width in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal or horizontal centerline of the sheet.

It is preferred that the sheet according to the invention is folded along at least two folding lines which are parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal or horizontal centerline of the sheet.

In the first embodiment, the folded sheet according to the present invention is folded in different directions along first and second fold lines parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal or horizontal center line of the sheet, so that the first and second folds The width between the lines is smaller than the maximum width between the first or second folding line and the contour of the sheet. It is preferred that the cross section of the folded sheet is Z-shaped. The folded sheet according to the present invention may be formed by folding the folded sheet according to the first embodiment along a third folding line which is not parallel to the first or second folding line. It is preferable that the third folding line is perpendicular to the first or second folding line.

In a second embodiment, the folded sheet according to the invention has at least three, preferably four, open edges projecting from the main body of the sheet. The folded sheet according to the second embodiment is characterized in that the folded sheet according to the first embodiment is folded along the third and fourth folding lines which are parallel or substantially parallel to each other and not parallel to the first or second folding line Or may be formed by folding in directions. It is preferable that the third and fourth folding lines are perpendicular to the first or second folding line. It is preferable that the folded sheet has a Z-shaped cross section.

It is preferred that the main body of the seat according to the invention generally has a rectangular shape.

The folded sheet according to the present invention may be for applying to the face.

The folded sheet according to the present invention preferably comprises at least one cosmetic ingredient.

It is preferred that the folded sheet according to the invention comprises at least two layers.

The present invention also relates to a package comprising a folded sheet according to the present invention.

After careful investigation, the inventors have found that by collapsing the sheet in a specific manner in advance, the folded wet sheet can easily be unwound without the aid of a tab, and that the sheet can be applied to the skin, especially the face, for cosmetic treatment.

Accordingly, a folded sheet according to the present invention comprises a main body and at least three open edges, said open edges being formed by folding the sheet at least three times, at least one of the open edges projecting from the main body And two of the open edges have a maximum width in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction or a horizontal direction center line of the sheet.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the longitudinal or horizontal centerline can serve as the longitudinal or horizontal symmetry axis of the sheet. On the other hand, the longitudinal or horizontal centerline may be shifted by 1 mm to 5 cm, preferably 3 mm to 3 cm, more preferably 5 mm to 1 cm, away from the longitudinal or horizontal symmetry axis of the sheet , It may or may not be parallel to the longitudinal or horizontal symmetry axis of the sheet. Thus, the longitudinal or horizontal centerline may be diagonal to the longitudinal or horizontal symmetry axis of the sheet.

According to the present invention, the open edge means the portion of the sheet which is composed of a single layer of sheet, and both surfaces of the layer are exposed to the outside. According to the present invention, since the open edge is formed by folding the sheet, the open edge differs from the tab where both surfaces are exposed to the outside without folding the sheet.

According to the present invention, the main body means a portion other than the open edge of the seat. Typically, the main body is comprised of a plurality of layers of a sheet, and at least one surface of the layer is covered with another layer of the sheet.

Thus, the open edge of the folded sheet according to the invention protrudes from the main body, and typically protrudes from the circumference of the main body.

The folded sheet according to the invention can be used for the cosmetic treatment of the skin, in particular the moisturizing or cleansing of the face.

Therefore, the folded sheet according to the present invention can be used as a face mask sheet, a neck mask sheet, a decollete mask sheet, and the like. It is also possible to use the folded sheet according to the invention as a wet tissue or a wipe lingette. It is preferable that the folded sheet according to the present invention is used for a face that includes the entire face or part of the face.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the folded sheet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The folded sheets shown in Figs. 1 to 5 correspond to one embodiment of the present invention designed to be attached to the face. Therefore, the sheet may be described below as a folded face mask sheet. However, the folded sheet according to the present invention can be designed to be applied not only to the face but also to a body such as neck or decollete as mentioned above.

1 is a front view of an example of a folded face mask sheet according to the present invention in a spread state. It should be understood that the folded sheet according to the present invention should not be limited to this example.

The face mask sheet shown in Fig. 1 is formed by a single substrate sheet 1 having apertures 2, 2 for the eyes, a slit 3 for the nose, a hole 4 for the mouth, and a slit for the ball do. Any of the holes 2, 2, 4 may be replaced by slits (s) corresponding to the eyes and / or mouth. On the other hand, the slit 3 may be replaced with a hole for exposing the nose. The substrate sheet 1 may have fewer or more slits depending on its size and shape. It is preferable to limit the number of slits from the viewpoint of the strength of the substrate sheet 1. [

The substrate sheet 1 may have tab (s), preferably on its outline (i.e., outer edge), to facilitate gripping and unfolding operations of the face mask sheet. However, the presence of the tab (s) is optional in the present invention. Preferably, the substrate sheet 1 should not have tabs.

The one-dot chain line C in Fig. 1 corresponds to the longitudinal center line of the substrate sheet 1. Fig. The longitudinal centerline C shown in Figure 1 defines the centerline of the substrate sheet 1 and is positioned to pass through the slit 3 for the nose as well as the hole 4 for the mouth. The longitudinal center line C shown in Fig. 1 functions as a longitudinal direction symmetry axis of the substrate sheet 1. Fig. However, the longitudinal center line C does not necessarily have to be on the symmetry axis of the substrate sheet 1. [ Thus, the longitudinal center line C may be moved away from the longitudinal symmetry axis of the sheet, and may or may not be parallel to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the sheet.

The facial mask sheet shown in Fig. 1 has a first folding line (a) and a first folding line (b) shown by two dotted lines, and the facial mask sheet can be folded along the folding line. The two folding lines (a, b) are parallel to the longitudinal center line (C). As shown in Figure 1, in this example, the fold lines a, b are positioned past the holes 2, 2 for the eye. However, the first folding line (a) or the second folding line (b) does not necessarily have to be positioned past the hole (2, 2) for the eye.

1, the two fold lines a and b are parallel to each other and the width between the two fold lines a and b is equal to the width between the first fold line a and the left side of the substrate sheet 1 The maximum width between the contours, and the maximum width between the first folding line b and the right contour of the substrate sheet 1.

1, the distance from the longitudinal center line C to the first and second fold lines a and b is constant. However, the distances need not be the same. In other words, the width between the longitudinal center line C and the first folding line a and the width between the longitudinal center line C and the second folding line b may be different from each other. Thus, the former may be longer than the latter, or vice versa.

The facial mask sheet shown in Fig. 1 can be folded as follows.

As shown in Fig. 1, the substrate sheet 1 is folded once along the first folding line (a). Thus, the substrate sheet 1 is folded as shown in Fig. The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 2 is in a first folded state.

Next, the substrate sheet 1 in the first folded state is further folded along the second folding line (b). In the examples shown in Figs. 1 and 2, folding directions are different with respect to the first folding line (a) and the second folding line (b). In other words, the left side of the substrate sheet 1 is folded forward along the first folding line a while the right side of the substrate sheet 1 is folded back along the second folding line b. Thus, the substrate sheet 1 is folded as shown in Fig. The cross-section of the folded substrate sheet 1 is Z-shaped as shown in Fig. The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 3 is in a second folded state.

As shown in Fig. 3, the substrate sheet 1 in the second folded state has two open edges (not shown) defined by the contour of the substrate sheet 1 and the first fold line a and the second fold line b, respectively. (1a, 1b). The width of each of the open edges 1a and 1b is not limited but the maximum width of each of the open edges 1a and 1b along the direction perpendicular to the first fold line a or the second fold line b is 0.1 to 50 Mm, preferably 1 to 30 mm, more preferably 5 to 15 mm.

Next, the substrate sheet 1 in the second folded state shown in Fig. 3 is further folded along the third fold line c. Thus, the substrate sheet 1 is folded as shown in Fig. The third fold line (c) is not parallel to the first fold line (a) or the second fold line (b). The third fold line (c) may not be perpendicular to the first fold line (a) or the second fold line (b). However, it is preferable that the third fold line (c) is perpendicular to the first fold line (a) or the second fold line (b). The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 4 is in the third folded state.

As shown in Fig. 4, the folded substrate sheet 1 in the third folded state has three open edges 1a, 1b, 1c. The open edge 1c is defined by both the first folding line a and the second folding line b and the contour of the substrate sheet 1. [ The length along the longitudinal center line C (not shown in Fig. 3) of the open edge 1c is not limited, but the maximum length of the open edge 1c is 0.1 to 50 mm, preferably 1 to 30 mm, More preferably 5 to 15 mm.

The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 4 is folded three times, so that the folded face mask sheet shown in Fig. 4 can be used as a folded sheet for cosmetic treatment according to the present invention.

In the folded face mask sheet shown in Fig. 4, the main body of the sheet is a portion other than the three open edges 1a, 1b, and 1c. The main body of the sheet may consist of two or more layers of the sheet, preferably four or more layers of the sheet.

Finally, the substrate sheet 1 in the third folded state can be further folded along the fourth fold line d. In the examples shown in Figs. 3 and 4, folding directions are different with respect to the third fold line c and the fourth fold line d. In other words, the lower side of the substrate sheet 1 is folded forward along the third folding line (c), while the upper side of the substrate sheet 1 is folded backward along the fourth folding line (d). Thus, the substrate sheet 1 is folded as shown in Fig. 5 (a) and 5 (b) are a front view and a rear view of the folded substrate sheet 1, respectively. The cross section of the folded substrate sheet 1 is Z-shaped as shown in Fig. The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 5 is in the fourth folded state.

The third fold line c and the fourth fold line d are parallel to each other but not parallel to the first fold line a or the second fold line b. The third fold line c and the fourth fold line d may not be perpendicular to the first fold line a or the second fold line b. However, it is preferable that the third fold line (c) and the fourth fold line (d) are perpendicular to the first fold line (a) or the second fold line (b).

As shown in Fig. 5, the folded substrate sheet 1 in the fourth folded state has four open edges 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. The open edge 1d is defined by both the first folding line a and the second folding line b and by the contour of the substrate sheet 1. [ Although the length of the open edge 1c along the longitudinal center line C not shown in Fig. 5 is not limited, the maximum length of the open edge 1c is 0.1 to 50 mm, preferably 1 to 30 mm, May be 5 to 15 mm.

The substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 5 is folded four times, and thus this sheet can be used as a folded sheet for cosmetic treatment according to the present invention.

In the folded face mask sheet shown in Fig. 5, the main body of the sheet is a portion other than the four open edges 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. The main body of the sheet may consist of two or more layers of the sheet, preferably seven, eight, or nine layers of the sheet.

Since the size of the folded sheet 1 is reduced by the fourth fold, the folded substrate sheet 1 shown in Fig. 5 is more preferable than the sheet shown in Fig. And, the size of the main body is smaller, and therefore the stickiness of the folded sheet is reduced, so that the sheet can be spread more easily.

As shown in Fig. 5, it is preferable that the main body of the sheet is substantially rectangular in shape. It is preferable that the ratio of the lengthwise lines to the horizontal directional lines of the rectangle is 1: 1.1 to 1: 4, preferably 1: 1.2 to 1: 3, more preferably 1: 1.3 to 1: 2. Since the main body of the sheet has a rectangular shape, the user can easily recognize the open edge to catch, even if, for example, the user closes his or her eyes due to water droplets immediately after washing the face.

The folded face mask sheet shown in Fig. 5 can be spread by reversing the above.

Alternatively, the folded facemask sheet shown in Fig. 5 may be attached to both the third open edge 1c and the fourth open edge 1d to form a longitudinal or longitudinal centerline C (not shown in Fig. 5) The folded facial mask sheet can then be stretched by stretching. Therefore, the folded face mask sheet will be in the state shown in Fig.

Similarly, the folded facial mask sheet shown in Fig. 3 can be used to hold both the first open edge 1a and the second open edge 1b to form a cross-direction or a third fold line < RTI ID = 0.0 > (c) or the fourth fold line (d).

According to the above stretching process, the folded mask sheet can be unfolded more quickly.

The example shown in Figures 1 to 5 of the folded sheet according to the invention has at least three open edges. Therefore, the user of the folded sheet can easily find the edge to be caught.

The open edges shown in Figures 1 to 5 have a shape with a relatively large area (some of which correspond to the outline of the sheet), so that the design of the sheet is easier than the sheet with tabs on the outline of the sheet. Moreover, since the open edge has a relatively larger area than the tab, it is easier to hold the open edge. Moreover, when holding the open edge with the fingers, the gripping force from the fingers can not be concentrated in a small area typically provided by the tab, thus reducing the risk of tearing the sheet relative to the sheet having the tab.

Since the example shown in Figures 1 to 5 of the folded sheet according to the present invention has a Z-shaped cross section, the risk of tearing the sheet during the spreading operation is reduced. Moreover, since the Z-shaped cross section reduces the main body of the sheet, the adhesive force of the layered sheet in the main body is reduced, and therefore, it is easier to straighten the sheet. This is reinforced when the folded sheet according to the present invention has a Z-shaped cross section in both the second folded state and the fourth folded state (which may be referred to as "ZZ" fold).

Accordingly, the present invention can provide a folded sheet that is easy to open and can be applied to the skin, particularly the face, even if the sheet is wet and has no tabs.

In another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible that the sheet according to the present invention has a horizontal center line instead of the longitudinal center line C shown in Fig. In this embodiment, the horizontal centerline may or may not be on the horizontal symmetry axis of the seat, so that the horizontal centerline may be moved away from the horizontal symmetry axis of the seat, May be parallel or non-parallel; The first and second fold lines may be parallel or substantially parallel to the horizontal centerline; The third or fourth folding line may not be parallel to the first or second folding line.

The material of the folded sheet according to the present invention is not limited, and thus any material can be used, for example, for the production of the substrate sheet 1 shown in Figs. Two or more materials may be used.

Typically, the material is selected from the group consisting of natural fibers such as cotton, pulp, bamboo and cellulose fibers, semi-natural fibers such as viscose rayon fibers, and fabrics made of synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers, polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polyethylene fibers and polypropylene fibers woven fabric or non-woven fabric. Two or more of these fibers may be used in combination.

Alternatively, the material can be a synthetic polymer such as polyethylene and polyvinyl alcohol, semisynthetic polymers such as bio-cellulose and alginate, and polysaccharides such as carrageenin and xanthan gum, mucopolysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid, Or a natural polymer, such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (e.g., lactic acid and sodium hyaluronate), a polypeptide (e.g.,? -Polyglutamic acid) and a protein (e.g., gelatin and collagen). The film or sheet may be in the form of gel or jelly, which may be transparent, translucent or opaque. Two or more selected from the above materials may be used in combination.

The folded sheet according to the present invention may consist of two or more layers. Thus, for example, the substrate sheet 1 shown in Figs. 1 to 5 may be a layered sheet comprising two or more laminated layers. If a layered sheet is used, the materials of the respective laminated layers may be the same or different from each other. For example, a layered sheet may be produced by laminating the film or sheet of synthetic polymer, semi-synthetic polymer and / or natural polymer to the fabric or nonwoven fabric.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, for example, a thin plastic film may be bonded to the fabric or nonwoven fabric to form a sheet. In this embodiment, it is easier to stretch the folded sheet because the adhesion between the folded fabric or the nonwoven fabric is reduced or suppressed by the thin plastic film. Moreover, it is not necessary to peel a thin plastic film from the fabric or nonwoven, and thus it may not form waste.

The folded sheet according to the present invention may comprise at least one cosmetic ingredient. Preferably, the folded sheet according to the invention comprises a cosmetic, preferably a liquid cosmetic, such as a cosmetic water or a milky lotion. Therefore, the mask sheet according to the present invention is preferably wet.

The mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 can be handled better than Comparative Examples 1, 2, 5 and 6 because it has one open edge. However, the handling of the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 is still inferior to the handling of the mask sheet according to Example 1. [ The mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 can not be further folded because the open edge can not be found any more if the sheet is folded.

In addition, since the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 4 has two tabs, it can be handled better than Comparative Examples 1, 2, 5, and 6. However, the handling of the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 4 is also inferior to the handling of the mask sheet according to Example 1. And, the mask sheet according to the comparative example 4 is liable to tear relatively easily because the grasping force provided by the finger is concentrated in a relatively small area of the tab. Therefore, more careful handling was required.

It was also found that the cosmetic lotion is hard to penetrate the mask sheet according to Comparative Examples 5 and 6.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 5 forms a waste material to be discarded, that is, a plastic film, whereas the mask sheet according to Example 1 does not form such a waste material when the mask sheet is used.
