Problems to be solved by the invention
The conventional product has a liquid agent, when grasping the grasping portions of both the left and right sides of the mask sheet and applying the sheet to the face, the sheet in the upper region above both the left and right grasping portions hangs down and overlaps the region of the sheet below both the left and right grasping portions, and the mask sheet cannot be firmly and smoothly applied to the entire face.
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a mask sheet having a blind shape that is easy to handle even by visually impaired people, the mask sheet being provided with laterally symmetrical grip portions that protrude from the upper contour line of the forehead portion, and the sheet in the upper forehead region does not sag toward the region of the sheet below the laterally symmetrical grip portions when the grip portions are gripped and applied.
The invention provides a sheet for a face mask, which uses a folding method that can smoothly unfold a folded sheet for a face mask having a liquid agent taken out from a sealed package.
Further, the sheet for a face mask provided by the present invention is reinforced in the transverse direction by providing the fused region in the cut hole of one or more of the eyes, ears, and mouth, which is not firmly attached to the non-woven fabric sheet having a low basis weight and is stretched in the transverse direction to deform the shape.
The present invention provides a sheet for a mask, which is provided with a fused region that is continuous in a band-like manner over the entire circumference of the periphery of a cut hole, and that prevents a liquid agent impregnated in a nonwoven fabric sheet from entering the inside of the cut hole and preventing the liquid agent from coming close to the cut hole and contaminating the vicinity of the cut hole.
The conventional product has a liquid agent, and when grasping the grasping portions of both the left and right sides of the mask sheet and applying the mask sheet to the face, particularly, a sheet of an upper region of the mask sheet having a low basis weight above both the left and right grasping portions hangs down and overlaps a region of the sheet below both the left and right grasping portions, and further, if the strength in the lateral direction of the face is insufficient, the mask sheet cannot be firmly and smoothly applied to the entire face.
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a mask sheet having a blind shape that is easy to handle by visually impaired persons, the mask sheet having a fused region in at least a part of the region for the purpose of reinforcing the sheet in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and having gripping portions that protrude from the upper contour line of the forehead portion and are bilaterally symmetrical, wherein the mask sheet is designed so that the sheet in the forehead portion region does not sag toward the region of the sheet below the gripping portions of both the left and right sides when the gripping portions of both sides are applied.
The sheet for a face mask of the present invention is characterized in that a nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight is stretched in the longitudinal and transverse directions to deform the shape thereof, and at least a part of the entire peripheral edge of a cut hole provided in at least one or more of the eye, mouth, nose, and ear portions, which cannot be firmly attached, is provided with a fused region that is formed by heat fusion, and is reinforced in the longitudinal or transverse direction.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention solves the problem by providing a sheet body for a mask having at least one of eyes, nose, mouth, and ears of a face, the sheet body having two grips that are spaced apart and protrude from a contour line of the entire face from an upper portion of a forehead to a jaw at a position facing a vicinity of a hairline of the upper portion of the forehead, and being impregnated with a liquid formulation, wherein the two grips are provided at positions symmetrical to a center line passing a bridge of the nose of the sheet body among upper edges of two regions that divide the sheet body into four inner sides of the four portions in an equal width in a left-right direction.
The present invention solves the problem by a sheet body which is composed of a nonwoven fabric sheet and has two separated and protruding grip portions for gripping, wherein the distance in the transverse width direction of the sheet body constitutes four regions which are bilaterally symmetrical and are divided into four halves with the longitudinal direction as a center line, and the positions of the two separated and protruding grip portions are positioned at the upper bilaterally symmetrical positions of the two inner regions which are bilaterally symmetrical and are connected with the longitudinal line, so that the horizontal balance can be maintained.
The present invention solves the problem by providing a sheet body that can cover at least a part of a face, and that has a cut hole formed by cutting at least one of an eye, a nose, a mouth, and ears in a nonwoven fabric sheet, wherein the sheet body has two grips that are separated and protrude on a contour line of a position facing each other along a vicinity of a hairline of a forehead portion from an upper portion of the forehead portion to a jaw portion of the face, and wherein the sheet body is impregnated with a liquid agent, wherein the two grips are provided only on upper edges of two regions that divide the sheet body into four parts equally wide in a left-right direction and that sandwich an inner side of a center line of a nose bridge of the sheet body, and the sheet body has a fusion region where at least a part of a peripheral edge of the cut hole of at least one of the eye, the nose, the mouth, and the ear is fused by heat.
Effects of the invention
The two separate grip portions of the present invention have many advantages in that the sheet body impregnated with the liquid agent and having a shape that is blind to the visually impaired person is configured such that, when the sheet body is gripped and attached to the face by the two grip portions provided separately on both the left and right sides, the sheet body in the upper region above the grip portions on both the left and right sides does not sag and overlaps with the region of the sheet body below the grip portions on both the left and right sides, and therefore, even the visually impaired person can firmly and smoothly attach the sheet body to the entire face, and the intended cosmetic effect can be obtained by appropriate usage.
In the present invention, both the left and right of the positions of the two separated grip portions are located right above the two eyes arranged in the horizontal direction and are disposed at a close distance, and therefore, the left grip portion is gripped by the left finger and the right grip portion is gripped by the right finger, and the balance in the horizontal direction can be naturally and smoothly obtained.
Both right and left sides of the position of the two separated grasping portions of the present invention are positioned directly above the two eyes arranged in the horizontal direction and are disposed at a close distance, and in a state where the left grasping portion is grasped by the left finger and the right grasping portion is grasped by the right finger to obtain horizontal balance, the left grasping portion is guided to the left side portion of the upper portion of the forehead portion to be applied, and the right grasping portion is applied also to the right side portion in the same manner, whereby a desired cosmetic effect can be obtained.
The two separated gripping parts of the present invention are arranged on each of the two inner areas of the four equally divided areas in the lateral direction and separated by a close distance, so that the left and right gripping forces distributed to the left and right finger parts are balanced horizontally, and the beauty treatment work is easy. Since the grip portion of the conventional product is provided at the end of each of the outer two surfaces, it is difficult to achieve uniform force with which the left and right finger portions grip the left and right grip portions, and horizontal balance cannot be obtained.
In the present invention, the two separated grasping portions are provided at positions on each of the two inner regions of the four equally divided regions in the lateral direction and are separated by a close distance, so that the left and right finger portions can easily grasp the two separated grasping portions, and a horizontal balance can be obtained. The grip of the prior product is arranged at the end part of each of the outer two surfaces of the area divided by four equal parts in the transverse direction, so the grip is separated from each other by a long distance and is difficult to grip.
The nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention has a continuously strip-shaped fused region provided around the entire periphery of the cut hole, so that the impregnated liquid cannot enter the cut hole and the liquid cannot approach the cut hole, thereby preventing contamination of the vicinity of the cut hole. Further, even in the case of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight, by providing the fused regions at a plurality of positions of the eyes, mouth, nose, and both ear ends, a sheet for a mask film having a vertically and horizontally increased strength can be formed, and a strong effect of applying can be obtained.
The nonwoven fabric sheet of the present invention has a fused region formed by fusing at least a part of the entire circumference of the periphery of at least one or more cut holes in the eye, mouth, nose, and ear portions of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight, and thus a sheet for a face mask that can withstand stretch enhancement in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction of the sheet for a face mask is formed, and can be firmly applied.
Both right and left sides of the position of the two separated grasping portions of the present invention are positioned directly above the two eyes arranged in the horizontal direction and are disposed at a close distance, and in a state where the left grasping portion is grasped by the left finger and the right grasping portion is grasped by the right finger to obtain horizontal balance, the left grasping portion is guided to the left side portion of the upper portion of the forehead portion to be applied, and the right grasping portion is applied also to the right side portion in the same manner, whereby the intended beauty effect can be obtained.
The two separated gripping parts of the present invention are arranged on each of the two inner areas of the four equally divided areas in the lateral direction and separated by a close distance, so that the left and right gripping forces distributed to the left and right finger parts are balanced horizontally, and the beauty treatment work is easy.
In the present invention, the two separated grasping portions are provided at positions on each of the two inner regions of the four equally divided regions in the lateral direction and are separated by a close distance, so that the left and right finger portions can easily grasp the two separated grasping portions, and a horizontal balance can be obtained.

Detailed Description
The mask sheet (hereinafter referred to as "sheet body") 1 having a blind shape of the present invention has two or more projecting shape grip portions (hereinafter referred to as "grip portions") for gripping, which are separated from each other in a bilaterally symmetrical manner on a contour line 8 of a forehead portion, and are appropriately applied to at least a part of a face (hereinafter referred to as a "face").
The positions where the grips are provided are set on the contour line of the upper part of the forehead portion so as to be symmetrical to the left and right with respect to the longitudinal line 9 of the nose bridge, and even if both the left and right grips are gripped, the sheet body of the forehead portion 2 located above the left and right temple portions 14 does not hang down and overlaps the sheet body below both the left and right grips.
In fig. 1, the sheet body is folded symmetrically in the left-right direction about the longitudinal line 9 of the bridge of the nose, and the folded edge portion 28 is folded so as to match the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose, and both have folding lines 13, and when the folded state is unfolded into a flat body, four faces of both the left end portion 17 and the right end portion 18 and both the left face 15 and the right face 16 across the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose are arranged in the transverse direction and are configured to be quartered.
The grip portion is provided at a position and distance separated from each other, symmetrically on both the left and right sides of the sheet body facing the face, in contact with the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose, and has a shape protruding from the contour line 8 in the vicinity of the hairline of the forehead portion and has an eye-shaped cut line 10 which can be torn by a finger corresponding to the contour line.
The left grip 22 on the contour line of the forehead hairline of the bilaterally symmetrical plane in contact with the nose bridge longitudinal line draws a projected contour line 19 from a position 20 farther from the nose bridge longitudinal line to a position 21 on the contour line of the forehead hairline closer to the nose bridge longitudinal line.
The right grip 23 having the same configuration as the left grip is provided at a position separated from the left grip and symmetrical to the left grip by drawing a protruding contour line from a position farther from the longitudinal line of the bridge of nose to a position on the contour line near the hairline of the forehead closer to the longitudinal line of the bridge of nose.
The grasping parts which are provided in a blind shape and are separated at the bilaterally symmetrical positions of the longitudinal line of the nose bridge are easy to grasp when the grasping parts are provided at the separated distance of two sides, and the left grasping part and the right grasping part can be horizontally balanced when the grasping parts are grasped and pulled in different directions, so that the left grasping part is guided to the left hairline position and the right grasping part is guided to the right hairline position for application.
The left and right grip portions are configured to be horizontally balanced in a direction opposite to the left eye to the right eye in the lateral direction of the face when the left grip portion is gripped by the left finger and the right grip portion is gripped by the right finger and stretched and expanded in different directions.
The sheet body has two grip portions balanced in a horizontal direction facing from the left eye to the right eye in a lateral direction of the face, and is configured to be continuous with the two grip portions at any time from an upper portion of the forehead portion to a neck root covering the face.
The shape and form of the left and right sides of the grip portion may be designed arbitrarily, for example, by grasping the left grip portion with a left finger and the right grip portion with a right finger and achieving a horizontal balance, or the grip portions may be different from each other, characters or marks may be provided on the grip portion by heat sealing, or the grip portion may be punched out.
Since the grip portions are provided in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, in a state where the left grip portion is gripped by the left finger and the right grip portion is gripped by the right finger, the grip portions naturally face the lateral direction of the face, and can naturally keep a horizontal balance in the left and right directions so as to face the lateral direction of the binocular portion or the lateral direction of the binaural portion.
The left grasping portion 22 grasped by the left finger can be guided to the upper left portion (near the hairline) of the forehead portion opposed to the left side surface in contact with the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose, and applied.
Next, the right grip 23 gripped by the right finger is guided to the right upper portion (near the hairline) of the forehead portion facing the right side face in contact with the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose, and the both grips are effectively applied, so that the beauty effect can be obtained by the blind indication method.
The grip portion of the present invention functions as a blind indication shape having a desired cosmetic effect by being appropriately applied to a blind indication method for cosmetic use of a visually impaired person.
Since the left and right grip portions of the blind shape are applied on the top of the contour line of the upper forehead portion in the vicinity of the hairline and the liquid agent contained in the grip portions contaminates the vicinity of the hairline, a continuous or discontinuous needle-eye-shaped incision line 10 is provided along the contour line to remove the grip portion from the hairline.
The grip portion after application of fig. 3 contains a liquid agent, and is therefore applied by being torn by a finger along the needle-eye-shaped incision line, and the torn grip portion is applied to a part requiring skin moisturizing and beauty care, whereby the beauty fluid is locally increased, and the beauty efficacy of the applied area is increased.
Alternatively, since the grip portion contains the liquid agent, the grip portion is folded down along the needle-eye-shaped incision line toward the face opposite to the face, thereby increasing the amount of the cosmetic liquid locally and increasing the cosmetic efficacy in the forehead region.
The position of the grip portion of the present invention is advantageous in that the entire grip portion is provided at a left-right symmetrical position of the left and right surfaces of the sheet body that are in contact with each other with the bridge of the nose longitudinal line as the center, and therefore, the grip portion is provided at a position that is a distance that is easy to grip by the left and right fingers, and the use and effect that the operation is easy even for visually impaired people are obtained.
In the conventional product, the grip portion is provided at a position where both surfaces of the left and right outer ends of the four-sided structure, which is formed by folding the bridge about the longitudinal line of the bridge and folding the bridge in two-fold left and right directions, are connected from the vicinity of the inner side of the left temple to the ends of both the left and right outer ends in the lateral width direction of the vicinity of the inner side of the right temple.
Next, the distance between the left and right grips of the conventional product is twice as long as the distance between the both surfaces across the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose of the present invention, and it is difficult to obtain a horizontal balance by the blind indication method because the grips of the conventional product are configured to be provided on both surfaces of the both end portions outside the plane body after being folded in two in bilateral symmetry about the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose, and then folded in two with the both end portions and unfolded.
In the conventional product to be compared with the present invention, since the grip portions are provided at both ends of both surfaces of the left and right outer end portions, the distance between the position of the left grip portion and the position of the right grip portion becomes twice as long as the present invention, and thus it is difficult to achieve a usage for obtaining a horizontal balance.
In the background art and the conventional products, since the grip portions and the positions and distances of the grip portions are taken out in a state of being impregnated with the liquid agent and folded, the sheet body is provided so as to be spaced apart from both right and left sides of both right and left temple end portions or both right and left outer side end portions of the forehead portion in order to unfold the sheet body into a flat body.
In the conventional product, the position of the grip of the folded sheet body is folded so that the two grips have different positions and different shapes with the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose as the center, and the position is irrespective of the horizontal balance and has a function of unfolding into a flat body.
Further, even if the grip portions are expanded into a planar body based on the shapes of the positions where the both grip portions are provided, the balance of the blind shape of the present invention in the horizontal direction facing the lateral directions of the right and left eyes and the lateral directions of the left and right ears cannot be obtained, and the conventional product cannot satisfy the function of the blind usage.
In any configuration of the sheet body of the present invention, the grip portion provided in the vicinity of the hairline is configured to be continuous with the sheet body capable of covering the face, and the sheet body may be configured to be provided with the forehead portion, the cut hole facing the binocular portion 3 or the binaural portion 29, and to be formed to the jaw portion, the throat portion, and the neck base in any manner, or may be configured to be divided in the longitudinal direction of the face in any manner.
The grasping portions are formed in a shape of a blind, and when the visually impaired grasps the grasping portions on the left and right sides, the sheet body is naturally guided to the left and right sides of the upper portion of the forehead so as to be horizontally maintained with respect to the lateral directions of both eyes and ears horizontally arranged on the left and right sides of the face.
In the four-sided structure of the sheet body formed by dividing the horizontal distance into four equal parts with the longitudinal line of the nose bridge as the center, the positions of the inner two sides in contact with the longitudinal line of the nose bridge, which are arranged in bilateral symmetry at the upper part of the forehead, are most easily grasped, and the left-side grasping part is arranged at the left part of the forehead and the right-side grasping part is arranged at the right part of the forehead, so that the operation is easy.
When the visually impaired person grasps the left and right grasping portions provided at the left and right symmetrical positions about the bridge of the nose, the sheet body can be guided to the target region in a horizontally balanced manner with respect to the two eyes and ears horizontally arranged along the left and right sides of the face, and can be smoothly applied.
The shape of the separated grip portion located at the upper portion of the inner both sides contacting the longitudinal line of the bridge of the nose is the basic shape of the sheet body, and the sheet body may be of a whole type, a type in which left and right ear portions are added, a type in which the distance from the forehead to the neck root is arbitrarily divided, or the like.
In the case where both the left and right ear portions are provided at four equally divided distances in the lateral direction, the lateral distance of the sheet body is also determined by the size of both the left and right ear portions, but may be configured to be capable of easily maintaining the horizontal balance in the state of grasping the grip portion.
The sheet body of the invention has two holding parts for holding, which are protruded separately, and four regions formed by dividing the distance of the sheet body in the transverse width direction into four parts along the center line of the longitudinal direction of the bilateral symmetry, and the positions of the two holding parts are positioned at the upper part of the two inner regions which are connected with the center line of the longitudinal direction of the bilateral symmetry, which is in bilateral symmetry, thereby being capable of easily keeping the horizontal balance when holding the holding parts.
In the grasping portion of the sheet body of the present invention, at least a part of the left and right grasping portions overlap each other when the left and right grasping portions are folded in the left-right direction, and when the left and right grasping portions are grasped by the left and right fingers and unfolded, the grip portion can be applied while being balanced in the horizontal direction so as to be guided to the hairline above the forehead portion.
At least one hole portion and a U-shaped cutting line are provided in the hole of the nasal portion 4 for breathing, a cutting line along a straight line connecting the nasal arms from both the left and right nasal arms through the nose tip or a curved line connecting the lower ends of the nasal portion is provided, and at least one cut elliptical hole, one or more small holes, or a polygonal hole is provided in the mouth portion 5.
In the sheet body folded into four sides of fig. 1, when the end portions on both outer sides are folded in a staggered manner and folded up and down by a folding line that arbitrarily intersects the longitudinal direction of the forehead portion and the jaw portion, the left and right end portions are pulled in different directions, and the sheet body can be easily unfolded into a planar body.
In addition, as a method for easily unfolding the sheet body into a planar body, the positions of both left and right end portions of the sheet body to be folded into four sides are overlapped with a slight shift, and the sheet body is folded up and down by a folding line which arbitrarily intersects the longitudinal direction of the forehead portion and the jaw portion, and the left and right end portions are pulled in different directions, so that the sheet body can be easily unfolded into a planar body.
The sheet body capable of covering the face in fig. 1 has at least one or more cutting holes in the eyes (both eyes are also possible), nose, and mouth.
The sheet body that can cover the face in fig. 2 has at least one or more cut holes in the eye (both eyes are also acceptable), nose, mouth, and ear (both ears are also acceptable).
The invention of fig. 2 is explained in addition to the invention of fig. 1 in which the shape is shown in a blind manner, that is, the sheet body is provided with the end portions which are continuous with the cheek portions of both the left and right sides and are locked to the ear portions of both the left and right sides, and the sheet body which is folded by sealing the liquid agent in the sealing bag has an effect that the sheet body can be smoothly unfolded into a flat body and the like.
In a sheet body in which two surfaces of a left end portion 17 and a right end portion 18 and four surfaces of a left surface 15 and a right surface 16 which are located across a longitudinal line of a bridge of the nose are arranged in a lateral direction, one or more sets of end portions to be engaged with both left and right ear portions are provided in a left edge portion 11 and a right edge portion 12.
The left edge portion 11 and the right edge portion 12 are provided with one or more sets of end portions having cut holes for being locked to both the left and right ear portions, and by being locked to both the left and right ear portions, the statutory veins, the jaw portion and the cheek portion hanging from both the left and right sides can be pulled up, and thereby, the fixation can be further performed, and the beauty effect can be obtained.
In the sheet body of fig. 2 in which the end portions 29 to be locked to both the left and right ear portions are provided at both the left and right edge portions of the sheet body folded into four sides, when the sheet body is folded up and down by the folding line 27 that intersects the longitudinal direction of the forehead portion and the jaw portion in the vicinity of the temple portion 14 folded into four sides, both the left and right ear end portions can be easily unfolded into a flat body by being pulled in different directions.
That is, in the following two separated grip portions of the present invention, when the two grip portions provided separately on both the left and right sides are gripped and attached to the face, the sheet body in the upper region above the both the left and right grip portions does not hang down and overlaps with the region of the sheet body below the both the left and right grip portions.
Both right and left sides of the position of the two separated grip portions are positioned right above the two eyes arranged in the horizontal direction and are arranged at a close distance, and the left and right grip portions are guided to the left and right parts of the upper part of the forehead portion to smoothly apply the adhesive tape in a state of horizontal balance obtained by gripping the left grip portion with the left finger and gripping the right grip portion with the right finger.
The two separated gripping parts of the present invention are disposed at positions separated by a close distance on each of the inner two regions of the four equally divided regions in the lateral direction, so that a horizontal balance of the left and right gripping forces distributed to the left and right finger parts is obtained, and the beauty work is easily performed.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is formed by winding natural fibers and chemical fibers, and the sheet formed by winding natural materials and chemical fibers by heat sealing that can be melted has a heat-fused region. Further, a rubber material which is gently in contact with the skin may be entangled.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is formed by arbitrarily winding chemical fibers, natural materials, or the like, and at least a partial region of the nonwoven fabric sheet can be provided with a fused region by heat fusion by heat sealing which can be melted. A step of adding a material in which a resin is dissolved to an arbitrary portion may be performed, and a sheet having at least chemical fibers subjected to a simpler thermal processing step is preferable. Further, a rubber material which is gently in contact with the skin may be entangled.
The nonwoven fabric sheet having the sheet body of the blind shape of the present invention shown in fig. 1 and 2 is provided with a fused region 30 at a position where a cut hole is punched and pressed in at least one of the eye, mouth, nose, and ear of the face, for example, and optionally over the entire periphery of the cut hole.
The fused region in which at least a partial region of the entire circumference of at least one or more cut holes provided in the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears of the face is fused in fig. 1 and 2 has the advantages that: firstly, the waterproof property is provided; second, the property of the nonwoven fabric sheet is enhanced; thirdly, the characteristic of cost advantage; fourth, a cosmetic effect is obtained which is no greater than a high weight per unit area. These effects are explained below.
First, although it depends on the ratio of the natural fibers, the surface of the fused region where the chemical fibers are fused can obtain a water-repellent effect by fusion in proportion to the ratio of the amount of the chemical fibers entangled with the natural fibers, as compared with the region impregnated with the liquid agent, and thus there is an effect that the liquid agent cannot approach the fused region.
According to the water-repellent effect of the fused region, the liquid agent cannot approach the fused region and thus cannot enter the region of the cut hole in which the region of the periphery of the fused region by heat fusion is provided in at least a part of the region, for example, at least a part of the periphery of the cut hole in at least one of the eye, mouth, nose, and ear. Therefore, when the eye portion and the mouth portion each have a cut hole, the fusion region may be provided only in at least a part of the peripheral edge of the cut hole of the eye portion. In addition, although the eye and the mouth may have the cut hole, the fusion region may be provided only in at least a part of the peripheral edge of the cut hole in the eye.
According to the water-repellent effect of the fused region, the liquid agent cannot approach the whole circumference of the cut hole in the peripheral edge region of the entire circumference of the fused region, for example, the eyes, mouth, nose, and ears, which is arbitrarily provided in the cut hole, and thus the liquid agent does not enter. The liquid agent cannot approach the fusion region between the whole periphery of the cutting hole and the adjacent regions of the two ear parts of the left and right, so that the skin and hair adjacent to the fusion region are not polluted by the liquid agent, and the liquid agent does not enter the inner side of the cutting hole.
In the fused region and the region in the vicinity thereof, the liquid agent cannot come close to each other, so that the skin and hair in the vicinity are not contaminated by the liquid agent and the liquid agent does not enter the inside of the cut hole.
When the liquid agent adhered to the fusion region of the sheet wound with at least chemical fibers is removed with a paper towel or a fingertip, the liquid agent does not enter the eye, nose, mouth, or ear part where at least one or more cutting holes are provided, or the vicinity thereof is not contaminated with the liquid agent.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is a sheet formed by winding natural fibers and chemical fibers, and the fusion region where the natural fibers and the chemical fibers are fused and wound is obtained by fusing the chemical fibers by heat sealing with a heat-sealed jig, thereby achieving an effect that the liquid agent cannot approach.
The present invention is provided with a fused region having fused sealability and strength, which is formed by fusing natural fibers with chemical fibers for obtaining a water-repellent effect, unlike the invention of the prior product, japanese patent laid-open No. 2009-39169, which obtains the function of weakening the seal strength.
Secondly, especially by low basis weight (10 g/m)2Sheets obtained by punching the nonwoven fabric sheet of (1) and (b) are formed by any process of punching the nonwoven fabric sheet so that the machine direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet matches the longitudinal direction of the nose bridge, or punching the nonwoven fabric sheet so that the machine direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet matches the direction of both eyes, for example.
Since the nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight is weak particularly in the transverse direction of stretching, the sheet body is deformed in shape and is difficult to be applied in a stretching behavior for unfolding the sheet body from a folded state into a flat body and applying the sheet body to the face to conform to the irregularities of the face, and the effect of the initial use cannot be obtained. In order to apply the adhesive sheet without deforming the shape, a fusion region by thermal fusion is provided in a region of the cut hole or at least a part thereof of the sheet body, and the longitudinal or transverse reinforcement is obtained by the fusion.
Nonwoven sheet having low basis weight (10 g/m)2And) has extremely weak longitudinal and lateral strength, and is difficult to apply because the folded sheet body is largely deformed when it is spread in a flat state and applied to the face. However, if a fused region where at least a part of the region of the cut hole is fused is provided, it is enhanced in the longitudinal and lateral directions.
The region where the reinforcing fusion region is provided is preferably a region extending in the lateral direction of the applied face, which is stretched just in the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose. For example, the massage part may be provided at a part of the cut hole around the entire circumference of the eyes, the nose, the mouth, and the ears, or at a part extended by pulling, or may be provided at a part surrounded by a band-shaped fusion region to define a massage part or a stroking part. Is also enhanced in the longitudinal and lateral directions.
Third, the reinforced nonwoven fabric sheet having a plurality of fused regions has advantages in that the longitudinal and lateral strength of the nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight is improved, and the nonwoven fabric sheet constituting the sheet body may not have a high basis weight, thereby obtaining a weight difference between the low basis weight and the high basis weight and a product cost advantage.
Furthermore, the amount of liquid agent contained in the sheet body can be dealt with so as to be small, and thus the cost advantage of saving the liquid agent can be obtained.
Fourth, the use of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight has a drawback that, particularly when the nonwoven fabric sheet is stretched in the transverse direction of the face, the sheet tends to stretch in the direction of both eyes with the stretching force, and the sheet body initially facing the face is deformed largely in shape, so that the sheet body cannot be applied, and thus the intended cosmetic effect cannot be obtained.
The present invention has an advantage that the at least one cut hole in the eye, mouth, nose, and ear has a fused region where at least a part of the cut hole is fused, in that the non-woven fabric sheet is reinforced with respect to the extension in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and therefore, a cosmetic effect that the non-woven fabric sheet is firmly attached without being largely deformed in shape even when stretched in the longitudinal and transverse directions can be obtained.
More specifically, the sheet body formed with a low basis weight has a fusion region from the forehead to the jaw, throat or neck, for example, and 73% of the region has a fusion region by summing up the widths of a plurality of cutting holes of 45mm × 2, i.e., 90mm in both eyes, 20mm × 2, i.e., 40mm in both ears, and 45mm in the corner of the mouth to 240mm in the lateral direction of both the right and left ears.
In addition to the above-described eye and ear portions, for example, when the fused region is provided in the mouth region, the fused region is formed into a shape in which the vertical direction and the lateral direction are reinforced, whereby the patch can be firmly applied without dimensional deformation at the time of application, and the intended cosmetic effect can be obtained.
The technique can obtain a nonwoven fabric sheet with a low basis weight, which is punched by a jig and is provided with a cut hole in at least one of an eye, a nose, a mouth, and an ear, wherein at least one region of the cut hole has a fused region formed by fusion, among a region of at least a part of a whole circumferential edge, a region extended in a stretching direction by pulling, a massage region, and a stroking region, and the longitudinal and lateral directions are enhanced by providing the fused region in at least one region, and the technique can obtain a nonwoven fabric sheet with a low basis weight of 35g/m2The use feeling achieved by the above usage.
The sheet body of the present invention is composed of a single nonwoven fabric sheet or a hydrogel sheet (hereinafter referred to as "nonwoven fabric sheet"). The nonwoven fabric sheet may be formed by a structure in which a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets are stacked or a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets are bonded together with chemical fibers or resins.
The sheet body is formed by processing methods such as a heat-sealing jig, fusing, a three-dimensional molding die, and a cutting die.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably provided with a fused region where chemical fibers are fused by heat treatment, and is preferably made of natural fibers such as cotton, cellulose fibers, pulp, and the like, and fibers of both chemical fibers such as polyethylene, polyester phthalate, and polypropylene, which are materials capable of obtaining a water-repellent effect against a liquid agent, or is preferably made of at least one of natural fibers, chemical fibers, natural fibers and chemical fibers in which natural fibers are entangled with chemical fibers, and natural fibers and chemical fibers, and preferably contains a material capable of imparting a soft feel to the skin, such as a rubber-based material capable of imparting a soft feel to the skin, and elastic fibers capable of being subjected to three-dimensional forming (e.g., injection molding) and heat treatment. Examples of the natural materials include clay and charcoal.
For example, the sheet may be a flexible sheet such as a bio-cellulose sheet which is easily suspended vertically, a sheet for reinforcement or the like may be bonded to one or both surfaces, and the weight per unit area of the resin sheet or the nonwoven fabric sheet may be 10 to 200 (g/mm)2) Any selection is made.
The liquid agent refers to a drug and a drug other than a drug. The medicinal preparation is in the form of liquid, emulsion, powder, or paste for cosmetic, quasi-drug, or medicine.
Examples of the pharmaceutical preparations other than the pharmaceutical preparations include "cold feeling (fever lowering due to body temperature or wind-cold): wheat flour + water "," hot feeling, sweating (raising body temperature): pepper + wheat flour + water "," beauty (vegetable) mask: cucumber slice mask "," mud (clay): mud mask "," charcoal powder: sebum, dirt, and aged cutin adsorption facial mask, body odor adsorption facial mask, etc., which are raw materials outside the pharmaceutical range.
The sealing of the sheet body and the liquid agent according to the present invention is performed by sealing one or more sheet bodies in a folded state, for example, in a bag having a partition, a bag having an engagement function, a bag having a lid formed with a flap, a resin container, or the like (hereinafter, referred to as a "package body"). The sheet may be sealed in a dry state.
The sheet is formed by punching in the process drawing of fig. 4 in the longitudinal direction 25 in which the nonwoven fabric roll 24 having the transverse width direction 26 is stretched.
In addition, in the processing of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a low basis weight, which is easily deformed by a change in shape at the time of application, a strong feeling of attachment can be obtained by punching out the nonwoven fabric sheet so that the both-eye transverse direction matches the stretching direction and by providing a fused region in the cut hole, reinforcing the nonwoven fabric sheet in the transverse direction with respect to the nasal bridge longitudinal direction.
The cut lines 6 and the cut residual parts 7 provided on the forehead part, the jaw part, and both the left and right sides are applied by tearing the cut residual parts with fingers and adjusting the length of the entire periphery of the face according to the respective conditions, so that the respective applying feelings matching the respective peripheries can be obtained.
For example, in the form and technique of a therapeutic sheet, a wet sheet, or the like for medical purposes, it is preferable that the left and right ends of a substantially rectangular wet sheet to be applied are overlapped and folded so as to provide a center line, and the folding method of the present invention is used to fold the sheet in four halves (shown as a peeled film or the like) in the left-right direction, and two grip portions are disposed on the upper edges of both side surfaces with the center line therebetween, based on the implementation of the form and technique of the present invention.
The difference between the position of the grip portion of the separated mask sheet of the present invention and the position of the left and right grip portions of the conventional product is confirmed as a difference in that, among the four surfaces arranged in the lateral direction in the drawing shown in the publication, which are formed by folding the bridge longitudinal line in two and then folding the bridge longitudinal line in two with the left and right ends of the folded bridge longitudinal line as the center, the grip portion is positioned on both the left and right surfaces in contact with the bridge longitudinal line in the present invention, and on both the outer ends of both the left and right surfaces in the publication.
The mechanical direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet is matched with the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose, and the use of the characteristic that the nonwoven fabric sheet does not extend in the longitudinal direction but extends in the transverse direction is performed by placing a plurality of rows of needle-eye-shaped incision lines facing at least one concave portion and convex portion in the region of the face and neck and extending in the longitudinal direction or the oblique direction along the bridge of the nose of the face and in a bow shape, thereby obtaining physical effects and cosmetic effects of correcting skin tissues and expression muscles.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is stretched in the transverse direction so as to match the transverse direction of the face of each of the nonwoven fabric sheets, and can be covered and applied in a more adhesive manner, by the combined effect of the characteristics of the nonwoven fabric sheet and the plurality of rows of needle-eye-shaped incision lines, and the characteristics of both the nonwoven fabric sheet and the needle-eye-shaped incision lines. The cutting line may be continuous or discontinuous, and the length thereof is not limited and may be arbitrary.
It is a matter of course that the usability of the present invention can be further increased by using the technologies capable of applying a liquid agent-containing sheet, which have been already applied by the applicant of the present invention, in combination with the technologies capable of applying a liquid agent-containing sheet, such as japanese patent No. 4352416, japanese patent No. 4492980, japanese patent No. 5066722, japanese patent No. 5342056, japanese patent No. 5551821, japanese patent No. 5676804, japanese patent No. 5256537, japanese patent No. 5654707, japanese patent No. 5735694, japanese patent No. 6281037, and japanese patent No. 6228325.

Examples
In the embodiment of the present invention having the effect of superimposing the sheet body having the blind shape, the folded sheet body sealed together with the liquid agent is taken out from the sealed package body, and the separated left and right grip portions provided on the contour line facing the vicinity of the hairline of the forehead portion are gripped and unfolded in different directions, whereby balance can be obtained in the horizontal direction.
The sheet body, which is balanced in the horizontal direction by grasping both the left and right grasping portions, is matched along the lateral direction of the face, the lateral direction of the eyes or ears, and the contour line provided with the left grasping portion is guided to the hairline of the upper left portion of the forehead portion and applied.
Then, the contour line provided with the right grip portion is guided to the hairline of the right upper portion of the forehead portion and applied.
In fig. 3, since the vicinity of the hairline or the hair is contaminated by the grips impregnated with the liquid agent on both the left and right sides, the grips can be torn off with the fingers along the continuous or discontinuous needle-eye-shaped incision lines provided on the contour line, thereby preventing the contamination caused by the adhesion of the liquid agent in the vicinity of the grips.
By applying the torn grip portion to an important part of the skin, such as the eyes, the external corners of the eyes, and the mouth, the amount of liquid increases at a part overlapped with the sheet body, and thus a further cosmetic effect can be obtained by the increased liquid agent.
The grip portion may be folded back in a direction opposite to the face along an eye-of-needle-shaped incision line provided on a contour line of an upper portion of the forehead portion on which the grip portion is provided. The folded back portion obtains a further cosmetic effect due to the increased liquid formulation.
Since the fused region is provided at any position of at least one of the eye, mouth, nose and ear, the extended portion of the pulling, and the like, even if the sheet body having the ear is applied after shampooing or washing, the liquid agent can be prevented from entering the inside of the cut hole, and the skin or the hair in the vicinity of the fused region can be prevented from being contaminated by the waterproof effect of the fused region.
At least one cut hole of an eye part, an ear part, a mouth part and a nose part is arranged on a sheet body processed by a non-woven fabric sheet with low unit area weight, and a fusion area formed by fusing at least partial areas of at least chemical fibers is arranged on at least partial area of the whole circumferential edge of the cut hole arranged in a cutting mode, so that the strength is enhanced.
The processed sheet body can also bear the stretching action of smoothly unfolding into a plane body and adhering to the face, so that the sheet body can be firmly adhered, and can realize the use of close adhesion feeling, lifting feeling, cosmetic effect and physiological effect of the skin, thereby obtaining respective effects.
The application time is about 15 minutes, based on the usage recorded in the package.
