Detailed Description
(embodiment mode 1)
In embodiment 1, a sheet for face mask (hereinafter referred to as "sheet body") obtained by punching a flat body of fig. 1, for example, a nonwoven fabric sheet into a shape covering at least a part of a face (hereinafter referred to as "face") with a knife die so that the MD direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet matches the nasal bridge direction 2 has the following configuration.
The sheet body 1 is applied to the face, and has one or more incision lines on the contour line extending from the inner side toward the outer side near the nose in at least one of the left side region and the right side region in the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose, and has one or more grip protrusions on each of the upper sheet and the lower sheet separated by the incision lines.
In embodiment 1, both right and left regions of the sheet body of fig. 1, which are centered on the bridge of the nose, have at least one set of cut lines having contour lines extending from the inner side toward the outer side in the vicinity of both the right and left noses, and both a structure for closely fitting the regions in the vicinity of the nose and a structure for strongly lifting the regions of the neck, the chin, and both the right and left cheeks (hereinafter referred to as "physical structures") are provided. The angle of the transverse direction of the cutting line from the inner side near the nose portion to the outer side can be arbitrarily set according to the commodity plan.
In addition, in the one or more sets of incision lines (hereinafter, referred to as "one set of incision lines"), an upper piece 35 and a lower piece 37 separated by the incision line 17 are formed in both right and left regions, and one or more graspable protrusions (hereinafter, referred to as "protrusions") such as upper protrusions 34 protruding downward from the upper piece and lower protrusions 36 protruding upward from the lower piece are formed in the upper piece 35 and the lower piece 37, respectively, and the graspable protrusions are formed so as to be alternately adjacent to each other in the lateral direction so that the upper protrusions are located closer to the center of the face than the lower protrusions. The upper projections and the lower projections may be alternately provided in plurality.
In the physical structure, when the grasping protrusions of the upper sheet and the lower sheet are respectively provided in the left region separated by the pair of cut lines in both the left and right regions, and the one upper protrusion protruding downward in the upper sheet is pulled downward and the one lower protrusion protruding upward in the lower sheet is pulled upward, a feeling of close contact or a feeling of strongly enhanced is obtained over a fine portion of the skin facing the sheet body, and the upper sheet and the lower sheet are applied while being overlapped with each other by the protrusions.
Then, by applying the sheet by respectively pulling the upper protrusion of the upper sheet downward and the lower protrusion of the lower sheet upward at the grip protrusions of the upper sheet and the lower sheet in the right side region, a feeling of close contact or a feeling of strongly enhanced can be obtained in the range of the fine portion of the skin facing the sheet body, and the sheet is applied so as to be overlapped with the lower sheet by the protrusions.
The upper projections 34 are provided on the upper piece 35 defined by the cut line as a boundary between the projections of both the left and right cut lines 17, and the upper projections are grasped and pulled in the direction from the forehead to the lower jaw in the nasal bridge direction of the face, whereby the nose can be closely attached to the portions of the nose and the vicinities of the nose that are difficult to attach to each other.
Next, the lower protruding portion 36 is provided on the lower piece 37 divided by the cut line 17, and by grasping the lower protruding portion and pulling it in the direction from the lower jaw to the upper side of the forehead in the nasal bridge direction of the face, the application can be performed so as to strongly increase the areas up to the respective fine portions of the loose skin of the neck, jaw, and both the right and left cheeks.
Further, when the left and right protrusions are gripped and pulled up simultaneously, the loose skin facing the sheet body is pulled up, and the lifting is more effective. Next, an upper sheet on the upper portion of the incision line is applied by using both the projections, and a lower sheet is applied in an overlapping manner. The order of application is arbitrary.
Since the both left and right incision lines 14 have the same structure as the incision line 17, the physical effect and the cosmetic effect can be obtained, and therefore, the fitting feeling can be obtained in the forehead portion by pulling the protrusions provided on the both left and right upper sheets downward, and the loose skin of the both left and right cheek portions can be strongly pulled while the tight fitting is felt in the region of the both left and right outer corners by pulling the protrusions of the lower sheet upward.
The effect of the incision line 17 can be arbitrarily superimposed on the effect of the incision line 14, and the physical effect and the cosmetic effect can be simultaneously obtained with respect to the skin tissue and the expression muscle of the skin in each region of the skin facing the sheet body by the physical structure of the sheet body of the present invention which is different from the structure of the conventional product.
The shape of the projection is formed by a cut line having a curve or the like selected arbitrarily from the cut line 17 and the cut line 14, and is, for example, a saw-shaped, rectangular, circular, wavy, star-shaped, polygonal, irregularly-shaped grip portion, or the like. The number of projections, the size of the projections, the positions of the projections, and the like are arbitrary.
Even if the upper and lower projecting portions projecting downward and the lower projecting portion projecting upward of the upper and lower pieces separated by the incision lines 17 and 14 are provided adjacent to each other in the lateral direction closer to the center of the face in either direction, the physical structure can provide the effect of bringing the regions near the nose, the neck, the jaw, and the cheeks on both the left and right sides into close contact with each other and strongly improving both the directions.
(embodiment mode 2)
A sheet for face mask (hereinafter referred to as "sheet body") obtained by punching a flat body of fig. 1, for example, a nonwoven fabric sheet into a shape covering at least a part of the face (hereinafter referred to as "face") with a cutting die so that the MD direction matches the nasal bridge direction 2 has the following configuration.
The sheet body is applied to the face, and has, in at least one region of a left region and a right region in the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose, at least one cut-in line extending from the inner side toward the outer side of the contour line in the vicinity of the nose, and has, in each of an upper sheet and a lower sheet separated by the cut-in line, at least one grip protrusion.
In embodiment 2, the pair of incision lines of the physical structure of fig. 6 is provided from the inside to the outside in the vicinity of the nose, the upper piece 35 and the lower piece 37 separated by the incision line 17 are formed in both right and left regions, one or more graspable grip protrusions are formed in the vicinity of the nose, the protrusion 34 is formed in the upper piece, and the protrusion 36 is formed in the lower piece, so that the loose skin in each of the neck, jaw, and both right and left cheeks can be more effectively brought into close contact with each other in the vicinity of the wing of the nose and the wing of the nose, and the fine region of the loose skin in each of the neck, jaw, and both right and left cheeks can be strongly lifted.
However, the cut-in line provided in the direction from the inside to the outside near the nose portion in fig. 6, and the upper and lower projections provided near the nose portion need to be designed in consideration of the structure of the raw material of the sheet body used for commodity planning and the numerical value of the weight per unit area. For example, products that employ a sheet having a low basis weight may be subject to breakage of the sheet by the user pulling the application forcefully.
In a conventional product different from the present application, for example, one or more protrusions for facilitating grasping of the edge portion of the outline are provided on the outline, and the application is performed by grasping the protrusions, whereby the feeling of the application is improved by the attachment to the facial line around the face. Alternatively, for example, a structure for providing a lower sheet separated by the cut line with a lifting from the neck to the cheek regions on both the left and right sides for obtaining an effect of the facial line is provided.
When the cut line is cut into the contour line 3, the folded sheet body is unfolded and applied, and the cut line is entangled with the contour line, making the application operation difficult, and therefore, when the cut line is provided between the cut line tip and the contour line, and torn at the time of application, the operation becomes smooth.
That is, the remaining incision portion has an advantage in that the incision line is formed of a continuous line rather than a discontinuous line, and one or more protrusions are provided on both the upper sheet and the lower sheet separated by the incision line, whereby the application can be performed without difficulty. In addition, since the tear-cut residual portion requires little labor, the cut-in line is preferably a continuous line.
In japanese patent No. 5297050, although the residual cutting portion is formed by a discontinuous cutting line, this requires precision for a discontinuous cutting die structure, and multiple punching or multiple overlapping punching reduces precision of the angle of the blade constituting the blade, thereby shortening the time required for replacing the cutting die and increasing the unit price of the cutting die. When applying, it is difficult to tear the discontinuous connection at the time of application. The choice of the discontinuous gauge of the cut-in line is arbitrary.
(embodiment mode 3)
In embodiment 3, as in embodiment 1, a sheet for face mask (hereinafter referred to as "sheet body") obtained by punching a flat body of fig. 1, for example, a nonwoven fabric sheet into a shape covering at least a part of a face (hereinafter referred to as "face") with a cutting die so that the MD direction of the sheet matches the nasal bridge direction 2 has the following configuration.
The sheet body is applied to the face, and has one or more incision lines on the contour line extending from the inside toward the outside near the nose in at least one of the left side region and the right side region in the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose, and one or more grip protrusions on each of the upper sheet and the lower sheet separated by the incision lines.
Embodiment 3 is an invention as follows: for example, after the sheet body 1 of fig. 1 is applied to the face, the liquid formulation containing the fixing agent gives the face shape of fig. 2 along the three-dimensional shape of the face, and the face shape of the face is fixed to the skin, so that the physical effects of embodiments 1 and 2 and the face shape of embodiment 3 are superimposed on each other, and the cosmetic effect can be obtained at the same time.
The sheet body has the physical structure of embodiment 1, and the face shaping shape 31 following the three-dimensional shape of the face (hereinafter referred to as "3D shape") of the face is obtained by applying the sheet body of fig. 1 in the form of fig. 2 or the sheet body of fig. 3 in the form of fig. 4 with the sticking agent of embodiment 3 capable of obtaining the effect of the face shaping shape, and fixing the fibers of the stretched nonwoven fabric to the fibers to complete the covering application of fig. 2 or 4.
The sheet body containing the sticking agent can maintain the shape and state of being stuck and fixed to the skin for a certain period of time by fixing the fibers of the nonwoven fabric extending along the 3D shape of the face with the sticking agent by the sticking agent after the application to shape the face itself along the 3D shape of the face.
The sticking agent is a raw material of the drug which is safe and stable to the skin when the face shape is the 3D shape of the face of the wearer after the completion of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 and the completion of embodiment 3. In fig. 4 described later, the same fixing agent as in fig. 2 is used.
In the facial shaping, as time passes, purified water, alcohols, and the like in the liquid preparation containing the fixing agent in the sheet body gradually evaporate due to the body temperature, so that the facial shaping itself can be smoothly performed, and the state of being attached to the skin of the person, the state of being pulled and loosened, and the state of the liquid preparation uniformly applied to the skin are fixed and maintained for a certain period of time.
In the fixation with the sticking agent, subcutaneous tissues of both the cheek portions and the mandible portions of both the left and right sides, which sag with aging of facial skin, are fixed by being applied while pulling up loose skin from the lower portions toward the upper portions of both the left and right sides, for example, whereby the aged skin can be more or less restored to the former skin state, and the effects of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 can be obtained.
The effect of the facial configuration can be maintained for a certain period of time in a state of being fixed to the 3D shape of the face, and the physical effect and the cosmetic effect of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 or embodiment 3 can be simultaneously obtained by the sheet body fixed to the skin.
(embodiment mode 4)
In embodiment 4, in addition to embodiment 3, the sheet body has a partial pattern portion on the surface opposite to the surface in contact with the skin of fig. 3, and the partial pattern portion is applied along the 3D shape of the face of fig. 4, so that it can be notified that a pattern in a 3D shape (hereinafter, referred to as "complete pattern") completed by aggregation or combination is obtained in the partial pattern portion to which the application is confirmed.
In the present invention, a finished pattern that meets the customer's request is displayed in a sealed package, and a partial pattern portion is printed on a sheet body, and the sheet body is applied along the face to form the face, and the partial pattern portion is integrated or combined on the surface of the sheet body opposite to the surface that contacts the skin, thereby presenting the finished pattern.
In the present invention, for example, the finished pattern is displayed on the enclosing package, the partial pattern portion is displayed on the planar body, and the finished pattern is obtained by applying the partial pattern portion along the three-dimensional shape of the face, whereby the pleasure can be continued from the start to the end of the cosmetic application.
The finished pattern is provided with a partial pattern portion (hereinafter, referred to as a "partial pattern portion") serving as a base of the finished pattern finished by being applied to the face, by printing the punched-out nonwoven fabric sheet shown in fig. 3 in advance. The sheet body of the present invention has a partial pattern portion which is a portion constituting a pattern.
The partial pattern portion is a pattern obtained by printing the finished pattern in a dispersed manner, and the partial pattern portion becomes the finished pattern of fig. 4 after the 3D shape of the face is applied.
The partial pattern portion is formed by, for example, dispersing printing, blanking of a circular, oval, or irregular shape, or stamping of a circular, oval, or irregular shape.
The printing is one or more of offset printing, offset rotary printing, silk screen printing, hot press printing, screen printing, gravure printing, and inkjet printing, and a method of punching or embossing may be used in combination.
The punching is performed in a shape such as a perfect circle, an ellipse, or an irregular shape.
For molding, a molded shape of a perfect circle, an ellipse, an irregular shape, or the like is used.
In a state where both the pattern and the facial configuration are completed simultaneously, the fibers of the nonwoven fabric sheet are fixed by the fixing agent and held in the facial configuration thereof in a state where the fibers are attached to the 3D shape of the face of the wearer and the skin is pulled up and loosened, whereby the above-described physical effects, facial configuration effects, effects pleasant to see the pattern, and cosmetic effects are obtained simultaneously, and these effects are held for a certain period of time.
The advantage to the user is that the above physical effect, facial configuration effect, beauty effect are obtained by a certain time of application, and in addition, the pleasant effect of seeing the completed pattern of fig. 4 is obtained by applying the partial pattern at the same time, and the interest of the person, family members is aroused, thereby arousing the pursuit of beauty.
If necessary, the sheet body is provided with a cut line, a discontinuous cut line, a needle-eye-shaped cut line, or a plurality of rows of these cut lines and any combination thereof (hereinafter referred to as "cut lines") together with the partial pattern portion, whereby the sheet body smoothly extends in the lateral direction of the face, and the partial pattern portion smoothly becomes a finished pattern.
The finished image is displayed on the enclosing package and the sheet for face pack by printing, for example. However, in the case of a pattern displayed by being applied to the face, a finished pattern printed on an initial sealed package or a nonwoven fabric sheet is applied in a solid shape and becomes a distorted pattern, and the pattern displayed initially and the pattern after application are different patterns, so that the pleasure at the time of application is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the nonwoven fabric sheet is punched out so that, for example, the direction 28 of the drawing machine, which is a characteristic of the nonwoven fabric sheet, matches the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose, and thus the nonwoven fabric sheet can extend in the lateral direction 29 in the direction of both the right and left cheek portions without extending in the direction of the bridge of the nose so as to cover the three-dimensional shape of the face.
The completed figure is, for example, a figure representing an animal, a transportation means, a landscape, a horror figure, a zombie, a person, a character, or the like, and is a figure in which one or more partial figure parts are integrated. The sheet body is provided with partial pattern portions, cut lines, cut holes, recesses, projections, and the like, as desired, in accordance with the layout of the finished pattern.
The finished pattern is constituted by a partial pattern portion, and is formed by, for example, arbitrarily providing any one of the convex portions of the eyes 7 or the nose 9, the left side nose flap 11, the groove portion of the right side nose flap 12, the left cheek portion 19, the right cheek portion 20, the left and right cheek portions, the jaw portion 21, and the neck portion 32, and attaching the same along the 3D shape of the face by attaching, lifting, and the like. When the patch is attached to obtain a complete pattern, the patch is preferably attached to the face in a 3D shape normally.
In fig. 3 having a partial pattern portion and fig. 4 showing a face shape of the user who is applied based on the usage of the function specification, the user has one or more punched shapes or molded shapes of a circle or a polygonal shape in an arbitrary region, and, at the time of application, for example, an ellipse 16 punched out corresponding to the mouth 26 of the mouth portion 15 is pulled vertically and horizontally to assume a state of a perfect circle 33 completing the pattern. For example, the partial pattern portion may be formed into a punched shape or a stamped shape having a circular or polygonal shape by vertically and horizontally stretching and applying the partial pattern portion to the finished pattern.
The completed pattern is represented as a pattern obtained by, for example, gathering or combining partial pattern portions such as a human, an animal, a toy, a geography, an astronomy, a character, a vehicle, a figure, and a character.
In the printing of the present invention, the following methods must be selected as the type and method of ink to be printed on the cloth or sheet: the finished product has safety and stability for three or five years in a predetermined period of time of the drug, and thus the ink or the like does not dissolve into the liquid agent and does not cause discoloration, unpleasant odor, reduction in weight, or the like.
Further, the product must be manufactured by a coloring material, a technique, and a production process according to the standards of the pharmaceutical method of cosmetics and the standards of the printing industry, and ensure safety and stability to the skin. The above-described products are expected to be secured by performing a spot test or the like to obtain a diagnosis (judgment) by a dermatologist and a confirmation (seal) for approval of the use.
The present invention shows a specific example in which a partial pattern portion printed on a face or the like of a person is provided on a sheet body, and a face is formed by applying the partial pattern portion to the face to form a complete pattern.
Since the nonwoven fabric sheet has a property of not extending in the longitudinal direction but extending in the transverse direction, for example, at the position of the partial pattern portion, it is desirable to print the elongation in the transverse direction from the left side flap to the right side flap of the nose portion, the raw material of the fiber, the basis weight, and the production method of the nonwoven fabric as follows by verifying the elongation in the transverse direction.
In the finished pattern and the shape of the sheet body which are applied to the face, for example, it is preferable that the substantially isosceles triangular cut line 10 is formed by connecting the vicinity 8 of the lower portion of the glabella as an apex in order from the left side wing nose 11 to the right side wing nose 12 through the nose tip 13, and the lower end of the nose portion extends in the lateral direction to form a substantially regular triangle in a state where the partial pattern portion is provided in the vicinity of the cut line 10.
The left and right side nosepieces are preferably arranged such that the distance between the left side nosepiece and the right side nosepiece which are sequentially connected to each other extends in the left lateral direction and the right side nosepiece extends in the right lateral direction is equal to the distance between the oblique sides by flattening or stretching in the CD direction.
In the usage, it is preferable that the left and right side nosepieces are connected from the vicinity of the lower portion of the glabella and radially spread from the vicinity of the glabella by finger-smoothing with fingers of both fingers and stretching and spreading in the lateral direction to attach the two fingers.
Since the nonwoven fabric sheet has a property of extending in the transverse direction without extending in the longitudinal direction with respect to the position of the partial pattern portion, the partial pattern portion is integrated or combined with the face surface to be applied in a three-dimensional shape of the face, thereby forming a complete pattern.
The mouth portion of fig. 3 is punched and printed in the following manner so as not to hinder the breathing of the mouth by verifying, for example, the elongation of the mouth portion in either of the left and right directions, the raw material of the fiber, the basis weight, and the manufacturing method of the nonwoven fabric.
Specifically, the finished pattern applied to the 3D shape of the face and the shape of the sheet body are provided with a partial pattern portion punched out as, for example, one or more longitudinal elliptical holes 16 of the region 15 corresponding to the mouth.
In the completed pattern of fig. 4, in order to cover the region from the left mouth end portion to the right mouth end portion to obtain a cosmetic effect, the partial pattern portion is flattened or stretched in the CD direction, and thereby the longitudinal elliptical shape is, for example, stretched from both the left and right sides to become a perfect circle 33 or an elliptical hole in the longitudinal direction, and the partial pattern portion becomes a completed pattern.
The sense of correction of the mouth 26 and the perfect circle 33 is high in the correction of the application, for example, when the sheet for a mask on which the mouth 26 is provided is pulled and corrected, the correction degree is low because the upward direction is blocked by the fitting of the lips, whereas in the correction of the perfect circle 33, the entire area of the mouth is suppressed from being covered, and the loose skin is pulled and wrapped, and the physical effect is considerable when the face shaping of fig. 2 and the finished pattern of fig. 4 are provided.
In fig. 2 and 4, by providing a plurality of small holes, elliptical holes, and polygonal cut holes in the mouth region and applying the cut holes, the mouth is fixed and speech cannot be made during approximately ten minutes of application, and the physical structure effect and the self-face shaping effect of the fixed face are obtained on the entire face, thereby enabling the cosmetic application to be reliably performed.
In fig. 3 having the partial pattern portion 22 of the bus, the cheek incision line 14 and the jaw incision line 17 are provided on the sheet body, and the incision residue portion 18 is provided between the tip of the incision line and the contour line, and the incision residue portion is torn and applied when in use.
In the finished pattern, the wheels 25 of the bus having the partial pattern portion of fig. 3 are stretched from the inside to the outside by holding the left edge portion 5 and the left edge portion 6, and are stretched from the inside to the outside, whereby the partial pattern portions of the front portion 23 and the rear portion 24 of the bus are stretched in the CD direction 27, smoothed, and applied, thereby forming the finished pattern of fig. 4.
The partial pattern portions are integrated or combined to make it possible to present the stop state and the running state of the bus to the completed pattern.
The finished pattern obtained by the application is, for example, a finished pattern in which the stopped partial pattern portion is moved, and thereby, the effect of physical attachment of the face shape, the effect of pulling up loose skin, the effect of medicine intended for skin beauty, and the pleasant effect of the finished pattern can be simultaneously perceived.
The mouth part is provided with, for example, one or more partial pattern parts of a star system and a disk, and punched holes of a circle (a perfect circle, an ellipse, or the like), and the edge part of the sheet body is gripped and stretched in the CD direction from the inside to the outside, whereby the physical effect and the cosmetic effect of an oval pattern such as a disk, in which the pattern is extended in the CD direction and fixed, can be simultaneously perceived.
In the finished pattern of the airplane, for example, by providing one or more cut lines along the left and right wings of the airplane in a direction outward from the left and right mouth corners and providing one or more cut lines along one or more partial pattern portions, the horizontal wing is attached to the left and right cheek portions, whereby the physical effect and the cosmetic effect in the state where the left and right wings are fixed to the two main wings horizontally provided in the airplane finished pattern can be simultaneously sensed.
In the case of a grown completed pattern and a cosmetic effect of trees, one or more trees are extended in the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose and in the MD direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet and fixed in the thickened completed pattern, so that the physical effect and the cosmetic effect can be simultaneously sensed.
The sheet body of the present invention is applied to the face, and thereby the following superimposed effect can be obtained in the state where the pattern and the face shape of the person fixed in a three-dimensional shape are completed.
In addition to the above-described effects, the finished pattern can prevent, for example, a gap from being generated between the sheet body and the skin due to air being sandwiched between the skin and the sheet body by wrinkles or slacks of the sheet body in the 3D shape of the face when the finished pattern is applied by being fixed with the adhesive while being attached to the 3D shape of the face to appropriately cover the face, and thus can uniformly apply a drug having a functional effect on the skin.
In the region of the eyes, a perfect circle, a polygonal shape, or the like is provided in the region of the cover shape in which the flaps are formed, and the finished pattern obtained by applying has a shape when the sheet body is punched, whereby, for example, the three-dimensional shape that is applied to the face can simultaneously provide an improved application effect and a cosmetic effect.
The nonwoven fabric sheet is a nonwoven fabric sheet made of natural materials, a nonwoven fabric sheet made of chemical fibers, or a nonwoven fabric sheet having natural fibers and chemical fibers.
The nonwoven fabric sheet preferably has stretchability in the CD direction in which it is easily attached to the face in accordance with the three-dimensional shape of the face without extending in the MD direction in the bridge length direction 2. Of course, the nonwoven fabric sheet may be a vertically and horizontally extending nonwoven fabric sheet.
Selection of weight per unit areaAs above, for example, 15 (g/mm) can be used2)~(120(g/mm2) The nonwoven fabric sheet of (3) can be produced by any method and can be selected from the group consisting of a method of producing the nonwoven fabric sheet and a method of producing the nonwoven fabric sheet. Preferably a nonwoven sheet made by a spunlace process.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of natural materials is made of natural fibers such as cotton, tencel, and lyocell. Further, natural fibers may be mixed with fibers such as carbon powder or fibers subjected to coating processing.
The nonwoven fabric sheet made of chemical fibers is made of chemical fibers such as rayon, polyester phthalate, polypropylene, and polyethylene. The processing by heat sealing can be performed.
For example, the weight per unit area may be as low as 15 (g/mm)2) The nonwoven fabric sheet may be provided with a resin film or nonwoven fabric for reinforcement on one side or both sides, or may be provided with a releasable (peelable) nonwoven fabric sheet or resin film on one side or both sides, and any of them may be used as long as the nonwoven fabric sheet or resin film is peeled off step by step at the time of application, for example, according to japanese patent No. 4995981.
The present invention performs arbitrary blanking of the following types of planar bodies, for example.
For example, the form of the punched mask sheet is a shape that can substantially cover the face from the upper part of the forehead 4 to the chin part, or to about 190 to 280mm near the neck 32, about 210mm from the end of the left cheek to the end of the right cheek, and about 240mm between the ends of the right and left ears.
For example, the vertical parting is a form in which a region of about 190 to 280mm from the upper part of the forehead to the neck 32 via both the cheek parts on the left and right sides is arbitrarily divided into an upper part and a lower part to cover the upper part and the lower part.
(embodiment 5)
Embodiment 5 is an arbitrary plan of the sheet body such that, in addition to embodiment 4, the edge portions having at least one pair of cutting portions for hooking to the ear portions of both the left and right sides are provided at both the left and right edges of the contour line 3 of the sheet body, and the cosmetic effect in the attached and lifted state can be continued.
However, in the conventional product, since the hole or the cut line for hooking to the ear is provided in both the left and right sides sealed together with the liquid agent, and the liquid agent is contained in the sheet body, the liquid agent is also present in the region facing the sheet body when the liquid agent is applied and hooked to the ear, which may contaminate the ear facing the sheet body and the skin and hair in the vicinity thereof.
The sheet body of the present invention is formed by mixing natural fibers and chemical fibers and has a non-fused region and a fused region, wherein both the planar and wavy shapes of the non-fused region and the fused region subjected to heat sealing are sealed in a sealed bag together with a liquid agent having a high viscosity at least during the period of drug maintenance, and the liquid agent adheres to the natural fibers in the fused region facing the skin.
The liquid agent which can pollute the skin and hair fusion area facing the sheet body is wiped off by fingertips and facial tissues, thereby solving the problem of the attached liquid agent. However, the present invention proposes a method for preventing a liquid agent impregnated in a non-welded region from moving to one or more continuous wavy shapes in a welded region.
In particular, the wavy loop shape formed by the jig has an advantage in that the wavy loop shape, which is hardened by hot working and continuous, for example, one or more loops are provided at the peripheral edge of both the left and right cut holes, thereby preventing the liquid agent from moving from the impregnated region to the wavy loop shape at the time of application after wiping, and preventing the skin and hair near the ear portion facing the sheet body from being contaminated.
There is a related description in international publication No. 2014-140663 which is different from the present invention. Paragraph 0127 of the specification describes that "the fusion portion 162 is not impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and thus the cosmetic can be prevented from being in a position facing both ears of the user or a position facing the hair of the user".
The invention is different from the prior international application as follows: natural fibers and chemical fibers are mixed and heat-sealed to form a wavy loop shape in a fused region, and the mixture is sealed in a sealed bag together with a liquid agent having high viscosity as a cosmetic liquid for a certain period of time and is constantly in a state facing the liquid agent, so that the liquid agent is impregnated in a non-fused region and the liquid agent is also impregnated and adhered to the other fused region containing natural fibers, and in the practice of preventing contamination of skin and hair in the vicinity of the ear portion facing the sheet body, wiping with a finger or wiping with facial tissue or the like is necessary, and the liquid agent impregnated and adhered in a small amount in the fused region must be wiped off and then applied.
Therefore, the present invention is different from the existing international application in that the liquid impregnated into the fused region containing natural fibers must be wiped off in advance from the finger part and the tissue paper.
Furthermore, examples of commonly known tests, consisting of chemical fibers and natural fibers, are described.
"the natural fibers in the fused region have a very small amount of the liquid agent" means that, in a drug test in which the liquid agent is provided inside a package constituting "the resin film sheet/the nonwoven fabric sheet of natural fibers/the resin film sheet" in a case of a known drug test and the periphery is sealed by heat sealing, and three years of the package satisfying the drug expiration date, the nonwoven fabric sheet of natural fibers appears in the cut portion on the side, and therefore, the liquid agent infiltrates the natural fibers and bleeds out to the outside, and the initial filling amount cannot be maintained within a predetermined volume, and there is a case of a product which cannot satisfy the drug.
That is, the presence of the liquid agent in the natural fibers is observed, which proves that the natural fibers in the fused region of the present invention also contain the liquid agent.
The wavy shape prevents the impregnating liquid of the sheet body from moving from the impregnated region to the wavy shape of the liquid. In the sheet body formed by mixing the chemical fibers and the natural fibers, the content and the remaining rate of the liquid agent are extremely low in the portion where the chemical fibers are hardened by heat sealing, and the liquid agent after wiping off hangs down in the vicinity thereof without contaminating the portion facing the wavy shape.
The wavy loop shape can be formed by a jig having a shape that allows continuous undulation that can be subjected to hot working.
The wavy shape is provided at any position such as ear portions, eyes, and mouth portions on both the left and right sides. Furthermore, the visually impaired can perceive the blind shape and form of the cosmetic usage by touching the hardened wavy shape with a finger.
The shape and form of the blind image according to the present invention are those of the following intensive studies which can be easily recognized by a visually impaired person by touching with a fingertip.
The conditions for visually identifying and confirming the shape and form are, for example, the shape and form of the above-described wavy continuous three-dimensional shape having hardness hardened by heat sealing or the like, which is obtained by processing a planar body of a nonwoven fabric sheet in which natural materials and chemical fibers are mixed.
Since the grip portion and the ear hook portion of the conventional product, which are in the form of a blind indication, contain a liquid agent and are flexible, it is difficult for a visually impaired person to distinguish the shape and the form by touching only with the fingertips, and for example, it is very difficult to distinguish between grip portions provided on both the right and left sides and grip portions provided in a staggered manner.
In the conventional products, it is difficult to distinguish a blind shape containing a liquid agent and becoming soft, and it is difficult for a healthy person or a visually impaired person who is blinded to be distinguished by touching with a fingertip even when the person is skilled. For example, it is very difficult to determine and distinguish characters and drawings of mahjong tiles, which are laid down by touching the surface on which the characters and drawings are printed with the fingertips and the surface of the game board in a mahjong game.
The present invention does not define the shape and form of the mask sheet made of a nonwoven fabric sheet made of a natural material, the grip portion of the mask sheet made of a nonwoven fabric sheet made of a natural material and at least chemical fibers, and the ear portions on both the left and right sides, which are conventional products, as the shape and form of the blind display when the sheet is impregnated with a liquid agent.
The sheet body has, for example, a property of extending in the transverse direction of the nonwoven fabric sheet and a chemical or sundry goods (hereinafter referred to as "liquid agent") containing a sticking agent, and is folded and sealed in a package. The sealing into the package preferably has at least an airtight function.
The medicament is a liquid, paste, powder, slurry or the like which can obtain the efficacy of cosmetics, quasi drugs, and drugs. The tablet containing a drug is, for example, a tablet coated with a drug, a tablet mixed with a drug, a tablet of a gel, a tablet of a bio-cellulose, a tablet of a white powder paper, a tablet of an oil-removing paper, or the like.
The fixing agent is preferably a material having fixing properties capable of linking fibers extending after the application of the nonwoven fabric sheet to the fibers. Since the raw material is in direct contact with the skin, it is a raw material that meets the standards for raw materials for cosmetics, quasi drugs, or drugs, and it is preferable to perform a test for confirming the stability and safety of the product and a patch test for the skin.
The sticking agent is used to fix fibers of the nonwoven fabric constituting the sheet body to each other in a 3D shape along the face of the sheet body stretched by application, and after application, the sheet body is formed into a three-dimensional shape in which the face shape is formed along the face of the sheet body and held, for example, strongly fixed to the skin for a certain period of time after the application.
The raw material of the fixing agent is a raw material for medicines, quasi-medicines or cosmetics, and is optionally selected, and preferably cellulose-based carboxymethyl cellulose, starch, dextrin, paste, or the like. The raw material has adhesiveness and is required to be safe and stable for the skin.
The sticking agent can be contained in a packaging bag together, and after the sheet body is applied to the face, the sticking agent is applied to the sheet body so as to fix the sheet body along the three-dimensional shape of the face, for example, the sheet body is generally applied to the surface opposite to the skin surface with the palm in close proximity, and as a result, the sticking agent is applied to the surface unevenly and significantly unevenly, and the initial face shaping effect by the sheet body cannot be obtained. Preferably, the fixing agent is contained in the liquid agent in advance.
Further, since the fixer is not contained in the starting liquid agent, the whole sheet body cannot be uniformly impregnated with the fixer, and the sheet body is coated on the surface opposite to the surface facing the skin, and therefore, the initial effect of the fixer cannot be expected.
Materials other than drugs (hereinafter referred to as "groceries") are, for example, "cold feeling (lowering of body temperature, cold fever): wheat flour + water "," hot, sweating (raising body temperature): pepper + wheat flour + water "," beauty (vegetable) mask: cucumber slice mask "," mud (clay): mud mask "," charcoal powder: sebum, dirt, aged cutin adsorption mask, body odor adsorption mask, etc.
For the sealing, for example, a bag having an airtight layer, a bag having a zipper function, a bag having a lid formed with a flap, a resin container, or the like (hereinafter, referred to as "package") is preferably sealed with the sheet body and the liquid agent. The sheet may be sealed in a dry state in a package, and for example, the usability of the flap is more effective in japanese patent nos. 5898370 and 6041409 of the applicant.
In the folding method of the sheet body, the sheet body having the end portions hooked to both the left and right ears is folded in two left and right with the edge portions and the edge portions of both the left and right ears being folded in two left and right directions about the bridge longitudinal axis which is symmetrical in the left and right directions, and the upper forehead portion and the lower chin portion in the longitudinal direction of the side are folded along an arbitrary line intersecting the longitudinal direction.
The outline of the sheet member is grasped by one or more grasping portions provided with fingers in the direction outside the outline of the sheet member, and the folded sheet member is unfolded into a flat body by the grasping portions, whereby the unfolded sheet member can be applied easily and smoothly. Whether or not the grip portion is provided, or the position, number, shape, and size of the grip portion are arbitrary.
Further, by providing the grip portions on the left and right sides of the sheet body or by folding the sheet body with the axisymmetric axes shifted in either left or right direction, the sheet body can be easily unfolded into a plane body when taken out and unfolded. The grip portion is easier to grip and is easier to expand if it is disposed offset up and down. When the end portions hooked to both the right and left ear portions are folded in a staggered manner, the both end portions can be easily grasped with fingers and unfolded in different directions to be hooked to both the right and left ear portions.
If the folding step of folding the edge portion of the face folded in two and the side of the longitudinal axis of the bridge of the nose at least once when sealing the package is added, the package can be further miniaturized and easily sealed.
The forehead 4 and the eyes of the sheet body are provided with transverse cut holes 7 whose long axes are the face parts at the parts corresponding to the eyes, or are provided with local patterns at the parts corresponding to the eyes and are provided with cover bodies (flaps) covering the eyes.
The cover body of the double-eye portion is a member capable of optionally providing a partial pattern portion, and is provided with a flap formed by a continuous cut line connecting the vicinity of the outer corner of the eye and the vicinity of the inner corner of the eye or a cut line having a partial discontinuity.
In addition, one or more grip portions are provided on the contour line of the flap for easy application, and when applying, an appropriate shape can be obtained by an appropriate application method and a partial pattern portion in which, for example, a small hole or a polygonal shape representing a horror image is punched, and appropriate application, physical effects, and cosmetic effects can be simultaneously perceived.
Fig. 5, which illustrates the sheet body of the present invention, is an explanatory view in which the nonwoven fabric sheet is drawn out from the nonwoven fabric roll 30 in the Machine Direction (MD) and punched so that the MD direction matches the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose.
In addition to the characteristics of punching the nonwoven fabric sheet so as to match the machine direction MD with the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose and the transverse direction (CD) expansion of the nonwoven fabric, when a plurality of rows of longitudinal or slightly oblique needle-like cut lines are provided along the bridge of the nose of the face in the region facing the three-dimensional shape of the face, the characteristics of both overlap each other, and the nonwoven fabric sheet can smoothly extend in the transverse width direction of the face and be applied so as to be covered with a good fit.
When one or more needle-eye-shaped incision lines, which are linear or curved (arcuate or the like), are provided in any region of the sheet body facing the temple, for example, if the sheet body in this region is stretched in the direction from the inside toward the outside, the nonwoven fabric sheet can be more smoothly stretched due to the property of extending in the transverse direction, and the skin facing the sheet body can be provided with a feeling of fit or stretch.
The needle eye-shaped incision line is connected to the bridge of the nose along the MD so as to draw a straight line and a curved line continuously or discontinuously.
The residual incision portion 18 is a portion where the contour line 3 of the sheet body and the tip of the cutting line in the outward direction from the inside remain, and when the sheet is applied to the face, the residual incision portion does not cause entanglement of the sheets, and a series of related operations of taking out the sheet from the pocket, unfolding the sheet, and applying the sheet can be smoothly performed.
In the case where the nonwoven fabric sheet has stretchability in both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the nonwoven fabric sheet may be punched arbitrarily without matching the MD direction with the longitudinal direction of the bridge of the nose.
For medical purposes, for example, therapeutic sheets, wet cloth sheets, and the like are preferably in accordance with the form and technique of the sheet body of the present invention.
In addition to the present invention, it is needless to say that the techniques of japanese patent No. 4352416, 4492980, 4995981, 5342056, 5551821, and 5676804 which have been proposed by the applicant of the present invention can be used in combination to increase usability.
The above embodiments 1 to 5 can be used alone or in combination as desired, whereby the respective effects can be obtained at the same time.
The difference between patent document 1 and the present application is that the present invention is an invention in which a sheet body has a partial pattern portion as a base for completing a pattern, and the partial pattern portions are gathered by being attached to a face to complete the pattern, and therefore, the present invention is different from the present invention in comparison document 1.

The invention of the face line of reference 7 is therefore different from the present invention.
The difference between patent document 8 and the present application is neither described nor suggested about the attachment of the wing nose portion and the vicinity of the wing nose of the present invention, and therefore the downward stretching of the upper protrusion. Thus, comparative document 8 is different from the present invention.
Examples
The embodiment of the present invention has the multifunctional structure of embodiments 1 to 5, and therefore, for example, any structure can be selected by a user of the sheet body, which is innovative and different from existing products.
In terms of physical effects, the following effects can be obtained at the same time because of the presence of the fixing agent: the skin care product has a close contact feeling with the skin of the face, performs facial shaping along the 3D shape of the skin in a state of pulling loose skin, shows a finished pattern on the surface of the side opposite to the side facing the skin, and has a beauty effect that a liquid agent is uniformly applied to the skin.
In the present invention in which the facial configuration and the finished pattern are formed, for example, in the partial pattern portion of the bus travel shown in fig. 3 and the finished pattern 4, the incision residual portion 18 of the sheet body is torn while the left and right side contour portions are held and applied to the face, and the cheek incision line 14 and the jaw incision line 17 are provided, and the left side edge portion 5 is held and stretched in the inside-out direction, and the right side edge portion 6 is held and flattened in the inside-out direction, thereby performing the stretching and application.
The sheet body having the partial pattern portion is applied along the 3D shape of the face, and a complete pattern is obtained on the surface opposite to the skin-facing side, so that the sheet body also serves as a marker to be applied firmly and closely along the shape of the face.
The time for application and fixation is about 10 minutes, based on the cosmetic usage recorded in the package.
