Claims (2)
- 유공압 부품의 누설량을 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,
누설측정 대상물(1)에 직접 첩촉되는 패킹(11)이 말단에 결합 되고, 에어 투입구(12) 및 액체 투입구(13)로 구성된 캐필러리 튜브(10);와
개필러리 튜브(10) 내부에 삽입되는 캐패시터(20);와
에어 투입구(12)에 에어를 공급하는 에어 펌프(30);와
액체 투입구(13)에 액체를 공급하는 액체 펌프(40); 및
측정이 완료된 후 액체 펌프(40)에서 공급된 액체를 회수하는 회수라인(50);으로 구성되는 캐패시터를 이용한 메탈 캐필러리 튜브구조 유압누설 측정장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
캐폐시터(20)는 마이크로 컨트롤러(21)를 포함하는 정전용량 타입을 특징으로 하는 캐패시터를 이용한 메탈 캐필러리 튜브구조 유압누설 측정장치.
