Abstract

The present invention is to provide a cold/hot compress device with a Peltier element, which can be promptly, simply and repeatedly used. For this, provided is a compress device which is characterized by including a body detachable from a body part of a user and a Peltier element provided on the body.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a cold / hot fomentation device having a Peltier element,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cold and warm fomentation apparatus having a Peltier element, and relates to a cold and hot fomentation apparatus which can be used repeatedly and quickly.

"Peltier effect" is a phenomenon discovered by J.C.A.Peltier in France in 1834, when a DC voltage is applied across two different elements, the heat is absorbed on one side and heat on the other side depending on the direction of current. Such a device using the Peltier effect is called a "Peltier device ". The Peltier effect is based on the principle that electrons need energy to move between two metals with potential difference and take the necessary energy from the energy of the metal. Changing the direction of current flow changes the flow of electrons and holes, and the direction of emitting / absorbing heat also reverses.

The advantage of Peltier devices is that they have a solid structure, so they are highly reliable, they can be used semi-permanently, they provide both heating and cooling functions with the same thermoelectric element, they can be cooled below ambient temperature, And the temperature can be controlled more precisely than 0.05 ° C. The disadvantage is that it is expensive and consumes a lot of energy because it is not energy efficient.

On the other hand, there are bands that show a cool effect when water is added to the existing hot and cold poultice products, and hot packs for use in removing swelling. Water-based bands are not as effective as cooling water with water and vaporized heat. There is also the inconvenience of reapplying water for continued use. To use the hot pack, it is necessary to freeze the ice in advance, and there is an inconvenience that it needs to be replenished because the ice melts. In addition, hot water is often used for pampering. If the rubber pads are torn, they can be burned immediately. There is also the inconvenience of having to keep replacing water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cold and warm fomenting apparatus capable of quickly and easily using repeatedly by solving the problems of the prior art described above.

The above-described object of the present invention is achieved by a cold / hot pad device having a Peltier element having the following structure.

A body removably attachable to a body part of the user; And

And a peltier element provided on the main body.

The main body is detachably attachable to the user's body part. That is, it may be a square, a circle, or the like, and it is particularly preferable to use a band shape such as a head, an arm, and a leg. In the case of the band type, it is preferable that the body is provided with a velcro which allows the both ends of the band to be coupled with each other.

The main body may be in the form of a patch that can be attached to a part desired by the user. A Peltier element is arranged at the center of the body, and a material having an adhesive force is applied around the body, so that it can be attached to the body. The material of the body is not particularly limited, and cotton or other fibers can be used. It is preferable that the skin has no irritation.

The inner surface of the main body is connected to the user's body, and it is preferable to use a thin material to improve the cooling / heating performance. A metal foil having good thermal conductivity can be disposed between the Peltier element and the inside of the main body so that heat can be conducted to the entire apparatus.

A Peltier element is located inside the body. The number of elements is not limited, and one or more elements may be provided as required. The position at which the Peltier element is mounted is also not particularly limited. The Peltier element is arranged such that the heat absorption surface faces the user.

A temperature sensor and a temperature control unit may be added to the fomentation apparatus of the present invention. The Peltier device changes the cooling / heating performance according to the amount of current, and when the current direction changes, the position of the heat generating surface and the heat absorbing surface also change. Therefore, it is possible to measure the temperature of the Peltier element in the temperature sensor, thereby adjusting the amount of current in the temperature adjusting part to adjust the temperature or to change the current direction, thereby enabling the cold and hot fomenting to be all possible.

In addition, although the fomentation apparatus of the present invention is generally connected to a household power source, it can be portable by adding a portable power source.

On the other hand, it is preferable that the main body can be easily separated from the Peltier element by joining the inner surface and the outer surface with a zipper in order to facilitate washing.

According to the present invention described above, a cold and warm fomenting apparatus which can be used repeatedly in a quick and simple manner is provided.

Further, a timer may be further attached to the fomentation device of the present invention to adjust the massage time. It is also desirable to have a display that displays the operating temperature, operating time, and the like in a user-friendly manner.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments.

1, the flushing apparatus 1 mainly comprises a main body 100 and a Peltier element 200.

The main body 100 is constructed as a surface material in this embodiment. According to such a configuration, there is no problem in touching the human body, and there is an advantage that sweat can be absorbed well.

The body is provided in a form that can be detachably attached to the body part of the user. The body includes a band and a Velcro (500). The band is wound on the user's forehead, arm or leg. The velcro 500 is provided at both ends of the band, and removes both ends of the band.

The Peltier element 200 is a device using a Peltier effect. When a voltage is applied to both ends of two different elements, one side absorbs heat and the other surface generates heat depending on the direction of the current. The Peltier element 200 is inserted into the band. According to the embodiment, three Peltier elements are inserted into the band.

The Peltier element 200 is electrically connected to an external power source. According to the embodiment, the Peltier element 200 is provided with a surface facing the body part of the user as a heat absorbing surface. When electric power is applied to the Peltier element 200, the heat absorption surface is cooled and the cold air is transferred to the body part of the user, so that the effect of the cold is obtained.

In this embodiment, the thermally conductive metal foil 110 is provided so that the cool air emitted through the Peltier element 200 is uniformly diffused through the entire region of the band 100. The thermally conductive metal foil 110 is inserted into the band 100 so as to be in contact with the heat absorbing surface of the Peltier element 200 and can contact the body part of the user.

Meanwhile, the temperature regulating unit 400 is connected to the main body 100, and controls the amount and direction of the current flowing to the Peltier element 200 through the temperature regulating unit 400. At this time, a temperature sensor may be mounted at an appropriate position near the Peltier element 200, so that the control circuit can be configured to always maintain a desired temperature.

2 is a side view of the fomentation apparatus produced according to the embodiment. A thermally conductive metal foil 110 is placed on the inner surface of the body, and a Peltier element is provided on the thermally conductive metal foil 110 to spread cold air through the thermally conductive metal foil. A cooling unit 300 including a cooler and a heat sink is installed on the Peltier device 200 so that heat generated on the heat generating surface can be discharged to the outside. The outer surface of the main body covers the safety net 600 at a portion where the cooling portion is exposed from the cooling portion such as the cooler for the sake of the user's safety.

FIG. 3 is a photograph of a prototype product in which an internal Peltier element is formed by cutting a main body in an apparatus manufactured according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a photograph of a prototype product showing a cooler coupled to the Peltier element in the poultice apparatus of FIG. . 3 and 4, the cooling fan 300 is attached to the Peltier element 200 as a cooling part. Thus, by cooling the heat generating surface of the Peltier element 200, the performance can be further improved.
