SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an electronic apparatus, which is capable of intercepting electromagnetic waves generated from electronic parts mounted on a printed circuit board embedded in various electronic apparatuses such as a cellular phone, a telephone, And to provide a fixing clip for a printed circuit board for easily and stably fixing a shield case for blocking electromagnetic waves on a printed circuit board and a shielding apparatus using the same.
