Description

비상조명등용 리모콘{Remote control type lighting lamp for emergency}Remote control for emergency lighting lamps {Remote control type lighting lamp for emergency}

The present invention relates to a remote control for emergency lighting, and more particularly, to a remote control for emergency lighting to enable the user to check the abnormality conveniently with the remote control from below without rising the presence of abnormalities such as emergency lighting installed on a high wall. .

In general, in buildings, passages, especially underground spaces, emergency lights are installed to guide people to safety zones through light in an emergency such as a fire. In addition, the emergency light also indicates the direction of the safety zone by marking the content indicating the direction on the transparent panel.

These emergency lights are usually supplied via buildings or underground lines. If such a power supply system causes a fire in the building and the power supply line is broken, the function of the emergency light will be substantially lost. To solve these problems, a method of providing a separate battery in the emergency light and supplying power through the battery in the event of an emergency while charging the power supply has been proposed.

In general, such an emergency light is mainly used to control the lighting of the emergency light through sensing. That is, the emergency light is turned on or off by sensing the power supply to determine whether a fire is detected, by sensing smoke due to a fire, or by sensing the degree of dimming to determine whether a fire is present.

According to the Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-0971376 registered on July 14, 2010, "User operation unit consisting of an emergency switch, a light emitting unit for emitting light of a specific wavelength in response to the closing of the emergency switch, and transmits the light of a specific wavelength A light transmitting filter, a light receiving unit for receiving light passing through the light transmission filter, a control unit for outputting a light control signal in response to a signal output from the light receiving unit, a light driving unit for turning on a light in accordance with a light control signal, a light having an illumination, And a main body made up of a battery that receives power from an external power source and charges the battery, and supplies charged power as an operating power source, so that even if a defect such as a sensor occurs, an administrator or a neighbor can easily respond to an emergency situation. Easy safety due to implicitly suggested safety zone direction and lighting brightness Can be evacuated to any place. "

However, the emergency light has a potential problem that the sensor to perform the most important function in an emergency such as a fire may not operate if the management is not continuously made due to the feature that is installed in a certain place for a long time.

Therefore, when the normal operation of the emergency light does not work, the administrator must operate the emergency light directly, but it is always installed in an uncomfortable or even inoperable position, so there is always a problem that the use of the emergency light may not be used in an emergency. have.

Therefore, it was necessary to develop an emergency light that allows the manager to conveniently check whether there is an abnormality of the emergency light installed on the high wall and periodically checks the operation of the emergency light by the management department.

Apart from this, in case of fire, the power supply is cut off because the power supply is short-circuited. Therefore, if a relay according to the power supply is provided instead of a fire detection relay, it can be used as an emergency light even when the power supply is interrupted. Is increasing.

According to the preferred effect of the present embodiment, since it is possible to conveniently turn on and off by using the remote control without using a ladder to turn on and off the emergency light installed on a high wall, it is possible to facilitate the inspection of the emergency light for an emergency. As shown, the configuration of the present invention can be divided into an emergency light portion and a remote control portion.

Referring to FIG. 1, when commercial power is input, AC power lowered by the transformer PT35M is rectified and converted into DC power through diodes D1, D2, D3, and D4.

The relay RY operates smoothly through the capacitor C1, and the relay RY causes the movable terminal to be connected from the contact point P1 to the contact point P2, which supplies DC power to the battery BT and charges the battery BT. That is, if commercial power is supplied, commercial power charges the battery. If commercial power is not supplied, relay RY loses its magnetic force and the movable terminal is connected from contact point P2 to contact point P1. The lamp will light up.

Meanwhile, the power supplied to the battery BT will be described in more detail.

The direct current passing through the diode D1 turns on the operation lamps L1 and L2. This operation lamp is used to indicate whether or not commercial power is supplied, and is always lit when commercial power is supplied. At this time, the resistors R2 and R3 have a voltage distribution function to turn on the operation lamp.

The voltage lowered through the resistor R3 passes through the transistor Q1, passes through the zener diode D5, and only a constant voltage is supplied to the resistor R6, and the lower DC power is supplied to the battery BT through the resistor R6. At this time, the relatively high resistances R4 and R5 are for the DC power to easily flow to the relatively low resistance R6.

Here, the transistor Q1 is for the reverse flow prevention function so that the battery power supplied from the battery BT does not flow back to the commercial power supply side, and the voltage applied to the base conducts between the emitter and the collector while operating the transistor Q1 so that the battery power flows backward. To prevent it.

In addition, a direct current power source via the diode D4 and the resistor R1 is also configured to supply the battery BT.

In summary, the emergency lamp shown in FIG. 1 charges a battery when commercial power is supplied, and lights a lamp LMAP functioning as an emergency light with charged battery power when commercial power is not supplied.

However, such an emergency light circuit should be periodically checked for operation. To this end, it is necessary to periodically check whether the emergency light circuit is operated by pressing a switch connected to the input terminal of the transformer PT35M. Since it is located high on the wall of the building, a remote controller should be provided to avoid having to climb ladders for periodic inspections.

Referring to FIG. 2, the remote controller 10 which receives a remote controller signal from the outside and connects the point A and the point B, and the remote controller 10 which transmits a remote controller signal to the remote controller 11 when the user presses a button. It is provided. The difference from the known technology in the circuit constituting the remote control and the remote control receiver is that a separate CPU is not required. In the known remote control, a control code according to a number of commands exists to transmit various commands, and in order to process the microcontroller, Although a processor is required, since the remote control circuit of the present invention is for transmitting only one command, only a remote control signal generating circuit and a circuit for receiving the same are needed.

Referring to FIG. 3, since the remote controller 10 can be conveniently turned on and off without using a ladder to turn on and off the emergency light 20 installed on a high wall, it is easy to check the emergency light for an emergency. As a result, mismanagement of emergency lamps can be prevented.
