Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mini pig breeding device, and more particularly, to a mini pig breeding device that can be hygienically bred for breeding for various experimental supply of mini pigs similar to human anatomical characteristics.
Referring to the prior art described in Korean Patent Registration No. 0742387, to date, studies of medical disease models and safety tests of drugs, test of therapeutic efficacy of specific therapeutic agents, studies of in vivo metabolic processes of drugs, drug resistance and drugs Laboratory animals are used in biological and medical fields, such as research on interactions between humans and the development of other artificial organs. These animals are rodents such as rats, mice, and guinea pigs. Since they differ from humans in physiology, they are not effective for applying the results of these experiments directly to humans. There is a difficulty.
In comparison, pigs have similar physiological functions and genetic structure to humans, have been living with humans for a long time, providing artificial cells or insulin, and similar to humans in terms of organ size and function in relation to organ transplantation. It is attracting attention in the life sciences, especially in the field of medicine, because it can produce up to 12 babies per head, so that abundant organs can be secured. However, in the case of normal pigs, the weight reaches 250 ~ 280㎏ at maturity, there are a lot of difficulties in the management of specifications and experiments as experimental animals.
On the other hand, genetic and microbiological standardization procedures of experimental animals are required to ensure accuracy, uniformity, and repeatability of experiments. Genetic standardization of laboratory animals can be achieved through breeding techniques through special breeding programs and biotechnological techniques, and one method of microbiological standardization is the production of specific pathogen free (SPF) animals. There is a method to utilize in the experiment. Breeding of these SPF animals should be breeding and managed to prevent microbial infections such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites in order to maintain a specific disease-free condition for the purpose of the experiment.
Furthermore, in order to breed pigs as a bio-organic source for transplanting the organs of cloned pigs into the human body, breeding and management are performed to maintain a sterile state (Qualified Pathogen Free, hereinafter referred to as 'QPF') that is free of harmful pathogens. Common infectious diseases and related diseases should be blocked.
In particular, the latter is one of the countermeasures, since the demand for organ transplants is increased while organ donors are declining due to the increase of long-term diseases and degenerative diseases due to the increase of the world population and the aging society. Much attention and research has been made on xenotransplantation techniques.
Therefore, there is a need for a facility for mass production of a transgenic cloned pig for a bio-organic source and for a xenotransplantation research experiment, that is, a sterile pig breeding facility having QPF conditions, but there is a lack of specific technology related thereto.
However, as shown in Figure 1, conventional pig breeding facility is simply
Such a conventional pig breeding facility is not equipped with a separate device that can handle the dirt, such as pig meal, pig urine generated during the breeding process, and simply cleans and disinfects periodically. It is left as it is until it is left as it is, smelling inside the pig house and becoming a habitat for germs and pests.
The present invention was created in order to solve the above problems, having a first dust collector at the bottom of each breeding room can separate / store the pig flour and the urine discharged from each breeding room, and equipped with an exhaust hood at the top of the breeding room It absorbs the odor generated in the inside and discharges it to the outside to clean the sanitary condition inside the kennel, and provides a mini pig breeding device that can check the health status of the mini pigs by inspecting the separated and stored money powder and urine. There is a purpose.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a rectangular-shaped cage which is spaced apart from the ground by a plurality of legs provided on the lower surface; A plurality of breeding rooms provided in the cage and having a water supply means for supplying water to the mini pigs to be bred therein; An exhaust hood mounted on an upper surface of the cage, the exhaust hood configured to suck the odor generated in the breeding room from the upper part of the plurality of breeding rooms and to discharge it to the outside; A plurality of first dust collectors detachably mounted at each lower portion of the plurality of breeding rooms and collecting dust and urine discharged from the respective breeding rooms; A second soil dust collector mounted on the leg to be positioned under the plurality of first soil dust collectors, and collecting dust collected from the first well dust collector; And it provides a mini pig breeding device comprising a partition means installed between the plurality of breeding rooms.
In the mini pig breeding device, the water supply means is provided with a bucket attached to the plurality of breeding rooms, a hose detachably connected to the bucket, and connected to the hose to supply water supplied from the bucket to the mini pig It may include a water supply nozzle, wherein the water supply nozzle may be composed of a supply unit through which the water of the bucket is supplied through the hose, and a discharge unit for discharging the water supplied through the supply unit to the outside, the inside of the water supply nozzle Opening and closing means for opening and closing the discharge unit may be provided.
The bottom plate of each breeding room may be formed of a plurality of pipes, and each of the plurality of pipes may be spaced apart from each adjacent pipe to form a discharge hole.
The first dust collecting unit is provided on the lower plate bottom of each of the breeding room and collecting the urine collecting means to collect the urine excreted by the mini pigs raised in the breeding room, and is provided in the inner upper portion of the collecting and collecting means and the breeding room It may include a money dust collecting means for collecting the money to be excreted by the mini pigs, the money collecting dust collecting means may be detachably mounted in a sliding form on the bottom plate of each nursery, the money collecting means passes through It may be made of a mesh network.
The urine collecting means may be formed of a bottom plate having a rectangular shape and a side plate bent from the outside of the bottom plate to the upper side, the outer surface of the side plate may be formed with a mounting protrusion mounted to the lower portion of the breeding room, The bottom plate may be formed to be inclined from the outside to the inside, and the discharge hole for discharging the urine downward in the center portion of the bottom plate.
The second dust collector may include a bottom plate having the same rectangular shape as the cage, and a side plate bent upward from the outside of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate may be formed to be inclined from the outside to the inside of the bottom plate. Outflow holes may be formed in the central portion, and the side plate may be formed with an injection portion for spraying the washing water supplied from the outside.
The front of each breeding room may be provided with a food inlet and the food inlet to be brought in and taken out to feed the mini pigs to be bred, and a blocking bar (Bar) for blocking the food inlet, the interior of the breeding room A moving plate for moving the mini pigs in the front of the breeding room may be provided, the moving plate may be fastened to the "c" shaped capture handle provided on the front of the breeding room, the front and rear movement of the capture handle Accordingly, the movable plate can move back and forth in the kennel.
Mini pig breeding apparatus according to the present invention has the following effects.
First, it is possible to individually breed mini pigs by providing a plurality of breeding rooms where mini pigs are bred.
Second, the piglet excreted in the breeding room and excreted pig manure and pig urine under the breeding room, and the smell of the inside of the breeding room can be sucked into the exhaust hood to clean the sanitary conditions inside the room.
Third, by installing the first dust collector in the lower portion of the plurality of kennels can efficiently separate and store the money and excrement of the mini pigs excreted can check the health status of the mini pigs.
