Claims (8)
- DOC와 SCR촉매가 엔진으로부터 차례로 배치된 디젤엔진의 배기계에 있어서,
상기 DOC와 SCR촉매 사이에 환원제를 공급할 수 있도록 설치된 제1인젝터(1)와;
상기 DOC의 상류에 환원제를 공급할 수 있도록 설치된 제2인젝터(3);
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1인젝터(1)와 제2인젝터(3)는 상기 환원제를 공통의 환원제탱크(5) 및 펌프(7)에 의해 공급받도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 DOC와 상기 제1인젝터(1) 사이에는 배기가스 중의 PM을 제거하는 DPF가 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 SCR촉매 하류에는 배기가스 중의 PM을 제거하는 DPF가 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 SCR촉매는 DPF에 촉매를 코팅하여 PM제거와 NOx의 선택적 환원 작용을 동시에 수행하도록 된 SCRF로 이루어진 것
을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 1 내지 5항에 있어서,
상기 환원제는 UREA인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - SCR촉매의 상류에 배치된 DOC와;
상기 DOC의 상류에 환원제를 선택적으로 공급할 수 있도록 설치된 제2인젝터(3)와;
상기 제2인젝터(3)에 환원제를 펌핑하는 펌프(7)와;
상기 펌프(7)에 환원제를 공급하는 환원제탱크(5);
를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 SCR촉매와 DOC촉매 사이에는 상기 환원제탱크(5)로부터 상기 펌프(7)에 의해 펌핑되는 환원제를 선택적으로 분사할 수 있도록 제1인젝터(1)가 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 디젤차량의 배기장치.
