Description
The present invention relates to a motor-driven rotary potting apparatus, and more particularly, to a motor-driven rotary potting apparatus in which a plurality of left and right chains, which can be rotated up and down by an electric motor in a vertical garden for decorating inside and outside walls of buildings and other structures, The pollen is installed in a horizontal direction, and the position of the pollen can be vertically moved on the orbit of the chain by using an electric motor, whereby the motor-driven rotary pollen device which provides convenience in management of plants planted in the pollen and water supply .
In modern cities, there are numerous buildings, bridge piers, road retaining walls, and other civil engineering structures. These artificial structures occupy the majority of the urban area, and the environment of natural greenery where the plants grow gradually is getting smaller . Of course, there are parks built in the city, and there are also natural green spaces in the periphery of the city, but it is difficult for people to easily access the green environment in their daily lives. In this context, as a part of the urban green landscape landscaping project, people living in modern artificial structures made of concrete and metal are able to contact with natural green environment and plants more closely to make environment-friendly living, It was proposed.
Wall-surface greening is a process of recording the walls inside and outside of buildings and civil engineering structures with various plants and recording them. Since the garden constructed by wall-painting is in a vertical structure, it is called a vertical garden.
There are many problems such as the lack of clean air, the lack of clean air, the urban life, the heat island phenomenon of the city, and the noise damage, while the modern buildings are becoming high and densified. By constructing a vertical garden by covering the walls of buildings and civil structures with plants, it is possible to provide people with a sense of rest and peace, as well as to improve the air quality, reduce noise, and solve the heat island phenomenon. Good effects can be obtained.
In the conventional wall-screening technique, a technique has been proposed in which a plate is installed on a vertical wall surface, nonwoven fabrics are attached to the plate, and a nonwoven fabric is partially cut and sewed to form a flowerpot pocket for planting 901962), the applicants of the present application filed a Korean patent application No. 2012-85393 (2012. 8) (hereinafter referred to as "the invention of the present invention") to improve the drawbacks of the conventional wall- 3. Application). The above-mentioned "flowerpot for wall greening" developed by the applicants of the present invention was provided with fastening structures on the left and right sides thereof, so that relatively small flower pots having a length of about 20 to 30 cm could be continuously connected as needed in the lateral direction, Not only the installation work can be easily performed but also the durability of the pollen material is improved to improve the stability of the planting space.
However, the existing non-woven method of wall-painting technique and the applicant's previously developed wall-planting potting system all have the pollen always fixed in position, When it is necessary to approach the pollen of the high place for the management of the guitar, there is a inconvenience that a person must climb up a high place by using a ladder or a crane and maintain it. Also, in order to allow the plants in the vertical garden to grow well, it is necessary to supply water periodically to each pot, and it is also troublesome to install a large number of water supply pipes between the pots for wall-greening .
For this reason, it is possible to supply the appropriate amount of water evenly to the plants in all the places in the vertical garden, and at the same time to easily access the pots in the high places, so that the maintenance of the vertical garden can be performed more effectively There was a need to develop a new type of vertical garden wall recording device capable of giving a variety of information.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes a method of mounting a plurality of pots in a lateral direction between a pair of left and right chains that can be rotated up and down by an electric motor, And it is an object of the present invention to provide a motor-driven rotary pollen apparatus which can more conveniently perform management and water supply of plants planted in pollen by making it possible to vertically move on a track of a chain.
3, the motor-driven
The first and second
Referring to FIG. 1,
1 and 2, a
In addition, the
The
Fig. 3 is a side view of the motor-driven
1 and 2, a first
The motor-driven rotary
In FIG. 3, G denotes a ground surface, and H denotes a wall such as a building or a structure.
4 illustrates a structure in which the pollen fixed
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, both ends of the
The
4, the fixing
5 shows that the
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the
Figs. 8 and 9 show a situation in which the
The
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the first and
10 shows the connection relationship between the control unit (control box), the
For example, it is possible to set the operating time of the
The control unit in the
In FIG. 10,
As described above, the motor-driven rotary potting device according to the present invention can easily rotate the chains installed in the vertical direction by an electric motor to change the positions of the flower pots, so that it is very easy to plant the plants in all the pots And can be easily maintained by lowering the pollen where the problem occurs, especially when a problem with the pollen has occurred since the installation of the vertical garden, which can greatly reduce maintenance manpower, time and cost .
In addition, the motor-driven rotary pollen apparatus according to the present invention has a merit that the decorative effect of the wall surface recording apparatus can be further enhanced because the backlight module disposed on the rear side of the pollen can be used to obtain a soft and high-
In addition, the motor-driven rotary pollen apparatus according to the present invention has an advantage in that the planting activity can be maintained optimally since the operation of giving water to the pollen can be automatically performed by setting the control unit.
