싱크대의 수조(1)에 뚫려진 배수공(1a)에는 배수관(10)이 결합되어 하부가 배수공(1a)의 하부로 돌출되고, 배수관(10)의 하부에는 원통형 제2지지관(30)이 결합된 원통형 제1지지관(20)이 결합되며, 원통형 제1, 2지지관(20)(30)의 각각의 내주면에는 톱니형의 제1, 2절단날(21)(31)이 각각 고정되고, 각각의 제1, 2절단날(21)(31)의 하부에는 회전축(50)에 고정된 제1, 2회전판(22)(32)이 각각 위치되며, 각각의 제1, 2회전판(22)(32)의 외측에는 커터(23)들이 핀(23a)으로 각각 결합되어 제1, 2회전판(22)(32)이 회전되면 원심력에 의하여 커터(23)들이 제1, 2절단날(21)(31)들과 근접되게 구성되고, 제2지지관(30)의 하부에는 배수구(42)가 형성된 제3지지관(40)이 결합되며, 제2지지관(30)과 제3지지관(40)은 제1격벽(25)과 풀리홈(27)이 형성된 제2격벽(26)으로 분리 형성되어 연결호스(24)로 연결되고, 제3지지관(40) 내부의 회전축(50)에는 절삭날(41)이 2단으로 고정되며, 풀리홈(27)의 회전축(50)에는 풀리(51)가 고정되어 모터(52)와 벨트(53)로 회전축(50)을 회전되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 싱크대용 음식물쓰레기 처리장치.
