Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spinneret for producing a peanut-shaped cross-section yarn and a release cross-section yarn produced using the same, and more particularly, to a cross-sectional shape that can easily produce a peanut-shaped polyester cross-section yarn Excitation spinneret and a polyester or nylon release cross-section yarn excellent in pile formability and sweat-absorbent quick-drying prepared using the same.
The cross section of natural fibers has an irregular shape rather than a circular shape, so that products having unique properties can be obtained. However, chemical fibers, in particular melt-spun fibers, are generally circular in cross section. The closer the cross-section is to the round shape, the softer the touch is, but it is more slippery, and the coverage is poor, and the filament fabric has a lead quality. Poor filling when used for warp knitting.
In order to make up for the shortcomings and to impart new properties, the fiber whose cross section is changed to triangular, pentagonal, hollow, etc. by changing the shape of the spinneret during spinning is called a sectional section yarn.
As such a sectional section yarn, there is a coolmax one, a typical moisture absorption quick-drying functional material developed by DuPont. It is a hygroscopic quick-drying material made of polyester, which has higher absorption and dissipation power than cotton, which is a natural material.
Japanese Teijin's Waveron made four recesses (channels) to pull out the yarns so that they had a larger surface area than ordinary yarns. The four-channel structure causes capillary action, leading to rapid water absorption and discharge. This principle not only ensures a dry and comfortable body at all times, but also has excellent ventilation, good fit and easy care. It is used for various purposes such as professional sportswear and various leisure wears, sports goods such as gloves and hair bands, stockings and socks, underwear such as lingerie.
Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2002-0071522 discloses a release cross-section yarn having excellent sweat absorption and dryness, which is composed of monofilaments of thermoplastic resin, and the monofilament cross sections have six protrusions of different sizes symmetrically formed. It has a cross section.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2005-0092747 discloses a Ti compound component (A) consisting of at least one of a titanium alkoxide or a reaction product of a specific carboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof, and a P compound component (B) of formula (III). Releases prepared from polyester polymers obtained by polycondensing aromatic dicarboxylate esters in the presence of a catalyst containing a mixture with and / or a reaction product of a Ti compound component (C) with a P compound component (D) of formula (IV) Disclosed is a single-sided polyester fiber.
In Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-0092747, when the pin number is 3-6 or more than 7 pins, if it is lower than 1 dpf (Denier per Filament), it is poor in operation and weak pins due to poor polymer discharge and short cutting Some cuts occur in the part, resulting in pin yarn, etc., which is not suitable for use in a later process. In addition, even if problems such as operability, pin yarn, etc. are solved, the boundary between the pin portion and the circular portion is inadequate, resulting in a cross-sectional product of a similar shape to the flat yarn, and thus cannot be a product having original characteristics.
The present inventors have excellent glossiness due to the pile forming property and the sweat-absorbing quick-drying and the diffuse reflection effect when manufacturing the polyester- or nylon-shaped cross-section yarn of a peanut form different from the release cross-section yarn disclosed in the above-described prior art, and poor polymer discharge, It was found that there is no trimming and the like, so that the operation is good and no pin yarn is generated. Therefore, spinnerets and polyester or nylon mold release yarns manufactured using the same can be produced. To develop.
