하부금형과 상부금형 사이에 형성된 성형공간부에 표피재가 위치되도록 삽입하고 상기 하부금형과 상부금형을 형합하여 표피재 삽입단계;
상기 표피재의 일측면에 기재가 성형되도록 액상수지상태의 기재를 공급하는 단계;
상기 상부금형을 형개후 유지시켜 표피재와 기재로 이루어진 내장재를 1차 냉각시키는 단계;
상기 상부금형을 형합시켜 표피재와 기재로 이루어진 내장재의 형상을 고정유지하여 2차 냉각시키는 단계; 및
상기 상부금형을 형개시키고 내장재를 상기 하금형으로부터 취출하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 내장재의 제조방법.
