Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an educational vehicle air conditioner capable of displaying a change in temperature and a refrigerant phase change of an input / output unit of a whole process of a vehicle cooling cycle and a real-time load variation according to a manual drive unit operation of each process.
Cooling devices are currently used in human dwelling spaces and in all industries. In addition, the cooling device to the vehicle is one of the essential attachment devices. Many automobile related departments are launching a variety of education and training devices for vehicle air conditioners, but they lack the awareness of real-time load fluctuations because only basic cooling systems and cooling processes are known.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an understanding of the temperature display and phase change of the refrigerant at each input and output unit for each cooling cycle, and the real-time load fluctuation amount through the understanding of the refrigerant pressure during operation and manual operation for each cooling cycle part. The goal is to provide trainees with a percentage to raise awareness of energy efficiency and use of air conditioning systems.
The present invention is to provide a display unit for understanding the temperature display and the refrigerant phase change in the process of each part of the cooling cycle, an overload limit driving unit according to the refrigerant pressure and a real-time percentage load display unit according to the manual operation unit for each process of the cooling cycle. In particular, the real-time load percentage display part enables the precise display of the total power consumption by using a microcontroller and attaches an alarm generation and reset function when an overload occurs by setting an arbitrary overload amount. The purpose of this study was to provide a real-time monitoring unit that can recognize the precautions for using the air conditioner.
The present invention is an educational equipment for learning about vehicle air conditioners, and it is possible to understand temperature, pressure, and refrigerant phase change through driving of each part of the cooling cycle, and to understand real-time load fluctuations in each process driving, energy An understanding of energy savings from load fluctuations due to inputs can be obtained.
