Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sludge removal apparatus for oyster pirate biological removal device that can remove sludge of the bottom of the hot water tank using a plurality of transfer wings and screws.
In general, aquaculture oysters are attached to thick and long ones by attaching a plurality of strings to maintain a constant interval (40-45 cm), attaching seeds to each one, and placing them on the surface of the farm in a licensed coastal clean sea area. After a certain period of time, it grows to the extent that it can be commercialized, and then it is harvested and collected. Pirate plants, small mussels, and other foreign substances attached to the main line or baggage line during the growth process of the cultured oysters or hindering the growth due to parasitic growth in the cultured oysters (hereinafter referred to as pirates) Creatures will be tasked with elimination.
As shown in Figure 1, the removal of such pirates uses a vessel equipped with a pirate removal device composed of a hot water tank and a front-rear conveyor. In more detail, the water contained in the hot water tank is kept constant at about 60 degrees Celsius using a hot water pipe installed in the lower part of the hot water tank, and the rear conveyor is lifted into the hot water tank using the front conveyor. You will stay in the hot water for a period of time. Pirates are removed as they pass through the hot water.
However, on the bottom of the hot water tank, sludge (hereinafter referred to as sludge) generated during the removal of pirates accumulates, and the amount of sludge generated varies depending on the region and the working hours of the day. In general, one to two months of work is consumed, and more than two times a day many sludges are removed every hour during the work, which is empty after the water in the hot water tank is empty. Spray by cleaning. However, this process is complicated and time-consuming, requiring the conveyor belt to be removed and the operator directly entering the unsafe water tank.
The accumulation of such sludge has the problem of reducing the efficiency of the hot water line for warming the water in the hot water tank, has the problem of lowering the merchandise of the cultured oysters that have passed the hot water, and a lot of time and fuel for cleaning and preparing hot water. As it is consumed, the work efficiency is reduced.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the problem to be solved by the present invention, the sludge is immediately discharged to the outside of the hot water tank during the hot water treatment process to remove pirates so that the sludge is not laminated on the inner bottom of the hot water tank. To do this.
In addition, due to the discharge of the sludge to increase the efficiency of the hot water line to warm the water in the hot water tank, and to increase the commerciality of the cultured oysters.
In addition, to save time and fuel for preparing the cleaning and hot water that was consumed for the sludge removal, and to increase the time and efficiency of pirate removal operations.
In order to achieve the above object, the sludge removal apparatus for oyster pirate bioremoving device according to the present invention includes a hot water tank containing hot water therein for removing pirate organisms from aquaculture oysters, and located at a lower inner side of the hot water tank. Sludge conveying apparatus for transporting the sludge of the lower portion by using the rotational force of the sludge, and a sludge discharge device for discharging the sludge installed and carried in front or rear of the sludge conveying apparatus to the outside of the hot water tank.
The present invention by the above problem solving means, because the sludge is immediately discharged to the outside of the hot water tank during the hot water treatment process to remove pirates, there is an effect that the sludge is not laminated on the inner bottom of the hot water tank.
In addition, the discharge of the sludge increases the efficiency of the hot water line to warm the water in the hot water tank, and has the effect of increasing the commerciality of the cultured oysters.
In addition, there is an effect of reducing the time and fuel for preparing the cleaning and hot water that was consumed for sludge removal, and increase the time and efficiency of the pirate removal operation.
