BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The advantages and features of the present invention, and how to accomplish them, will become apparent by reference to the embodiments described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the invention to those skilled in the art. Is provided to fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art, and the invention is only defined by the scope of the claims. Like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.

Hereinafter, a rear camera apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 is a diagram illustrating a tailgate of a vehicle in which a rear camera apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is installed.

Referring to FIG. 1, the rear camera apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is installed at the rear of the tailgate 1 disposed at the rear of the vehicle. Here, the tailgate 1 is configured to perform the function of a door that opens and closes the trunk room.

The rear camera apparatus 100 includes an emblem 5 representing a car manufacturer. The emblem 5 is arranged to be exposed to the tailgate 1 to the outside.

2 is an exploded perspective view of the rear camera apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the rear camera apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a rear view of the emblem cover shown in FIG.

2 to 3, the rear camera apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an emblem cover 10, a camera cover 20, an emblem housing 30, and a rear camera 40. And an actuator 50.

The emblem cover 10 is formed in an elliptical shape and is inserted into the tailgate 1. The emblem 5 is arranged on the emblem cover 10. The emblem cover 10 is rotatably coupled to the emblem housing 30. The first coupling part 32 is protruded from the emblem housing 30, and the tail cover 1 is formed on the emblem cover 10 so that the emblem cover 10 can be rotatably coupled to the emblem housing 30. The second coupling part 12 is formed to protrude from the rear surface to be inserted.

As the hinge pin 60 rotatably couples the first coupling portion 32 and the second coupling portion 12, the emblem cover 10 may be rotatably coupled to the emblem housing 30.

In the central portion of the emblem housing 30 is formed a guide hole 35 through which the rear camera 40 enters and exits.

The camera cover 20 is disposed between the emblem cover 10 and the emblem housing 30 and is formed in a quadrangular shape smaller than the emblem cover 10, so that the camera cover 20 can be seen from the outside of the tailgate 1. ) Is covered by the emblem cover 10.

Like the emblem cover 10, the camera cover 20 is rotatably coupled to the emblem housing 30 to open and close the guide hole 35.

A third coupling part 22 is formed above the camera cover 20 so that the camera cover 20 may be rotatably coupled to the emblem housing 30.

The hinge pin 60 penetrates through the first coupling part 32, the second coupling part 12, and the third coupling part 22, so that not only the first coupling part 32 and the second coupling part 12 are provided. The third coupling part 22 is also rotatably coupled, such that the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are rotatably coaxial to the emblem housing 30.

As such, since the center of rotation of the emblem cover 10 and the center of rotation of the camera cover 20 are coupled to the emblem housing 30, the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are separately separated from the emblem housing 30. Compared to the case rotatably coupled to), the size of the emblem housing 30 can be reduced, so that the overall size of the package can be reduced. In addition, when the rear camera 40 protrudes through the guide hole 35, the camera cover 20 and the emblem cover 10 are rotated coaxially while being pushed by the rear camera 40, the emblem cover 10 And less force for rotating the camera cover 20. Therefore, since the operating force of the actuator 50 for moving the rear camera 40 is also required so that the rear camera 40 can protrude through the guide hole 35, it can be replaced with an actuator that generates less operating force. As a result, the overall package size can be reduced.

On the other hand, the rear camera 40 should be able to show the screen on the display unit (not shown) disposed in the cabin by photographing the rear from the vehicle. Therefore, the rear camera 40 pushes the camera cover 20 while protruding through the guide hole 35 by the actuation force of the actuator 50 so as to be exposed to the outside of the tailgate 1, and thus, the camera As the cover 20 is pushed and rotated by the rear camera 40 to push and rotate the emblem cover 10, the rear camera 40 is disposed between the rotated emblem cover 10 and the tailgate 1 to the outside. May be exposed.

The actuator 50 is connected to the rear camera 40 to move the rear camera 40 forward / backward. The rear camera 40 is advanced backward by the operating force of the actuator 50, protrudes through the guide hole 35, is exposed to the outside of the tailgate 1, and is applied to the operating force in the opposite direction of the actuator 50. Retracted by the inside enters the guide hole 35.

An electric motor (not shown) and a gear assembly (not shown) rotated in connection with the electric motor are disposed in the actuator 50, and are linearly moved as the gear assembly is rotated by being connected to the gear assembly. The rack gear 52 is provided as a normal electric actuator that protrudes from the inside of the actuator 50 to the rear camera 40, and the rack gear 52 is rotated as the electric motor is rotated / reversely rotated. By moving forward / backward, the rear camera 40 can be moved forward / backward.

Meanwhile, the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are rotated by the rear camera 40 protruding through the guide hole 35, and then, when the rear camera 40 enters the guide hole 35, it returns to its original position. It must be restored. Accordingly, in the emblem housing, an elastic member 70 is provided within the emblem housing to provide elastic force to the camera cover 20 and the emblem cover 10 so that the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 can be restored to their original positions. Is placed further.

The elastic member 70 is penetrated and supported by the hinge pin 60 and rotates the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 which are pushed and rotated by the rear camera 40 to the original position. The shock absorbing member 14 such as rubber is disposed on the rear surface of the emblem cover 10 so that noise is not generated when the emblem cover 10 is rotated to the original position by the elastic force of the elastic member 70 and collides with the emblem housing 30. Is preferably disposed.

The elastic member 70 is a camera cover 20 guide hole so that the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 is not easily rotated in a state in which the rear camera 40 is disposed inside the guide hole 35. An elastic force is provided to the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 in the direction of closing 35.

Therefore, when the rear camera 40 protrudes through the guide hole 35 and pushes the camera cover 20, the rear camera 40 is subjected to the elastic force of the elastic member 70. That is, in order for the rear camera 40 to protrude through the guide hole 35, the operating force of the actuator 50 greater than the elastic force of the elastic member 70 is required.

However, since the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are coaxially coupled to the emblem housing 30 in the present embodiment, the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are separately provided to the emblem housing 30. Compared to the case where it is coupled, the rear camera 40 receives a greater elastic force from the elastic member 70, the rear camera 40 may not be able to push the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20.

However, in the present embodiment, the rear camera 40 is mounted on the inner wall of the guide hole 35 so that the rear camera 40 can push the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 with a small force. A guider 37 is formed to guide). In the present embodiment, the guider 37 is formed in the shape of long grooves on both inner walls of the guide hole 35, and inserted into the guider 37 on both sides of the rear camera 40 corresponding to the guider 37. Guide protrusions 47 are formed. Of course, the guider 37 may be formed in the form of a protrusion, and the guide protrusion 47 may be formed in the form of an elongated groove.

5 is a side cross-sectional view illustrating the camera cover and the guider shown in FIG. 3.

3 and 5, the guider 37 may cover the camera cover 20 so that the rear camera 40 may push the camera cover 20 inclined from the upper side to the lower side against the elastic force of the elastic member 70. It is formed to be inclined downward toward). Accordingly, the actuator 37 is horizontally formed so that the rear camera 40 receives less elastic force from the elastic member 70 than the case where the rear camera 40 pushes the camera cover 20 in a straight line. Even with a small operating force of 50, the rear camera 40 may be exposed to the outside of the tailgate 1 while rotating the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20.

As described above, since the rear camera device 100 according to the present invention is coupled to the emblem housing 30 such that the emblem cover 10 and the camera cover 20 are rotated coaxially, the size of the entire package is reduced, Even with a small operating force of the actuator 50, the rear camera 40 can be easily projected from the inside of the emblem (5) to the outside.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Therefore, it should be understood that the embodiments described above are exemplary in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims rather than the foregoing detailed description, and all changes or modifications derived from the meaning and scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof are included in the scope of the present invention Should be interpreted.
