Claims (14)
- 탄소섬유 원사가 인입되는 입구와 배출되는 출구가 구비된 공간부를 가지며 상기 공간부에 가열된 공기가 공급되는 투입구와 및 배출되는 배출구가 구비된 안정화로와, 상기 안정화로의 공간부에 수직상 다단으로 정렬되며 회전가능하게 구비되어 입구를 통해 인입된 탄소섬유 원사를 출구로 안내하면서 안정화로의 내부를 주행하도록 된 안내수단을 가지어 탄소섬유 원사를 산화안정화시키도록 된 탄소섬유 제조장치에 있어서;
상기한 안내수단은 탄소섬유 원사와의 접촉면적이 중심에서 수직상 접촉면적보다 수평상 접촉면적이 크게 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서;
상기한 안내수단은 둘 이상의 롤러들이 회전가능하게 수평상 정렬된 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 2항에 있어서;
상기한 롤러들 중 탄소섬유 원사와 최초로 접촉함과 아울러 최후로 접촉하도록 내측에 위치된 롤러는 타 롤러보다 큰 직경으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 2항에 있어서;
상기한 롤러들에는 롤러들에 의해 안내되어 회전하는 벨트가 게재되어 탄소섬유 원사가 벨트면을 타고 안내되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서;
상기한 안정화로에 투입되는 가열된 공기에는 오존이 함유되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 5항에 있어서;
상기한 안정화로에 투입되는 오존은 통상의 구조를 가지는 오존생성기에 의해 생성되어 투입구를 통해 투입되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 5항에 있어서;
상기한 안정화로에 투입되는 오존은 전원공급원과 연결되어 플라즈마 방전을 유도하는 제1전극 및 상기 제1전극에 대응되게 형성되어 접지에 연결되는 2전극으로 이루어진 오존생성수단에 의해 생성되어 투입구를 통해 투입되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서;
상기한 안정화로에 가열된 공기를 투입하는 투입구에는 전원을 공급받아 열을 방출함으로써 외부에서 인입되는 공기를 가열하도록 된 가열수단이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서;
상기한 안정화로에서 상하로 주행하는 탄소섬유 원사들의 사이 간격에는 탄소섬유 원사들 간의 접촉을 방지하도록 된 차단수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 9항에 있어서;
상기한 차단수단은 상하로 주행하는 탄소섬유 원사의 사이 간격에 마련되어 탄소섬유 원사들 간의 접촉을 방지하도록 된 봉상의 차단봉으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 9항에 있어서;
상기한 차단수단은 상하로 주행하는 탄소섬유 원사의 사이 간격에 마련되어 탄소섬유 원사들 간의 접촉을 방지하도록 된 관(罐)상의 차단관으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 11항에 있어서;
상기한 차단관에는 가열된 공기를 방출하도록 된 통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 11항에 있어서;
상기한 차단관에는 전원을 공급받아 발열하도록 된 발열체가 수용되어 있는 거슬 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
- 제 9항에 있어서;
상기한 차단수단은 상하로 주행하는 탄소섬유 원사의 사이 간격에 마련되어 탄소섬유 원사들 간의 접촉을 방지하며 상하로 관통된 다수의 관토공이 형성된 판(板)상의 차단판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 제조장치
