Abstract

본 발명은 롤방충망의 록킹구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 롤형태의 방충망을 프레임에 안정적으로 고정시킬 수 있고 필요에 따라 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있는 롤방충망의 록킹구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 롤방충망의 록킹구조는, 전후방향으로 개방된 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 안쪽에서 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착된 슬라이딩도어와; 일단이 상기 슬라이딩도어에 연결되고 타단이 상기 프레임의 일측에 연결되어 상기 슬라이딩도어의 이동시 귄취되면서 상기 프레임으로부터 인출 또는 인입되는 방충망과; 상기 슬라이딩도어를 상기 프레임의 타측에 선택적으로 잠금 또는 해제하는 록킹부로 이루어진 롤방충망에 있어서, 상기 록킹부는, 상기 슬라이딩도어에 고정 결합되고, 전후방향으로 이동공이 형성된 지지부재와; 상기 이동공에 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 전면에 걸림홈이 형성된 슬라이더와; 상기 슬라이더의 후면에 배치되어 상기 슬라이더를 상기 방충망의 반대방향으로 탄성지지하는 스프링과; 상기 프레임의 타측에 형성되고 상기 슬라이더가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 상기 걸림홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 걸림부로 이루어지되, 상기 슬라이더는 상기 슬라이딩도어의 슬라이딩방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 상기 걸림부와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

롤방충망의 록킹구조 { LOCKING STRUCTURE FOR ROLL TYPE SCREEN }
본 발명은 롤방충망의 록킹구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 롤형태의 방충망을 프레임에 안정적으로 고정시킬 수 있고 필요에 따라 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있는 롤방충망의 록킹구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 기존에는 알루미늄 새시로 만들어진 망틀에 방충망을 부착한 후에 방충망틀을 창틀에 나사 등으로 체결하여 사용하였다.
이러한 기존의 방충망은 필요에 따라서 설치된 방충망을 사용하지 않을 경우에는 일일이 고정나사를 풀은 후에 방충망을 떼어내야 하고, 사용할 때는 다시 방충망을 창틀에 부착하여야 하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었으며, 또한 방충망을 사용하지 않을 경우에는 떼어낸 방충망을 별도로 보관하여야 하는 불편함과 부주의로 인하여 방충망이 손상되거나 분실되는 문제점이 발생하였다.
한편, 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 근래에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 권취수단을 구비하는 프레임(1)과, 상기 프레임(1)의 일측에 출몰가능하게 탄력적으로 내장되는 방충망(3)과, 상기 방충망(3)에 연결되는 슬라이딩도어(2)와, 상기 슬라이딩도어(2)에 전후방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착된 슬라이더(4)와, 상기 슬라이더(4)를 전방으로 탄성지지하는 판스프링(6)과, 상기 슬라이더(4)를 고정시키는 고정부(5)로 구성된 권취식 방충망이 제시되었다(등록실용신안 제20-0389392호 참조).
상기 슬라이더(4)를 고정부(5)에 고정시키기 위한 구조로써, 슬라이더(4)의 전면에는 걸림돌기(4a)가 돌출 형성되어 있고, 고정부(5)에는 걸림턱(5a)이 형성되어 있다.
따라서, 슬라이딩도어(2)를 하강시키면 상기 걸림돌기(4a)가 걸림턱(5a)에 걸려 슬라이딩도어(2) 및 방충망(3)이 권취됨이 없이 전개된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
즉, 상기 슬라이딩도어(2)를 하강시키면 걸림돌기(4a)가 걸림턱(5a)을 타고 하강한 후, 걸림돌기(4a)의 상면이 걸림턱(5a)의 하면에 접하여 슬라이딩도어(2)가 상방향으로 이동하는 것을 저지하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 방충망(3)을 권취하고자 할 경우에는 상기 판스프링(6)이 압축되는 방향으로 슬라이더(4)를 밀어서 걸림돌기(4a)가 걸림턱(5a)으로부터 이탈되도록 하여, 권취수단에 의해 방충망(3)을 자동으로 권취하게 된다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 귄취식 방충망은, 슬라이더(4)의 양측을 고정부(5)가 지지하고 있기 때문에 장시간 사용시 상기 방충망(3)을 잡아당기는 권취수단의 힘에 의해 상기 슬라이더(4)의 중심부가 상방향으로 휘어지게 변형되어 걸림돌기(4a)가 걸림턱(5a)에 잘 결합되지 않게 되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로써, 비교적 간단한 구조를 이용하여 슬라이딩되어 인출되는 방충망을 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있고, 또한 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있으며, 외부충격에 의해 임의로 잠금상태가 해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 롤방충망의 록킹구조를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 롤방충망의 록킹구조는, 전후방향으로 개방된 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 안쪽에서 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착된 슬라이딩도어와; 일단이 상기 슬라이딩도어에 연결되고 타단이 상기 프레임의 일측에 연결되어 상기 슬라이딩도어의 이동시 귄취되면서 상기 프레임으로부터 인출 또는 인입되는 방충망과; 상기 슬라이딩도어를 상기 프레임의 타측에 선택적으로 잠금 또는 해제하는 록킹부로 이루어진 롤방충망에 있어서, 상기 록킹부는, 상기 슬라이딩도어에 고정 결합되고, 전후방향으로 이동공이 형성된 지지부재와; 상기 이동공에 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 전면에 걸림홈이 형성된 슬라이더와; 상기 슬라이더의 후면에 배치되어 상기 슬라이더를 상기 방충망의 반대방향으로 탄성지지하는 스프링과; 상기 프레임의 타측에 형성되고 상기 슬라이더가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 상기 걸림홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 걸림부로 이루어지되, 상기 슬라이더는 상기 슬라이딩도어의 슬라이딩방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 상기 걸림부와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 슬라이더의 양측에는 가이드돌기가 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 이동공의 양측에는 상기 가이드돌기가 삽입되고 안내되는 가이드홈이 형성되어 있되, 상기 이동공은 상기 지지부재를 관통하여 형성되며, 상기 가이드홈은 상기 지지부재의 후면방향으로 개방되고 전면방향으로는 폐쇄되어 있어 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의한 상기 가이드돌기의 전면방향 이동거리를 제한한다.
상기 스프링은 코일스프링으로 이루어지고, 상기 슬라이더에는 후면방향으로 개방된 안착홈이 형성되되, 상기 스프링은 상기 안착홈에 삽입 배치되어 상기 슬라이딩도어와 슬라이더에 접하여 지지된다.
상기 슬라이더의 전면은 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상기 이동공을 관통하여 돌출 형성되고, 상기 슬라이더의 하부는 상기 걸림홈 방향으로 상향 경사지게 형성되어 있으며, 상기 걸림부의 상부는 절곡방향으로 하향 경사지게 형성된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같은 본 발명의 롤방충망의 록킹구조에 따르면 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
상기 슬라이더는 상기 슬라이딩도어의 슬라이딩방향 즉 상하방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 후방향으로 절곡된 상기 걸림부와 결합되어 상기 방충망을 고정시킬 수 있게 됨으로써, 비교적 간단한 구조를 이용하여 슬라이딩되어 인출되는 방충망을 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있고, 또한 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있다.
즉, 상기 걸림부는 상기 슬라이더가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 있고, 상기 슬라이더는 이러한 상기 걸림부가 삽입되는 걸림홈이 전면에 형성되어 있기 때문에, 상기 방충망이 장기간 전개되어 귄취수단의 힘이 상기 슬라이딩도어에 작용하여도 상기 슬라이더가 휘어져 변형되는 등의 문제가 발생하여 상기 슬라이더가 걸림부로부터 쉽게 분리해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있어, 인출된 방충망이 견고하게 장시간 고정되도록 할 수 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 외부충격에 의해 록킹부의 잠금상태가 임의로 해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 롤방충망(30)의 록킹구조는, 프레임(10)과, 슬라이딩도어(20)와, 방충망(30)과, 록킹부(40)로 이루어진다.
상기 프레임(10)은 전체적으로 4각 형태로 이루어지고, 중심부는 전후방향으로 개방되어 있다.
상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상기 프레임(10)의 안쪽 즉 개방된 중심부에 장착되어 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착된다.
즉, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상기 프레임(10)의 안쪽에 장착되어 상하방향 또는 좌우방향으로 슬라이딩되게 된다.
상기 방충망(30)은 일단이 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)에 연결되고 타단이 상기 프레임(10)의 일측에 연결되어 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)의 이동시 귄취되면서 상기 프레임(10)으로부터 인출 또는 인입된다.
이를 위해, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20) 및/또는 상기 프레임(10)에는 상기 방충망(30)을 자동으로 권취하기 위한 태엽스프링과 같은 귄취수단(미도시)이 장착되어 있도록 한다.
상기 방충망(30)을 권취하는 구조는 종래의 공지된 다양한 구조를 사용하면 충분하기 때문에 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
상기 록킹부(40)는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)를 상기 프레임(10)의 타측에 선택적으로 잠금 또는 해제하는 역할을 한다.
상기 프레임(10)의 타측은 상기 방충망(30)이 타단이 연결되어 있는 상기 프레임(10)의 일측의 반대측을 의미한다.
상기 록킹부(40)는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)에 양측에 형성될 수도 있으나, 본 실시예와 같이 상기 슬리이딩도어(20)의 가운데에 형성되도록 함이 바람직하다.
상기 슬라이딩도어(20)를 상기 프레임(10)의 타측에 잠금 및/또는 해제하기 위한 상기 록킹부(40)는, 지지부재(41)와, 슬라이더(44)와, 스프링(48)과, 걸림부(49)로 이루어진다.
상기 지지부재(41)는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)에 고정결합되고, 전후방향으로 이동공(42)이 형성되어 있다.
이를 위해 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상기 지지부재(41)가 장착되기 위한 장착홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상기 장착홈에 삽입되도록 한다.
그리고, 상기 이동공(42)은 상기 지지부재(41)에 전방으로만 개방되게 형성될 수도 있으나, 본 실시예와 같이 상기 지지부재(41)에 전후방 모두가 개방되도록 관통형성되록 함이 바람직하다.
상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 이동공(42)에 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 전면에는 걸림홈(45)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 슬라이더(44)가 상기 지지부재(41)에 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되도록 하기 위해, 상기 슬라이더(44)의 양측에는 가이드돌기(46)가 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 이동공(42)의 양측에는 상기 가이드돌기(46)가 삽입되고 안내되는 가이드홈(43)이 형성되어 있다.
따라서, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 가이드돌기(46)가 상기 가이드홈(43)에 삽입되어 안내됨으로써, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 지지부재(41)에서 전후방향으로 안정적으로 슬라이딩되게 된다.
이때, 상기 가이드홈(43)은 상기 지지부재(41)의 후면방향으로 개방되고 전면방향으로는 폐쇄되어 있어, 상기 스프링(48)의 탄성력에 의한 상기 가이드돌기(46)의 전면방향 이동거리를 제한한다.
이로 인해, 상기 슬라이더(44)가 상기 지지부재(41)의 전면방향으로 분리 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 슬라이더(44)에는 후면방향으로 안착홈(47)이 개방 형성되어 있어, 상기 스프링(48)은 상기 안착홈(47)에 배치되게 된다.
그리고, 상기 걸림홈(45)이 형성된 상기 슬라이더(44)의 전면은 상기 스프링(48)의 탄성력에 의해 상기 이동공(42)을 관통하여 돌출 형성되도록 한다.
상기 스프링(48)은 상기 슬라이더(44)의 후면에 배치되어 상기 슬라이더(44)를 상기 방충망(30)의 반대방향으로 탄성지지한다.
이러한 상기 스프링(48)은 코일스프링으로 이루어지고, 상기 안착홈(47)에 삽입 배치되어 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)와 슬라이더(44)에 접하여 지지된다.
상기 걸림부(49)는 상기 프레임(10)의 타측에 형성되고 상기 슬라이더(44)가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 상기 걸림홈(45)에 선택적으로 삽입된다.
이때, 상기 슬라이더(44)의 하부는 상기 걸림홈(45) 방향으로 상향 경사지게 형성되어 있으며, 상기 걸림부(49)의 상부는 절곡방향으로 하향 경사지게 형성되도록 한다.
이로 인해, 상기 슬라이더(44)가 상기 걸림부(49) 방향으로 이동하였을 때, 상기 슬라이더(44)의 하부와 상기 걸림부(49)의 상부가 상호 경사지게 형성되어 있어, 상기 걸림부(49)가 상기 걸림홈(45)에 잘 삽입되도록 할 수 있다.
위와 같은 구성에 의해 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)의 슬라이딩방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 상기 걸림부(49)와 결합되게 된다.
본 실시예 및 도면에서는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)가 상하방향으로 이동하는 것으로 도시하고 있으나, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 좌우방향으로 이동할 수도 있다.
이하, 상술한 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명의 작동과정에 대하여 살펴본다.
도 5(a)는 슬라이더(44)가 걸림부(49)에 접하기 전의 상태를 도시한 것이고, 도 5(b)는 슬라이더(44)와 걸림부(49)가 상호 접하여 스프링(48)이 압축된 상태를 도시한 것이며, 도 5(c)는 슬라이더(44)의 걸림홈(45)에 걸림부(49)가 삽입된 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 상태에서 사용자가 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)를 잡고 상기 프레임(10)의 타측 즉 하방향으로 내리면, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)의 하강에 의해 상기 방충망(30)을 인출되게 된다.
이때, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)가 하강함에 따라 상기 방충망(30)의 타단에 결합되어 있는 권취수단은 압축되게 된다.
상기 슬라이딩도어(20)의 하강함에 따라 도 5(a)에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 걸림부(49)와 인접하게 된다.
이때, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 스프링(48)의 탄성력에 의해 전방 즉 도 5에서 우측방향으로 돌출되어 있다.
상기 슬라이딩도어(20)가 더 하강하게 되어 도 5(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 슬라이더(44)의 하부와 상기 걸림부(49)가 상호 접하게 되면, 상기 슬라이더(44)의 하부는 상기 걸림홈(45) 방향으로 상향 경사지게 형성되어 있고 상기 걸림부(49)의 상면은 절곡방향으로 하향 경사지게 형성되어 있는바, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 자연스럽게 상기 스프링(48)을 압축시키는 방향으로 이동하게 된다.
이때, 상기 가이드돌기(46)는 가이드홈(43)을 따라 안내되면서 상기 슬라이더(44)가 상기 지지부재(41)의 이동공(42) 내부에서 안정적으로 이동할 수 있도록 한다.
도 5(b)에 도시된 상태에서 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)를 더 하강시키면, 압축되어 있던 상기 스프링(48)의 탄성복원력에 의해 도 5(c)에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 슬라이더(44)의 걸림홈(45)에는 상기 걸림부(49)가 삽입되게 된다.
이로 인해, 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상기 록킹부(40)에 의해 상기 프레임(10)의 타측에 결합되게 된다.
따라서, 상기 권취수단에 의해 상기 방충망(30)이 상방향으로 이동하려고 해도, 상기 록킹부(40)에 의해 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)가 상기 프레임(10)의 타측에 결합되어 있는바 상기 방충망(30)이 전개된 상태를 유지하게 된다.
상기 걸림부(49)는 상기 슬라이더(44)가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 있고, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 이러한 상기 걸림부(49)가 삽입되는 걸림홈(45)이 전면에 형성되어 있기 때문에, 상기 방충망(30)이 장기간 전개되어 귄취수단의 힘이 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)에 작용하여도 상기 슬라이더(44)가 휘어져 변형되는 등의 문제가 발생하여 상기 슬라이더(44)가 걸림부(49)로부터 쉽게 분리해제되는 것을 방지할 수 있어, 인출된 방충망(30)이 견고하게 장시간 고정되도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 방충망(30)을 감고자 할 때에는, 사용자가 상기 이동공(42)을 관통하여 돌출되어 있는 상기 슬라이더(44)의 전면을 상기 스프링(48)을 압축시키는 방향으로 누르면 된다.
즉, 상기 슬라이더(44)의 전면을 상기 스프링(48) 방향으로 누르면, 상기 스프링(48)은 압축되면서 상기 걸림홈(45)은 상기 걸림부(49)로부터 이탈되게 된다.
이때, 압축되어 있던 상기 권취수단에 의해 상기 방충망(30) 및 슬라이딩도어(20)는 상방향으로 이동하게 된다.
위와 같이, 상기 슬라이더(44)는 상기 슬라이딩도어(20)의 슬라이딩방향 즉 상하방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 상기 걸림부(49)와 결합되어 상기 방충망(30)을 고정시킬 수 있게 됨으로써, 비교적 간단한 구조를 이용하여 롤형태의 방충망(30)으로 안정적으로 잠금 또는 해제할 수 있다.
본 발명인 롤방충망의 록킹구조는 전술한 실시예에 국한하지 않고, 본 발명의 기술 사상이 허용되는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전후방향으로 개방된 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 안쪽에서 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착된 슬라이딩도어와; 일단이 상기 슬라이딩도어에 연결되고 타단이 상기 프레임의 일측에 연결되어 상기 슬라이딩도어의 이동시 귄취되면서 상기 프레임으로부터 인출 또는 인입되는 방충망과; 상기 슬라이딩도어를 상기 프레임의 타측에 선택적으로 잠금 또는 해제하는 록킹부로 이루어진 롤방충망에 있어서,
    상기 록킹부는,
    상기 슬라이딩도어에 고정 결합되고, 전후방향으로 이동공이 형성된 지지부재와;
    상기 이동공에 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 장착되고, 전면에 걸림홈이 형성된 슬라이더와;
    상기 슬라이더의 후면에 배치되어 상기 슬라이더를 상기 방충망의 반대방향으로 탄성지지하는 스프링과;
    상기 프레임의 타측에 형성되고 상기 슬라이더가 배치되는 후방향으로 절곡되어 상기 걸림홈에 선택적으로 삽입되는 걸림부로 이루어지되,
    상기 슬라이더는 상기 슬라이딩도어의 슬라이딩방향에 대한 수직방향인 전후방향으로 이동하여 상기 걸림부와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤방충망의 록킹구조.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 슬라이더의 양측에는 가이드돌기가 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 이동공의 양측에는 상기 가이드돌기가 삽입되고 안내되는 가이드홈이 형성되어 있되,
    상기 이동공은 상기 지지부재를 관통하여 형성되며,
    상기 가이드홈은 상기 지지부재의 후면방향으로 개방되고 전면방향으로는 폐쇄되어 있어 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의한 상기 가이드돌기의 전면방향 이동거리를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤방충망의 록킹구조.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 스프링은 코일스프링으로 이루어지고,
    상기 슬라이더에는 후면방향으로 개방된 안착홈이 형성되되,
    상기 스프링은 상기 안착홈에 삽입 배치되어 상기 슬라이딩도어와 슬라이더에 접하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤방충망의 록킹구조.
  4. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 슬라이더의 전면은 상기 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 상기 이동공을 관통하여 돌출 형성되고,
    상기 슬라이더의 하부는 상기 걸림홈 방향으로 상향 경사지게 형성되어 있으며,
    상기 걸림부의 상부는 절곡방향으로 하향 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 롤방충망의 록킹구조.
