Claims (2)
- 상하좌우로 슬라이딩되는 제1상형(10) 및 제2상형(20)과, 상기 제1상형(10) 및 제2상형(20)에 치합되어 펄프 제품을 성형 및 건조하며 몸체(1)에 고정되어 있는 제1하형(30) 및 제2하형(40)과, 상기 제1하형(30)을 둘러싸는 형태로 형성되며 상하로 수직 왕복운동할 수 있는 원료탱크(50)를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 원료탱크(50)는 펄프 원료를 제1하형(30)에 매집할 때에는 상승된 상태이며, 제1하형(30)과 제1상형(10)이 치합되어 펄프 제품이 성형될 때에는 하강된 상태인 펄프몰드 성형장치에 있어서,
상기 제2하형(40)의 아래에는 냉각수 순환통로(101)가 형성된 냉각판(100)을 형성하여 히터플레이트(45), 진공챔버(48) 및 프레임들의 열변형을 방지한 것이 특징인 냉각판이 형성된 펄프몰드 성형장치
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각판(100)은 단열재(47)와 일정거리 떨어져 형성함으로써 히터(46)에서 발생된 열이 냉각판(100)에 의해 급격히 냉각되는 것을 방지해주어 히터(46)의 열손실을 줄인 것이 특징인 냉각판이 형성된 펄프몰드 성형장치
