Abstract
상기 차단체로 전자가 이동하여 반대 방향으로 전위차가 형성되는 것을 억제할 수 있고, 동시에 상기 차단체가 연료와 공기의 흐름을 차단하여 기체 크로스오버를 방지할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 조립 후 단면을 개략적으로 나타낸 것으로서, 본 발명의 일례에 따라 전도성 페이스트로 차단체를 형성한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 불량 셀(cell)을 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법으로서, 상기 셀의 프레임(frame)과 분리판 사이의 공기 또는 연료의 흐름을 차단할 수 있도록 전도성 페이스트를 이용하여 상기 프레임과 분리판 사이에 차단체를 형성하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차단체는 상기 프레임과 분리판에 형성된 매니폴드 홀(hole) 주위를 감싸는 형태로 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 차단체는 상기 매니폴드 홀의 입구 및 출구 주위를 모두 감싸는 형태로 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 매니폴드 홀 중 공기가 투입되는 매니폴드 홀 주위에 상기 차단체를 형성시킬 경우 상기 전도성 페이스트로 세라믹 페이스트를 사용하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 페이스트로 란탄-망간 산화물, 란탄-스트론튬-망간 산화물, 란탄-스트론튬-철-코발트 산화물, 스트론튬-코발트 산화물, 란탄-크롬 산화물, 란탄-스트론튬-코발트-크롬 산화물, 란탄-칼슘-코발트-크롬 산화물 및 란탄-스트론튬-크롬 산화물로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 5에 있어서,
상기 매니폴드 홀 중 연료가 투입되는 매니폴드 홀 주위에 상기 차단체를 형성시킬 경우 상기 전도성 페이스트로 금속 페이스트를 사용하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 금속 페이스트로 니켈 페이스트, 은 페이스트, 백금 페이스트, 구리 페이스트, 금 페이스트 및 철 페이스트로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택의 수리방법.
