도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 고전압 구동장치의 기폭출력 신호의 예를 도시한 것이다.

16 : 아날로그디지털 컨버터(A/D:Analog Digital Converter)
20 : 피크(Peak) 전류값 검출부
30 : 피크 도달 시간(Rising Time) 검출부
40 : 비교판단부
50 : 결과검출부
60 : 휴대용 배터리
70 : 전원공급회로
Claims (5)
- 착화기(EBW:Explosive BridgeWire) 구동장치의 출력인 양극(+)과 음극(-)에 연결된 CVR(Crrent Viewing Resistor)(10);
착화기의 피크(Peak) 전류(Ipk)를 검출하는 피크(Peak) 전류값 검출부(20);
착화기의 피크(Peak) 전류에 도달하는 시간(Tr:Rising Time)을 검출하는 피크 도달 시간(Rising Time) 검출부(30);
상기 검출된 전류(Ipk)와 시간(Tr)을 착화기를 기폭시키기 위한 피크 전류 임계값과 피크 전류에 도달하는 시간의 임계값과 비교하는 비교판단부(40);
상기 비교판단부(40)에서 비교판단한 결과를 검출하는 결과검출부(50);를 포함하여 구성되는 착화기 기폭출력 검증을 위한 점검장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 결과검출부(50)는, 상기 비교판단부(40)에서 검출된 착화기의 피크(Peak) 전류(Ipk)가 임계치보다 크고, 검출된 피크(Peak) 전류에 도달하는 시간(Tr:Rising Time)이 임계치보다 작은 경우로 판단하는 경우에 착화기를 정상으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착화기 기폭출력 검증을 위한 점검장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 착화기의 피크(Peak) 전류(Ipk)값 임계치 또는 피크(Peak) 전류에 도달하는 시간(Tr:Rising Time)의 임계치는 외부 입력이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 착화기 기폭출력 검증을 위한 점검장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 CVR(10)과 연결되어 착화기의 기폭시 CVR(10)의 양단에 걸리는 전압이 증폭기(AMP)(15)로 증폭된 후 전달받아 디지털 신호로 변환하여 피크(Peak) 전류값 검출부(20)와 피크 도달 시간(Rising Time) 검출부(30)로 전달하는 아날로그디지털 컨버터(16)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착화기 기폭출력 검증을 위한 점검장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점검장치는, 휴대용 배터리(60)를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 착화기 기폭출력 검증을 위한 점검장치.
