Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gas range having a temperature sensor which is installed in a through-hole in the center of the burner part and contacts the bottom of the cooking vessel to detect the temperature of the cooking vessel.
As a gas range of this kind, an umbrella-shaped cover is attached to the upper part of the temperature sensor, and when the temperature sensor is pressed down by the cooking vessel, the cover is also lowered to cover the through hole of the burner part (Patent Document 1). In addition, there is a structure in which a conical bearing cover is attached to the side surface of the temperature sensor so that the cover covers the through hole of the soup tray located below the burner (Patent Document 2). In the gas range, even if the soup boiled from the cooking vessel flows down the temperature sensor when the burner is used, the boiled soup is infiltrated into the body of the range from the burner's through hole or through the soup tray's through hole by the cover attached to the temperature sensor. It is preventing.
However, in each of the above-mentioned gas ranges, when the burner in which the cooking vessel is not placed on the burner portion is not used, the through-holes of the burner portion are opened without being blocked by the cover (the gas range of
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a gas range capable of preventing intrusion of various by-products into a through hole of a burner portion against an unused gas burner.
Gas range according to the present invention,
In the gas range provided with a temperature sensor which is installed standing with a gap between the through-hole formed in the center of the burner portion, the temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the cooking vessel by touching the bottom of the cooking vessel,
In the upper part of the burner through-hole, a small diameter step part having a small inner diameter is formed,
The side part of the temperature sensor is provided with a sunshade projecting outward over the entire circumference,
The shading portion is separated from the small diameter step portion of the through hole in a state where the temperature sensor is pressed down by the cooking vessel, and touches the small diameter step portion of the through hole in a state where the temperature sensor does not touch the cooking vessel and is moved upward. It is made of a configuration to close the gap between the through-hole and the temperature sensor.
By the above configuration, when the burner in which the cooking vessel is not placed on the burner is not used, the upper part of the through hole of the burner is blocked by the shade formed in the temperature sensor. Therefore, when the burner is not in use, it is possible to prevent dust, oil splashed from the adjacent range portion, water splashes such as detergent or the like when cleaning the top plate, and the like, into the through hole of the burner portion. In addition, in the state where there is no cooking vessel on the burner, the shade of the temperature sensor closes the through-hole of the burner, so that the inside of the range main body cannot be seen from the through-hole of the burner, thereby improving the appearance of the gas range.
When using the burner on which the cooking vessel is placed on the burner, the shade formed in the temperature sensor is spaced apart from the small-diameter step of the through-hole of the burner to form a gap between the burner's through-hole and the temperature sensor. As a result, air is introduced into the through hole of the burner from the lower side, and the air flows outward from the gap to be supplied as combustion air to the flame forming portion of the burner, thereby ensuring a good combustion state of the gas burner. In addition, since the air flowing out of the gap prevents the air around the temperature sensor from being overheated by the heat generated from the gas burner, it is possible to prevent the temperature sensor from incorrectly detecting the temperature of the cooking vessel.
In the gas range,
The temperature sensor has an outer insulation cover to block heat from the gas burner,
The heat insulation cover is formed in a tubular shape consisting of a large diameter tube portion having a lower portion and a large diameter portion having a lower portion, and having a small diameter portion having an upper portion.
It is preferable that the said shading part is comprised by the step part formed between the large diameter cylinder part and the small diameter cylinder part of a heat insulation cover.
As a result, the shading portion is integrally formed by a heat insulating cover which is a component of the temperature sensor. Thus, when the burner is not in use, the temperature sensor is moved upward and the gap between the through-hole of the burner portion and the temperature sensor is closed. We can be surely blocked by wealth.
In the gas range,
It is preferable that the small-diameter stepped portion of the shade portion and burner portion of the temperature sensor is formed in a tapered shape in contact with each other.
As a result, when the burner in which the cooking vessel is not placed on the burner is not in use, the tapered portion of the shade portion of the temperature sensor and the tapered portion of the small-diameter step of the burner portion are brought into contact with each other, so that the burner through-hole and the temperature sensor A gap can be reliably closed by the said shading part. In addition, when the burner is not in use, the tapered portion of the sunshade portion of the temperature sensor and the tapered portion of the small-diameter step portion of the burner contact each other, whereby the temperature sensor is placed upright and perpendicular to the center of the through hole. Therefore, when the burner is used, the temperature sensor does not incline with respect to the bottom of the cooking vessel when the cooking vessel is placed, and contacts vertically, so that the temperature of the cooking vessel can be accurately detected by the temperature sensor.
As mentioned above, according to the gas range which concerns on this invention, when the burner in which the cooking container is not put on the burner part is not used, since the upper part of the through-hole of the burner part is blocked by the shading part formed in the temperature sensor, it is not used. Various fly products can be prevented from invading the gas burner into the through hole of the burner. Therefore, when the burner is not in use, no fly matter enters the range body and contaminates the inside of the gas range, thereby ensuring a clean state.

In the
3, in the pan
And the
On the other hand, referring to Figure 4, when using the burner on which the cooking vessel A is placed on the
As described above, in the
In addition, in the said embodiment, although the
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the
