Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle air vent, and more particularly to a vehicle air vent that can improve the downward wind direction of the air.
In general, the instrument panel and the center fascia of the vehicle is provided with an air vent connected to the duct of the air conditioning unit to provide air-conditioned air from the air conditioning unit to the room.
The air vent includes a horizontal wing for adjusting the flow direction of the air up and down, a vertical wing disposed upstream of the horizontal wing and a wing knob for adjusting the position of the horizontal wing and the vertical wing to adjust the flow direction of the air from side to side. .
The horizontal wing is operated by the up and down operation of the wing knob to induce the flow of air in the vertical direction, and the vertical wing is operated by the left and right operation of the wing knob to induce the flow of air in the left and right direction.
The above technical configuration is a background art for helping understanding of the present invention, and does not mean a conventional technology well known in the art.
Since a part of the air moved along the lower side of the duct portion does not contact the horizontal wing and moves in the straight direction, the downward wind direction of the air is lowered. Therefore, there is a need for improvement.
The present invention has been made by the necessity as described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle air vent that can improve the downward wind direction of the air moved downward through the air vent.
The air vent for a vehicle according to the present invention includes: a guide blade installed in the duct part to guide the wind direction up and down, and a link member hinged to the guide blade and hinged to the link member and rotated together with the guide blade, and the lower part of the duct part. Auxiliary duct portion for adjusting the wind direction of the air moving along.
In addition, the auxiliary duct preferably includes a connecting duct hinged to the duct portion and a bending duct bent from the connecting duct.
In addition, the auxiliary duct preferably includes a link connecting member protruding from the connecting duct and hinged to the link member.
In addition, it is preferable that the auxiliary duct portion is formed in a "-" shape.
In addition, it is preferable that the auxiliary duct portion is provided below the guide blade.
In the vehicle air vent according to the present invention, since the auxiliary duct rotated together with the guide vanes guides the air direction of the air moving along the lower portion of the duct part, the downward air direction of the air discharged from the air vent can be improved.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a vehicle air vent according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. For convenience of description, the air vent for a vehicle installed in the interior of a vehicle will be described as an example. In this process, the thicknesses of the lines and the sizes of the components shown in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. In addition, terms to be described below are terms defined in consideration of functions in the present invention, which may vary according to the intention or convention of a user or an operator. Therefore, definitions of these terms should be made based on the contents throughout the specification.
